"Cocktails with a Twist (And a bit of Vermouth) Very few of the newer bars in San Sebastián hit the mark on ambience, food, drinks and service. Sirimiri, in the heart of the old part, does it all. The wooden beams make the narrow bar feel cozy, and the attentive young waitstaff draws a crowd, creating one of the Old Town's buzziest atmospheres. The big draw is the cocktail list, which is ever-evolving and features about 50% vermouth-based cocktails. Not feeling a cocktail? Try a sweet, red vermouth on the rocks...it will take you an entire vacation to work your way through the list. The bar food is pintxo fusion at its best, from squid croquetas to pork buns."

We ordered a variety of pintxos to share with a group with some lightly sparkling wine (like a Portuguese vinho verde). They were all delicious but the standouts were the duck and the bonito.

Best Pintxos I ever had, from fish to meat through vegetables everything was flawlessly executed and ultra savory. Michelin star level cuisine at an incredible price point. Wines are also super affordable.

They take reservations if you're afraid it might be busy when you come. Staff was friendly and great. Everything we ordered was really good. We got the txuleta, octopus, squid ink, ceviche, and duck.

Came 9pm on a Monday and wasn’t too busy, which always makes me hesitant if a bar in San Sebastián isnt busy but we had no need to worry - we ordered the duck and oh my god it was cooked to perfection!! Paired with a beautiful glass of Crianza Red. If you get anything here definitely try the duck!

Not much to say. The duck is the best dish we have had in San Sebastián so far hands down. The ceviche is also a must try. Excellent food, nice wine, great service from Imanol. We booked a table but seems like it is easy to walk in.

Best pintxos we’ve had in San Sebastián! It was also less busy during the day compared to other popular bars. Highly recommend the ceviche. The best jamon croquettes too! We also tried ropa vieja and the taco. The taco was delicious but personally I missed the spicy part (I like them really hot like in Mexico) but the meet was great! I do recommend reserving a table in the evening though!

First meal after landing in San Seb and it was a great way to start the long weekend trip! It was raining outside but we managed to snag the last standing table inside. Straight to the bar to put in our order. Didn’t know what to get just went for a lucky dip and it was delicious!! The highlights were the beef tartare, the bao and the beef cheek on a bed of mash potato. I still dream of this!! The tuna pintxos and squid ink croquette were delicious too but the taco was the least favourite. Overall super happy with this meal and would go back just for that pork bao and beef cheeks!!
