We had such a lovely lunch/dinner at Sirocco Restaurant in Knysna. There were nine of us (four couples and a baby), so we weren’t exactly an easy table, but everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
A huge shoutout to our waiter, Elethu — she was genuinely warm, patient, and on top of things the whole time. Drinks arrived quickly (including a mix of cocktails and mocktails), and she checked in just enough without hovering, which we really appreciated.
Food-wise, there was something for everyone and it all landed. The sushi was fresh and beautifully put together, the lamb curry had proper flavour and comfort-factor, and the line fish was cooked perfectly. We also ordered calamari, prawns, and spaghetti, and every plate that hit the table got the “okay, that’s really good” reaction. Even with a big group, the timing worked well and no one was left waiting forever.
We ended with pudding (highly recommended) and left feeling happy, full, and already talking about coming back. Great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe — Sirocco is definitely worth a stop in Knysna.
