I visited the restaurant with a group of friends. We had one dinner and one lunch there. The food was very good and staff was very kind. We tried different things: pasta with artichokes was delicious. So was pasta with truffle and bacon. Mixed appetizers and the tiramisu were also very good

Good restaurant. Great that they have menu options for children which many Italian restaurants lack. Food and wine were good. Only minor point is that the pasta Carbonara was too salted and I eat pretty salty myself. Interior is nice too as well as the service. Recommended.

This is absolutely one of my favourite restaurants in and around Perugia. The restaurant is in Torgiano, a beautiful village near Perugia. The restaurant offers an excellent menu with local cuisine but also with original variations on traditional dishes. The quality of everything is high whilst being in a very reasonable price range. The atmosphere is not particularly formal and is a lovely place to go with family and friends. Absolutely recommended!!

Stopped in for lunch with no reservation and we were lucky to be seated because in 20 minutes the place was full.It’s little wonder. The food is local and terrific and the menu was varied. Most people dress smartly for lunch and take their time. Service is friendly and efficient. Decide early between an appetizer or dessert - you probably can’t do both.

Came here with my family of 7 after a wonderful vineyard tour and wine tasting at Lungarotti. This restaurant should be a Michelin star restaurant. The food was exceptional. Please order the antipasto platter with a mix of options. Absolutely fantastic. All the pasta dishes were delicious. Anything with truffle (tartufo) here is fantastic. Desserts are incredible as well … ask your waitor for their recommendations :)

We went for Sunday lunch. The place was packed! This restaurant seems to be a popular place to go for celebrations as there we many big tables of groups and many birthday cakes. Do be sure to book ahead if you are going. We were four. We split the big antipasti plate recommended for two. The four of us could not finish it all and it was all wonderful. It was served on a big wooden platter placed On a tall cast iron rack in the center of our table. There must have been 20 different items on it. Two of us opted for the veal, one for the lamb and one for the papperadelle with white ragu. Everyone liked their food especially the veal people. No room for dessert. Nice people, friendly service except you could tell they were stressed with such a full house. Not a table was empty and I have never seen this anywhere in Italy.

This place is quite nice, especially with their grilled meats, and they were open quite late for a restaurant in a small town /rural area in Italy. Nothing fancy here, just typical dishes, made with food ingredients, prepared well, and served in a non pretentious, pleasant atmosphere. Recommended!

We were recommended to dine at this authentic Umbrian restaurant by our host at Agriturismo La Montagnola. We certainly were not disappointed. The food is amazing - fresh and local. The menu has a little Torre symbol to denote local dishes. I had the recommended Grisola with Walnut Oil and Truffles. To die for! I would recommend a booking as it is in a Hotel complex and guests plus locals are their patronage. We were so impressed we returned for lunch. The staff were professional and a few spoke English which was a delight!

You cannot have a bad meal at this classic Umbrian restaurant in the heart of Torgiano. The service is always excellent the food is unbelievably good and the menu is extravagant. I have eaten here several times over the last 20 years and always have a fantastic meal and a great dining experience. The owner Antonello knows what it takes to run a fine restaurant! Ketch was our waiter...Perfect!

Excellent food and great customer service. We ordered the fixed menus. All delicious, but maybe too much food even for us Americans ; ) Fantastic value as well!!!

A nice meal - 3.5 stars by my standards but a good choice for Torgiano. Everything was well prepared: enough non meat dishes for non carnivores (great pasta dishes, eggplant), heavy on the meat dishes which were delicious. We didn't have anything we didn't like - the lamb and steak dishes were the standouts. The pork filets were good but not as good as the beef. Casual dress. Family friendly as well.

Five stars for the rapport between quality and value, rather than in the Michelin/Ronay sense. It's a busy, noisy, family type of place, rather than a romantic spot where you'd whip out an engagement ring out over a candlelit supper, but the service and food were impeccable. Worth going out of your way for.

Delicious! The appetizer board of meats and cheeses was excellent. We had 2 different pastas and both were wonderful! The local wine was smooth and fulfilling. We are going back tonight.

We arrived on our first day in Torgiano and made lunch just before closing We all enjoyed the service and the wine and food were outstanding a pasta with Crimini mushrooms salad and house wine. We went back the next day and got one of the two remaining tables. We enjoyed pork with mushrooms walnut ravioli. We will spend our last night there after a week in Torgiano. We were a group of four at dinner tonight. Everything we ordered was excellent. There was an extensive wine list reasonably priced and menu included regional and seasonal dishes superbly prepared. Outstanding value. Casual and family friendly.

We found this place as recommended by staff at Museo Del Vino near by. We came in for lunch and was seated around a magnificant big round table. Very friendly staff that served us a fantastic meal with the best of what the Umbrian kitchen has to offer at an affordable price. This place has it all and comes highly recommended. What a treat!!
