Sivas Sultan Otel

Beautiful Gem, nicely tucked away in the city centre. Service, Breakfast & cleanliness were equivalent of that of 5 Star Hotel. Rooms are little small but cosy. Guest experience is next to none, treating all guests as individual, with care, professionalism like a family. What topped my stay was surprise celebration of my long- forgotten birthday at breakfast table. Thank you Team for reminding us the beauty of human nature.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the Sivas Sultan Otel. I had reserved a suite, but when I arrived, I was given two separate rooms. The rooms were small and cramped, and they stank of cigarettes. The air conditioning was broken, and despite contacting the reception numerous times, it was never fixed. The rooms were also dirty, with dust and dirt everywhere. I was very disappointed with the service at the hotel. The staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. When I asked about getting the air conditioning fixed, they said that they would send someone up, but no one ever came. When I asked for a different room, they said that there were no other rooms available. I would not recommend the Sivas Sultan Otel to anyone. It is a dirty, overpriced hotel with terrible service. I would give it zero stars if I could. Here are some specific examples of the problems I experienced: The rooms were small and cramped. The beds were too small, and there was barely enough space to walk around. The rooms stank of cigarettes. The smell was so strong that it was difficult to breathe. The air conditioning was broken. I contacted the reception numerous times, but it was never fixed. The rooms were dirty. There was dust and dirt everywhere, and the carpets were stained. The service was poor. The staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. I am very disappointed with my stay at the Sivas Sultan Otel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice city hotel. The rooms are cosy, the service is good and the breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The reception staff in particular were very helpful. Thank you very much.

Stayed here for 6 days attempt a weddingi was greathed in a very friendly atmosphere, family hotel with great breakfast and restaurant at top floor . I felt at home and can definitely recommend this hotel in the centre of sivas. With lots of history around the corner and a nice bistro for coffee snacks and good service it offers all what a traveller wants.

We had a family & friends trip to Sivas and we chose to stay at the Sultan Otel! We had a great experience! The hotel is located in the heart of the city center and it is walking distance to everywhere. Rooms were so clean, comfortable, quiet and newly upgraded! They have a restaurant on the top floor with an amazing terrace with a city view! Their food was so delicious and they have various menu options. Their open buffet was a big hit!!! I cannot stop thinking about their food; five star restaurant quality! Hotel workers were so friendly and helpful during our stay and helped us a lot in planning our historical city tour! Even, the hotel owners were so nice and friendly. They made us feel right at home. Mr. Ahmet ( owner’s son) was extremely friendly with us and especially with our kids!!! Thank you so much Sultan hotel, we definitely want to go back for their hospitality and delicious food. I recommend to everyone to stay at this hotel.

The locations street is a bit crowded, so it is a bit difficult parking your car. But.... ask the hotelspersonel and the parking problem is solved in a minute. Great!! ||The entrance of the hotel is friendly and has a rich feel to it. The lobby personel does their work quickly and good. The luggage is being carried to your room. ||Breakfast is more than enough and with great taste. The rooms are spacious enough, but for a couple with each their own luggage, the rooms are a little bit too small. Still, one can manage! ||The bathroom with shower is more than sufficient. The manager and his personel are great and friendly. In the immediate surroundings are many shops( clothing, gold, restaurants). ||The people of Sivas are friendly and helpfull. ||||I recommend Sivas and this part of Turkey to be visited for they are a beautiful city and a breathtaking area.

Excellent hotel Sultan - conveniently located in the center of Sivas. The location of the hotel is convenient both for walking, since a huge number of local attractions are within close reach, and for traveling by car - convenient parking is located right in front of the hotel. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff who were happy to meet all my requests and wishes. The rooms are neat and clean. Room cleaning is daily. All towels are also changed daily. The room has everything you need: TV, air conditioning, el. kettle, safe, hair dryer, wi-fi. In general, if something is not delivered, the hotel staff quickly resolves such situations. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant and cafe at the hotel have in their menu a large selection of delicious dishes for every taste. Everything is very tasty and pleasantly surprised by the speed of serving. In summary, I can say: it's cozy, clean and comfortable! At any time of the day you feel like a welcome guest here. I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here again.
