Amazing stay at Sivatel Bangkok! We had a fantastic experience at Sivatel Bangkok. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I don’t remember all their names, but most of the team was very supportive throughout our stay. A special thanks to Prissy, who helped us arrange taxis and assisted with everything we needed. Her kindness and service really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Sivatel, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the entire team—from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and spa—welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness. Everyone was incredibly patient and friendly with our two young children, which made our stay even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Teen from the spa team, who was especially attentive and thoughtful whenever we were by the pool. He went out of his way to ensure our children were safe and comfortable, and we’re so grateful for his care. If we ever find ourselves back in Bangkok, there’s no doubt we’ll choose to stay at Sivatel again. Highly recommended for families!

Jack in the restaurant is pure magic – he knows what you want before you even say it. And the front desk crew? Donut, Jackie, and the “Dragonback” are an unstoppable dream team. They handle the luggage, bring it straight to your room, hold doors open, greet you with genuine warmth, and always have a fun remark ready. Behind the scenes, Prissy keeps everything running like clockwork – a true organizational genius. Excellent customer service! Breakfast has a lot of options, taste really good! They have slightly different menus everyday. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome, just across the street from Central Embassy mall. Has walking distance grocery stores. Very nice overview of the city from our room. Facilities are very well maintained. 100% recommended, will definitely come back next time!
