Thanks to the brand’s video series, At Home With Six Senses, housebound “guests” can learn how to make herbal elixirs from staff at the Six Senses Yao Noi in Thailand, like a “rocket fuel” blend made from ingredients like ginger root, garlic, and apple cider vinegar; practice stretching and breathing techniques with Dorelal Singh Thakur, Six Senses' Global Head of Yoga; and watch sleep tutorials led by wellness practitioner Anna Bjurstam, who is also behind the wellness programming at the forthcoming Six Senses New York. All of the episodes—as well as daily live-streamed discussions offering guidance on how to navigate these uncertain times—can be viewed on the Six Senses website or Facebook page.
