Finally had the opportunity to visit this iconic eatery in New Delhi. If you have searched across internet to find legendary chole bhature, there are high chances that you might have came across this name as they have serving the mouth watering dishes since 1950. Had an early morning breakfast in Delhi style. Taste on point. As far as service is concerned, it was quick. Ambience was clean and organized, however, it could be tricky to find spaces during public holidays and weekdays as it is super popular. They have also installed interactive panel to choose the menu and get the token.

I went to Sitaram Diwan Chand Shop to have chole bhatoore on Saturday around 2 pm. There was huge crowd in the shop. But food was tasty. Advisable place if you are in Delhi to enjoy chole bhatoore.

Jam packed during weekends and even weekdays, good taste and great service. Cash and Paytm payment options available, no Onion garlic options are also available. Lassi and Shikanji are good

It’s a very old shop in Chuna Mandi, pahadganj. They sell chhole and paneer bhature with onions and pickles for Rs 100 a plate. Nice taste. The shop has no seating. You can stand & eat. They also have lassi. They have huge sales volumes. Fresh tasty paneer stuffed bhatura is not to be missed. The accompanying amla and carrot pickle is very tasty. Their green chutney is so different and good. The outlet has started delivering across the city and outside. Parking is an issue here. Quite a busy old market. Better to take an auto or cab. They only sell chholey bhature as the eating option though some drinks are on the menu. Its a small crowded busy place in the crowded pahar ganj chuna mandi market with little street parking. We got there at 8am when the shop opens so were lucky with the parking. Eating is stand in only. It feels like you are eating in a factory because of massive amount of food moving around, seving and packing. They seem to very popular especially with delivery orders The bhaturas are sold flattened ,we like them hot and ballooned up - full of hot air. The chholey are less spicy and less oily but not the thick and dark type which we like. Unlimited pickle and onion available at the table though extra cholley cost you. However, you don't feel heavy after the meal. We visited on 13 June 2025 and the price was Rs 95 per plate of two bhaturas . It is self sevice though they clean up the table quick after you have eaten. Not worth the hype for us. Order online, if you must

Best in the taste on question, staff are well trained and taking care of everything. As compared to foody crowd available space is not enough. In my suggestion they should expand the dining space. Rather than that every thing is perfect from food to beverage. A plate of Chole Bhature costs 95 and a glass of lassi cost me 40. Epic combo for me. I would recommend everyone who is reading this to at-least try once. You won’t regret.

Awesome food , one of the best chole bhature i ever heard, would reccommend yo everybody who is visiting delhi to try once .
