The hotel is amazing, from location to staff we could not find fault with any part of our holiday. We stayed in 2 different rooms during our stay, first 4 nights in a double balcony room, the room was immaculately clean and large. this overlooks the road at the front, If I had to be critical, but its not the hotels fault, deliveries arrive from 7am which can occasionally be a little noisy. We then asked reception if we could stay an extra 2 nights as storm Amy was about to batter England and we didn't fancy flying home. They couldn't offer an extension to our room but found us a seaview room with Terrace(WOW).The view was dreamlike overlooking the bay, the room was large and clean and we couldn't find fault with it. The reception staff are so friendly and will help with all your needs. The cleaning staff always greeted us with a smile and a polite hello, as did the breakfast staff who would take our order politely and with a smile. We are already planning our return next year hopefully more than once.

Love love this hotel. The staff were super friendly. Superb location on the pine walk with amazing sea view, especially lovely having breakfast on the terrace. The rooms were traditional, but lovely and clean with a nice balcony. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Reception and Breakfast staff were lovely and helpful. My only comment is that the food and drink is ran by a separate enterprise and cocktails were VERY expensive, it was cheaper to go to the Hotel Illa Dor for sunset and cocktails. Shame as we would have drank there if the prices were more reasonable.

The hotel has a great location, just perfect for enjoying the sea. In the room, there are even chairs you can take with you to the beach, which was very convenient. Breakfasts are hot and tasty, and the restaurant just below the hotel, where we had breakfast, has an amazing view of the sea. What made the stay especially pleasant was the care from the staff. They kindly asked us about our departure time and even prepared a small food package for the road. Such thoughtful service really made our experience memorable.

Although the furniture and decor of the bedrooms is very basic, the size of the rooms is good. The towels in the bathroom were a bit old and thin but were changed regularly. However, the situation of the hotel, the cleanliness and the delightful staff more than make up for any negatives. The provision of chairs for the beach is inspirational. We LOVED our 10 night stay and would happily return.

Probably fair to say that the atmosphere would most probably suit older couples or solo travelers rather than families. Rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and immaculately cleaned every day. The bathroom is large but is prone to flooding the floor when showering.|Breakfast is served on the terrace with hot food cooked to order. I say hot, but in truth the two occasions that we did order a cooked breakfast it was cold on arrival, so on our 3rd day we had the cold buffet, which does not have a wide choice but does have a nice selection of pastries. There is a coffee machine or filter coffee if you prefer. If you want tea, then you will need to boil the kettle which only adds to the overall congestion in this area.|The buffet area is cramped and can get quite busy which on occasions can frustrate guests. Also, to access the buffet area you have a small set of steps which is not great when carrying items, although trays are provided.||There were a few other niggles to the hotel...|1. I always like to feel a warm welcome on arrival at a hotel, and whilst the receptionist was very friendly, I personally hated the fact that we had to converse through a plastic screen! I presume its a legacy from COVID but the screen isn't even fixed so could be removed very easily. I don't know what purpose it serves other than to make you feel you've entered a bank. |2. Having to carry your sun chairs to and from your room out to the sun terrace at the front of the hotel is a farce. The hotel blames the local authourity, but yet it seems that every other hotel does not seem to have this problem. Why? And, if the hotel is allowed to stack sun umbrellas on the terrace, why not fold up chairs?|3. Bath towels in the bathroom are very small so you'll need to use the hand towel also. |4. 10 euro security deposit for a beach towel which has seen better days. Yes you do get this back, but the quality of the towels are very poor, so I'm not sure who would want to steal them.|5. The safe is an old style safe with key (hence another 10 euro deposit). Just make sure that you don't lose the key!| |Unfortunately our last day was affected by storm Alice, but of course there was nothing the hotel could do about that.||Overall, this is a nice hotel and we would probably stay there again, but only for a short break as the aforementioned niggles would seriously become annoying for any length of time.

We loved staying at Sis Pins in early October 2025. The room was beautiful, balcony and sea view perfect, only a few metres to the beach and into the sea. The staff were lovely and looked after us with great care and friendliness. We hope to be back soon.

My husband and ihave just spent a week at the hotel. Sis Pins is a little old fashioned, but in a perfect location next to the sea. It is spotlessly clean throughout ,with friendly helpful staff.|Perfect for mature Adults,Solo travellers.Cyclists also frequent the hotel.|Our room was a double with a balcony,no sea view I,m afraid but adequate. ||It was rather.noisy late one night hearing banging of bottles below from the kitchens?,,but on the whole quiet enough.|Our room. Was cleaned daily, fresh towels when requested, coffee, milk etc replenished when necessary.|The breakfast was very good, lots of choices, continental or full English.|The baked beans were only just warm but on the whole very nice .|Sitting outside eating breakfast in the sunshine was a lovely bonus.|Sis Pins is a good 3 star hotel in beautiful. Puerto pollenca.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the view from our terrace was lovely. Location on sea front was good, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. However, the lift access was reached by about 6 steps and no help was offered to negotiate them with 3 large bags and 1 small bag between 3 of us (one who needed some help) so not good for anyone with mobility problems. The hotel provided no sunbeds on the hard standing area between the hotel and seafront, only chairs in the room which had to be carried by the guests downstairs and back up after use, or you could have lugged a non-folding sunbed from the balcony there and back, I suppose. The continental breakfast area was small and accessed by steps. The kitchen seemed understaffed although the lovely ladies worked tirelessly, cooking, refilling and serving the hot food. The hotel is in a quiet area at night, but the balcony lights went out by midnight or earlier, and with no individual balcony lighting, forget reading or puzzling on the balcony after then. Although the hotel is traditional and characterful, I didn't think it was worth the price paid due to lack of facilities, help and a comfortable beachside area.
