Overall, This is a very disappointing experience. The service was fine, and the atmosphere of the space, beautifully decorated and nice garden. But this is a restaurant. I was very disappointed with most of dishes I ordered, Sadly coke and salad were the most delicious. The steak ordered medium was prepared as medium rare on the left and medium well done on the right. The pasta tastes fine.. I don't really think i am gonna back here.

What an amazing experience! We loved the ambience of the restaurant, the food, albeit somewhat expensive, was excellent and the servers were very friendly and thoughtful. You’ll spend more than in other places in Yogyakarta, but the quality of the food lives up to it. The steak was grilled to perfection and the arroz negro tasted like it was served in Spain. Definitely recommend!

Had dinner in Six Senses Kitchen with husband. We ordered steak, duck confit, gambas (shrimp tapas), mushrooms tapas and a dessert (choc pannacotta). We love every food we ordered. Service is excellent and the waitress who serves us is very knowledgeable in describing the food or giving suggestions. Reservation is very strict. It is a paid reservation (I transferred 300k as a down payment) and there are some outfit rules that must be obeyed. Overall we had a great experience in six senes and will be willing to comeback again.

A gem in jogja. The prawn looks nothing special but when you taste it the favour was so rich. With the bread, perfect. The main course beef rib. I don’t know how they make it so tender. juicy not dry at all!

This place is located in a shopping area and close to a traditional market. On the edge of a fairly busy two-way road so it is easy to find. Unfortunately, it seems that parking is only on the side and sidewalk of the road, both for 2 wheels and 4 wheels. Classic model building, dominated by wood, the main dining room is located in the middle as the center, facing a fairly large garden, semi-open, there is a special room closed by glass windows. There is also a place to eat in the garden, very interesting especially at night.. There are certain rules that must be followed for visitors who want to enter. Providing western cuisine, and for the taste.. you can try it yourself...

Great atmosphere, not great foods. Service is nice but the food doesn’t compare to places like Mediterranean. If you want good quality food at less than these high end prices, choose Mediterranean or Masama by Kamil. Ribeye here was choice meat at best. Small portions of veggies. Prawns were adequate.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sixsenses Kitchen, a renowned luxury restaurant in Yogyakarta. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable culinary experience. For my appetizer, I ordered the steak tartare. The taste was good, but I felt that a bit more seasoning could enhance the flavors even further. Next, I had the tenderloin Angus reserva, which I requested to be cooked medium. Unfortunately, it arrived a bit late and seemed closer to medium-well. Despite this, the steak was still tasty and enjoyable. The highlight of my meal was the duck confit. The meat was incredibly juicy and tender, making it a delightful dish. To finish, I opted for La Sevillana, which was a refreshing way to end my lunch. Overall, my experience at Sixsenses Kitchen was positive. However, I believe that providing napkins would be a nice touch, especially considering the restaurant’s luxury status.

First of all, I really love the place and how they did it. So many intricate details. It gives it this fancy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were super nice and friendly. They didnt seem too fake or too forceful to be nice like other places try to be. The entire service was fast; food arrived in good timing. The drinks were good. I give it a 4/5. Its much better than most places outside of Bali. The only thing was that they never served them with icecubes which was weird given the warm temperature there. We had to ask for icecubes everytime we ordered a new drink. The food was ok (its much better than most places I tried in Yogyakarta). I only give it a 3.5 star because it was fine dining. The food could have used more complexities in taste and the presentation could have been better. The desserts were amazing tho. I suggest you try the chocolate lava cake. In all, this was a nice experience given the ok-ish foods I tried in Yogaya. It is definitely one of the best places to dine in Yogya.
