We spent two nights here as a last minute trip to replace a cancelled portion of a trip to Greece. Check in was smooth and they walked us to our room and brought the bags. Overall hotel was clean, breakfast great. Roof top bar and restaurant were great at night. Hotel was very close to full and that made it feel more crowded down on the beach. A lot of guest "claimed" beach chairs early. Beach bar was great as well. A lot of families were there also. And a lot of Greeks. There were few Americans. |The downside of this hotel is that it is not near anything. If you are car-less you will need to taxi. But taxi's were affordable and reliable. There is not a lot of other things to go see or do anyways. Poros Island and Sirene Blue were a great place to do do nothing for a few days. Checkout was easy and they new exactly when to have a cab pick us up to make our ferry.

We spent 5 days in Poros and we loved this resort! Set into the side of a cliff, this hotel offers an abundance of resort options, including an infinity pool and easy access to the Mediterranean Sea. They provide towels and chaises and wait staff to make it convenient and enjoyable. The reception staff were extremely helpful especially when it came to communicating with the taxi drivers, many who only spoke Greek. Rooms are average size but very clean and the rain shower was wonderful!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, nicely appointed rooms although they were kind of on the smaller side, not much closet space , especially when you travel with lots of luggage . Nice bathroom and vanity area. All rooms have a sea view and nice balcony. Overall facilities weee nice , well kept property, nice daily breakfast. Beautiful private beach with crystal clear water is a huge plus . Nicely situated property with beautiful views. Private parking right in front of the hotel . Easy to get in and out of town .

The hotel is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has spa facilities a restaurant and a bar. It has sun beds and its own little pebble beach with a dock for boat transfers to the port. The water is clearer on this side of the island as well. The room is nice and light filled. The bed is comfortable, there is a pillow menu if you desire and the towels are soft and fluffy. The breakfast is very good, lots of options from fruits and yogurts to pastries and cakes fresh honey sliced meats coffees and juices.

|For a 5 star hotel I expect much (much!!) more. Very poor breakfast more fitting a budget hotel. Unprofessional staff ,starting from the reception ,where they sent us to have a coffee because the room was not ready ,at 4:30pm...|Turning off the A/C while we are not in the room. Removing our bellongings from sunbeds.|And much more...|The location is fabulous.| ,but that's it.|Even the duty manager was unable to cope with our complaints.

Very bad experience.restaurant service had an attitude most of the time, very very small menu, if your order something from the beach menu and you’re in the restaurant you have to go order in the beach then come to eat in the restaurant table. no Greek food, no chairs in the small pool for little kids so I have to sit down in the floor by the tree and very nosy staff and make you feel no welcome to the American people. This is not a 5 start hotel. Not at all I’m sorry.
