My husband and I came to Sister’s after a day at the beach and it could not have been more perfect! The service was incredible, super friendly and attentive server, and the food was AMAZING! My husband said these were some of the best wings he’s EVER had and the pizza was picture-perfect and tasted even better. Thank you for being our new favorite go-to spot when we’re on the island!!

Had a wonderful dinner at Sisters. Chicken Picatta salad and a large pizza. My Pizza was awesome as were the salad and entree. Jax our server was amazing. Super knowledgeable about the food, friendly and all around the type of server who make good better…he truly enjoyed making us have the best time possible. A great place a great time and definitely someplace I will go back as often as I can.

Only spent a few nights in Boca but I have to say Sisters is incredible. Two nights in a row I’ve ordered take out, pizza and wings night one, chicken Parmigiana night two and both were amazing. The staff are so friendly and awesome, even remembered my face and knew what I was going to order before I ordered it. I will definitely go back when I’m next in this part of the world. Keep it up Sisters, your food and all your staff are top notch.

My wife and I came to your restaurant on Friday 4/4/2025 at 3:30pm when we entered the front door their were 3 staff members at the front counter who did not greet us when we entered so we asked if they were open and where to sit. Two staff members just looked at probably the manager who said they closed after lunch and would reopen at 4pm. This confused us because we had checked their website before driving here from South Gulf Cove (and paying the toll) and the website says open 11am-9pm. There is a big banner on the fence outside that also says open 11am-9pm and the hours posted on the door also say open 11am-9pm. The newspaper adv in the Boca Beacon also says open 11am-9pm. So we just left confused and disappointed. We love and make a real effort to support this and the other independent businesses on the island. We hope Sisters will make clear in their signage and advertising what their actual hours are so others are not disappointed.

What a great dinner! We started with the Supreme pizza and were delighted. The sauce and toppings were outstanding. It was a perfect 'appetizer'. The waitress (Julie) said the pizza was a MUST. We agree! For dinner we shared the veal picatta and it plus the yummy bread with oil were scrumptious. I will definitely return!

Great place to eat! Had the meatball sub and it is the best I've ever had... comes close to my own homemade. The service is some of the best, they are always attentive. Pricing is more than fair for this area. We eat here often.

Definitely our favorite restaurant on the island. Amazing service and food (Jax?). We had one of the most delicious desserts here and can't wait to come back.

Stopped imnto get a drink and stayed for a pizza. It looked so good and the staff were so nice that we decided to stay and eat. A really amazing experience here was running into one of their staff who was hearing impared. She was super nice and was happy to let me practice what little sign language I knew. The people in the restaurant seemed liked they were locals and regulars and everyone seemed super nice. Very happy with the experience overall. Oh, and the pizza 🍕 was very tasty!

This is such a delightful restaurant we stumbled upon after photos at the nearby lighthouse. It's small but mighty and had enough space and patience for our large family. The bread and pesto appetizer is 100% delicious, even my picky eaters ate this and I wanted more but we were having pizza! The pizza and price did not disappoint and I've been craving their food since we left. Definitely stop here if you're nearby! Plus the service was great and friendly to our kids!

really great food - the place is small and it was packed on a saturday night, but they were able to accommodate our group of 6 and the food was outstanding - good service and good prices too Recommend the pizza and the ravioli

Quaint little restaurant in Boca Grande. Husband ordered their pizza; it wasn't his favorite. I enjoyed a grilled chicken salad and enjoyed it. This was a mid afternoon meal. I would return to try out their Dinner menu.

menu says NEW YORK style pizza. being from NYC I can assure you it's NOTHING more than a little tomato and less cheese on toast. service and hostess were a delight but food not much to write home about. wine and beer r offered at a price. a surcharge if paying w card and if u share a dish $5. many other places on island to explore. will not be back to this one

Tables inside and outside- they take reservations. We did not have one but they got us in quick before the dinner rush. The waitress was very helpful and friendly. The chicken parm was EXCELLENT and we highly recommend it. The pizza was okay.

Sisters! Wow! Great food. Fun outdoor atmosphere. Deck dining with umbrellas for shade. Indoor atmosphere seems old school and clique-would recommend seating outside. Menu has great Italian fare offerings. Lots of apps, salads and entrees. Our server Jax was amazing!! It was a busy Saturday. Takeout was happening and all tables were full! We were a large party and he more than accommodated all of our requests, he was generous, helpful and happy. The other servers and hostesses we encountered looked miserable and acted so- we were so pleased to have Jax! Calzone, pizza, tuna salad, Cesar salad, chicken Parmesan, all tasted great! The dipping oil is very tasty to accompany the bread prior to the meal. Would definitely come back here next time we are in Boca Grande

Called for reservation. They put us on the waitlist and said to be there between 7 and 7:15. We showed up at 7 and they told us basically too bad - "we let people sit ahead of you or you can wait an hour." They were rude and flippant about the situation. We will never darken their door again. Not worth my business.

Pizza is huge with great price ! Clams soup with shell plate make food looks so yummy and very fresh ! Nice weather sitting outside feel really comfortable & relax ! Will recommend everyone to try it !

Great Italian food. Family owned by the sweetest sisters. always fantastic meals large portions. You can't go wrong eating here. I'm a NY'er so it takes a LOT for me to rate Italian food this high. 5 stars all the way!

Best pizza - love the Boca Grande deluxe. The olive oil for bread dipping is so good and the Caesar salad rocks. Sit outside or in, both are great.

Excellent food.. fresh and delicious. Every time we go to the island we have to stop here to eat. We've even called in an order and left the beach to go pick it up and then have a picnic on the beach. Love everything we've ever eaten there - the grouper wrap, anti pasta salad, Italian sandwich, and meatball sub

Stopped in with a batch of 9 lads (HS crew team in town to compete nearby for the national championship) and they wolfed down 5 large pizzas with gusto. We sat out on the front deck in comfy chairs under shade umbrellas, were taken care of promptly, and drinks were refilled when needed. Everything was tasty and fine. Reasonably priced to boot! Stop in and give Sisters a try!

Sisters was very good. Their menu looked great, but we only were able to try some salads and pizza. Staff was friendly and service was fair for how busy they were. They take alot of reservations so busy times of year you may want make one if you have a large party or want to sit outside. The side salads were a Good size and the pizza was tastey. Better then average. I would go back again and eat there for sure.

Small little spot on Boca Grande. Went for lunch. Sat outside. Really good thin crust pizza. Vegan friendly. 3 seats at indoor bar. Island vibe. Easy, low key, owned by a couple that moved down 30 years ago from upstate NY.

We have enjoyed several dinners at Sisters and the staff could not have been more accommodating the four of us. The food was delicious and came out hot. Fast service and very close to the beach. Offered gluten free pizza and pasta, The hamburger was good and the grouper wrap was stuffed with fresh fish and a slightly sweet sauce, delicious

Hands down our favorite restaurant on Boca! We ended up having dinner here three nights last week... the winners... the lobster pastas and the shrimp scampi. And you really can't go wrong w/ their pizza - crisp, nice topping distribution, hot! But the absolute Star over every meal is the darn bread and dipping oil... pure magic! One night we got curious about dessert and our super sweet waitress said we shouldn't get our hope up cause their choices are limited to "small cakes." Well we bit and had the BEST little cakes ever - moist and perfectly portioned for one. Loved them! Thank you for being a consistently strong restaurant!

Great pizzas and chicken Caesar salads. Always extremely fresh ingredients. I tried the pasta and wasn't impressed.

Food was excellent! Had the veal parmigiana for dinner. And, had a meatball sub for lunch. Definitely recommend it!

We visited on Friday, Mar 18. There were 4 of us and we were greeted and told to sit where you want. So we did. THEN told to move because they had a reservation. She took our order and was not a friendly person and seemed put out with us as if we weren't good enough to be there. We ordered wings, sat there for 20 minutes in the sun and THEN was told that they didn't have any wings!!! She brought us our drink bill and didn't say a word. We left!!! Won't return!!

All good have used both for pickup and eaten in. Good pizza. Decent menu and good service. Would recommend

I've been going to sisters for years and years and, always enjoyed our dinners. Recently I changed me order and got the blackened chicken Caesar salad after my niece recommended it. My goodness, it was DELICIOUS!! Another dinner companion also ordered it and claimed she licked the bowl it was so good. Another favorite is the bread and dip, the best!

Great Italian and pizza restaurant in Boca Grande! Much more reasonably priced than others in town. Very friendly staff! Best pizza I have ever had in Florida! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Nice late lunch of a delicious Caesar salad for one of us and a Philly cheese steak for me. Really great potato chips fried to order. Great shady spot on the porch with a nice breeze. Service good and masked. Highly recommend. Would come back to try dinner, too!

We went for lunch as a party of 9. The grouper fingers were the star of show, perfectly battered, the fish was fresh and the portions were generous. There was less satisfaction with the ultimate fish sandwich, which had the same fish but a lot less of it for the same price. Others ordered burgers and pizzas, which were pronounced OK. The only disappointment was the Caesar salad, which had mass produced dressing and croutons and was quite expensive for the portion. Service was friendly and attentive.

Grilled chicken caesar wrap and margarita pizza were phenomenal. Service wasn't overly friendly-- but it was quick and got the job done. They were busy and short staffed so I didn't expect to be super catered to. But it was quick and good and that's 5 star worthy to me

What a wonderful place! I was on a bike tour today of the island. The sisters accommodated our group of 22 with great service and fantastic food. I'd strongly recommend the blackened grouper. Delicious. I'll return again!

Food was amazing ! Ordered the BLT , very fresh ! We brought in our two pups , they immediately got them two iced water bowls and made them feel comfortable. Definitely will be returning !

The food is average-mediocre. We ordered shrimp with Buffalo sauce on the side and when the meal came out were told 'the cook didn't want to do that'. The shrimp was soggy. Very rude attitude. Got a BLT and the tomato was the bottom of the tomato. Also ordered the margarita pizza with no tomato add sauce. They charged to remove the tomato. Who charges to remove a ingredient? ‍ Will not be back.

Nice place to go after a day on the beach or when visiting Boca Grande. we had appetizers and drinks here and enjoyed them a lot! Our waitress was energetic and fun, and was patient explaining all the different types of beer they have, and they have a good variety. It was a great way to end a beautiful day here on Boca Grande!!

4 stars overall but 5 island stars lol. Meaning it was one of my fav places on the island. A big thing on the island is price to a value of the food is way off. I don't mind paying a pretty penny for a great meal, but don't enjoy paying an arm and leg for a standard issue meal that wasn't anything to brag about. I felt like most the places had this issue. Sisters did not. Prices was very fair and the food was as good if not better. Now if you want to chance a 40$ fish to see if it was good then go somewhere else, but if you want a good meal for a good price come here. The free bread and oil dip was awesome. Their oil mixture for the bread was addicting. Portions of food was huge, could barely finish mine and wife didn't even come close (may be at guilt of all the bread though lol). Some good beer choices. A nice peaceful outdoor sitting. All in all it was one of the better food experiences on the island and especially when we got the bill. My eggplant parm was delicious and filling. But the calamari although very fresh, seemed like it could've been cooked a little longer. Was a bit rubbery We went for dinner but seemed to be very popular during lunch so I'm sure it's a great lunch spot too

Went for lunch and the food was Excellent and the woman who served us was extremely nice and helpful. I had the mahi on a Caesar salad, my husband had a chicken philly and son had a BLT. All of it was good and fresh. Glad we went.

Good food - fair pricing. Excellent service, hours, drinks etc. Very friendly and in a great location.

It's really a 3.5 but couldn't get it to do a half star. Ordered the shrimp wrap that only had lettuce and Caesar dressing and a few shrimp, which was quite expensive for what your actually getting. The fries were great, reason I gave a 3.5. They were golden and crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. The island salad was good but somehow the hubby thought the Caesar dressing was sweet, which I thought it was a little too much on the sour side. The menu says Italian but it's more of a sandwich shop without the soup, they do not serve soup. All in all, it wasn't terrible and I would give it one more try at dinner time to see if I just ordered the wrong item from the menu. Oh, don't use the Women's bathroom here unless you are hip-less. The tp dispenser is so big and right next to the toilet that you can only sit sideways. In addition, instead of placing a small trash can away from the toilet, they have a very large trash can right where you should be putting your feet! Like I said, sit sideways, Lol!

Came here for lunch and there wasn't any pasta on the menu - super strange for an Italian restaurant, especially given how many people have posted pictures of pasta dishes. I'm thinking maybe they only have it for dinner? The waitstaff was nice, but inattentive. Drinks were empty for too long, our server wasn't on the same page as the kitchen on food they'd run out of, and it was uncomfortably warm inside. I felt like we spent a lot and didn't enjoy any of it. Out of my group of 5, only one person finished their meal. The mozzarella sticks tasted frozen, the calamari didn't have flavor, and none of the ingredients seemed very high quality. There's not a ton of options on the island, but I would recommend trying somewhere else

Sisters is a GEM!!! I Grew up in Italy more specifically Naples so when it comes to pasta I tend to be a snob. But when I took a bite into that seafood marinara I drifted back to my childhood, eating at our local restaurant by the beach. It was ahhmmaazzinnnggg!!! The pasta was perfectly cooked and the sauce was on point!! I was visiting from virginia on memorial day weekend ans my sister and brother in law took us to Boca Grande. I loved this place so much I took my parents down (FROM Virginia) just to see this beautiful place and to eat at sisters. Not being a floridian, I was not aware of off season so they didn't get to experience it.

We enjoyed Sisters Restaurant last night. Party of six, we made a reservation and when we arrived were seated immediately. Wine list was great, service was about what we expected, the restaurant was hopping, lots of people waiting to get seated when we walked up. We had chicken piccatta, an antipasto salad, a pizza, and chicken parmesan. It was all pretty awesome, the only potential improvement would be a little more broiler action to char the cheese on the chicken dishes. We also hammered some appetizers, two thumbs up for the cheese sticks and the jalapeno poppers. The bread was also a big hit. Bottom line, it's a keeper and we will be back. (Our first visit was pre-yelp...)

Nice little restaurant in the main downtown strip of Boca Grande. Walked over from the beach for a late lunch. Ordered the meat lovers pizza and was blown away by how good it was. Nice thin, crisp yet chewy crust, and perfectly balanced sauce, cheese and toppings. Can easily tell that they take real pride in handcrafting this pizza masterpiece. Possibly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Staff were friendly and they even allow dogs on the patio.

Three of us went in for dinner and two of our orders were wrong. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, a large pepperoni pizza without sauce, and a small pepperoni with onion pizza. The waitress refused to tell us what was in the dipping sauce for the appetizer bread. It took over an hour for the food to be delivered to the table. Every other table had been served, and we were still waiting for our food. The waitress brought the small pepperoni with onion pizza first, and it took another 10 minutes for the large pizzas to be brought out. The small pepperoni with onion pizza was very under baked, we couldn't even eat it. The large pepperoni without sauce had pepperoni with slight melted cheese on top that was falling off the pizza and tasted very sweet. After eating two slices, we realized that there was pineapple on the pizza. When a waitress walked up to us she said, "Is there something wrong with the pizza? You can tell us." We told her that there was pineapple on one pizza and the other was severely under baked. She said okay and was willing to make a small pepperoni pizza without sauce for us due to the pineapple. She did not offer to make a LARGE pizza, even though we had originally ordered a large and they made it wrong. She did not offer to make another of the small pizza that was under baked. When the bill came, they did take off the two pizzas they made incorrectly which was greatly appreciated. The staff seemed rude and disinterested in helping us or providing great customer service. No one once apologized for our food being made incorrectly. After we left, we realized what had happened with the incorrectly made large pizza. Pineapple must have been originally put on the pizza, and when they realized their mistake, they took the pineapple off and put more pepperoni and cheese on top to cover the dents from the pineapple. The damage had already been done though because the juice from the pineapple had been soaked into the pizza, and the pepperoni did not have enough cheese or bake time to actually stick to the pizza. We had gone previously and had a great experience, so maybe it was just a bad night for Sister's. But unfortunately, they have lost 3 customers for good.

Good Pizza, reasonable prices! We only had the pizza, the servers are very nice! We would return and try other dishes. Lots of family's here, but quite a few couples too.

What a surprising little find tucked away in Boca Grande! Italian food can be truly hit or miss being as small as Boca is I thought (do I dare) well I'm glade I did! Let me start by saying the staff is very friendly and awesome! Very helpful on choosing something to eat off the menu. Tonight I went with Chicken Marsala which the waitress said is incredible because the chef here is actually from italy! I did order a side salad to start the dinner and I thought it was your average style house salad. Every now and then I'll get lucky at places when ordering these where there loaded with veggies! I was hoping this would happen here, but this wasn't the case. Also to come out with the salad was a homemade mini italian loaf with oil to dip it in! So fresh, warm and tasty! Loved it! I had 3 loafs! Main course! When it arrived I immediately thought JACKPOT! The presentation of the dish was perfect which usually tells me the chef cares about what his dishes look like which also normally means great food! This was the case for sure! The chicken was cooked perfect! Tender, fall apart melt in your mouth! The noodles excellent! The sauce exceptional! This was so tasty and flavorful I was actually blown away! Totally unexpected to say the least! What a great italian dish and experience for sure! Definitely stop on in and try the food for sure, dine outside, have a drink and enjoy the local scenery! Absolutely I'll be back!

We called on a Tuesday night (3/10/2020) and were put on hold. We assumed the restaurant was busy so remained on hold. My friend and I tagged teamed and in the mean time, our husbands drove to Sisters to order our pizza. We were on hold 36 minutes! We listened to them taking orders from other customers and then from our husbands. No apology for keeping us on hold except for they forgot about us. Pizza was good but the customer service and attitude of the employees is awful!

Mildly underwhelming. The pizza was barely warm when it arrived at the table and the sauce could have used some spicing up. When I asked if the shrimp were local I was assured that they were. I can most certainly assure you that these are the same heavily breaded Vietnamese krill that you can get at any airport in Ohio. I really want to like this place. But there's a reason that I only eat here once a year.
