Six Senses Residences

Terrible floor plan. Our unit couldn't even accommodate queen sized bed. Closets dont use sliding doors, so it was hard to move around the bed. Living area is limited because bedroom doors open to the living area, so you have to push your tv console and couch closer together. I wish the two doors couldve been placed farther from each other, so there wouldve been enough wall for the tv console to be placed against. Floor tiles look cheap. Bathroom looks cheaper. I dont know if neighboring units didnt use exhaust or the kitchen exhaust was just not sufficient. We didnt cook but our unit smelled of food. We raised the issue but were told we had to pay extra to upgrade our kitchen vent. There is no terrace or laundry room, so no way of doing your laundry properly. There was no 24/7 convenience store downstairs. On top of it all, association fee is hefty, similar to BGC and Makati. But you cant even get in touch or have your concerns heard by the head of homeowners association. No wonder some people also stopped renting there. The only thing I liked when we stayed there was it was more quiet than the other condos in the area.

The staff here are so unfriendly. Especially the reception is slow to work and they talk forcefully. Even though I can speak English, they look at my face (Oriental) and say no to an interpreter app. I've never seen a desk worker talk so loudly in the world. The staff pretends to be the owner of the building. Service training is urgently needed.

What I felt after living for 2 months. environment : There is a park nearby and the swimming pool and gym facilities are good. guard : It is the guard's job to protect the safety of residents. But they are cocky and think they are the police. Etc : 1. There is no terrace, so it is inconvenient to do laundry. 2. There are many damaged areas due to poor construction, but no thought is made to fix them. 3. There are set rules, but the administrator changes them on the spot. 4. Even the price per sqm is expensive but There are problems with the attitude of the employees and the management of the condo by the administrator. Overall review I do not recommend six senses condominum. if you are looking to buy a unit or rent one. I concerned about Federaland's supervision system while living in Sixth Sense.

Nice city

The lobby of the sixth building is just like the African grassland, it's too hot, I've been talking to the property owner for half a year, but the air conditioner has not been turned on, and I sweat a lot every time I wait for the car there, so it's a bad experience.
