I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was truly impressed from the moment I entered the room. The room was beautifully designed, very spacious, and extremely comfortable. The bed was incredibly soft, and the pillows were exceptionally good—so comfortable that I honestly wished I could take them home. The bathroom was also very large, with a well-separated shower area that made it feel luxurious and convenient to use. The hotel’s location is another big highlight. It is very easy to get around, with many shopping malls and popular attractions nearby. Being close to well-known luxury mall like Central Embassy also adds to the overall experience and convenience. The swimming pool, located on the upper floor, offers a lovely panoramic city view, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and an excellent location, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Very good hotel, in a convenient area in Bangkok. The hotel lobby is on the 17th floor of the tower, you will find a concierge at the ground floor. The staff is very kind, friendly and professional , from checking, restaurant, gym, to checkout. They were all very kind. The rooms are spacious, clean and well soundproof. The photos / videos with this review are from the room 1912. The bed was very confortable, huge and perfect to fall asleep. The bathroom had a bathtub and a rain shower. The bidet toilet hose was too strong, almost impossible to use it in a nice way. They need to change the pressure to reduce it. The television was perfect and got easy hdmi, usb, Bluetooth connection directly from the wall. So bring you hdmi and you will be able to use it with your laptop, tablet etc The pool was beautiful however we didn’t use it so I cannot say much about it The gym was nice, quite nice for this hotel, they have even a dedicated room for group class, which usually start in the evening. The breakfast is located at the 8th floor ( with gym and pool) and it was amazing. A lot of choices, drinks, and a chef is doing eggs for you. The area is nice you are few minutes away from the BTS, otherwise very fast grab bike / car taxi at the bottom of the hotel in few minutes. Definitely a good hotel to stay if you can find good price

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The Champa Suite was truly wonderful – spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. The breakfast was excellent as well: plenty of choice, everything fresh and very tasty. I would also like to compliment the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Special compliments to Prissa and Jackie – you really made my stay exceptional with your warm service and attention! In short: highly recommended. I will definitely return!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The overall service was very good, and the staff were especially helpful from the moment we arrived and check-out. We had an urgent need to print, scan, and sign documents to send via email, and the team assisted us efficiently without hesitation.Thank You front desk (Ms. Staff and Ms. Ava). The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was good with plenty of choices. .The location is also very convenient, close to the BTS and shopping malls. Would recommend this hotel. A pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Overall great experience for our seven-nights stay with two kids. The hotel provided two baby cots, which we really appreciated. The room was spacious with a good layout, perfect for a family. Reception and service staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a good spread. Special thanks to Prissy and her colleagues for noticing that we left something behind and assisting us promptly before we hop onto our ride to the airport. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

The ingredients were fresh, simple, and made with care. It really matches the hotel’s natural, wellness-driven vibe.| • Great sleep quality – the room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. I slept so well both nights.| • Beautiful energy throughout the hotel – the ambiance is relaxing and feels very “green-city boutique” in the heart of Bangkok.| • Excellent staff – everyone I met was kind, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. Their warm service made the stay feel even more special.||Overall, Sivatel gives you a feeling of being taken care of — in a natural, unpretentious way. I left with a clear mind, good rest, and very happy memories.||I would definitely return again. 💚

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights with our 2 teenagers. Staff were very friendly and the rooms well equipped and clean. Plenty of variety at the breakfast buffet which was included in the stay. A beautiful rooftop pool although a little too cold for me to swim. Fantastic location just a few mins walk from the BTS. I would happily stay here again.

The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around the city. The staff were exceptional- always friendly, smiling, and genuinely attentive, which made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The swimming pool offers a beautiful city view and is a great place to unwind. Overall, a great hotel with comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. Highly recommended.
