I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the Sivas Sultan Otel. I had reserved a suite, but when I arrived, I was given two separate rooms. The rooms were small and cramped, and they stank of cigarettes. The air conditioning was broken, and despite contacting the reception numerous times, it was never fixed. The rooms were also dirty, with dust and dirt everywhere.
I was very disappointed with the service at the hotel. The staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating. When I asked about getting the air conditioning fixed, they said that they would send someone up, but no one ever came. When I asked for a different room, they said that there were no other rooms available.
I would not recommend the Sivas Sultan Otel to anyone. It is a dirty, overpriced hotel with terrible service. I would give it zero stars if I could.
Here are some specific examples of the problems I experienced:
The rooms were small and cramped. The beds were too small, and there was barely enough space to walk around.
The rooms stank of cigarettes. The smell was so strong that it was difficult to breathe.
The air conditioning was broken. I contacted the reception numerous times, but it was never fixed.
The rooms were dirty. There was dust and dirt everywhere, and the carpets were stained.
The service was poor. The staff was unhelpful and unaccommodating.
I am very disappointed with my stay at the Sivas Sultan Otel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
