I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sixsenses Kitchen, a renowned luxury restaurant in Yogyakarta. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable culinary experience.
For my appetizer, I ordered the steak tartare. The taste was good, but I felt that a bit more seasoning could enhance the flavors even further. Next, I had the tenderloin Angus reserva, which I requested to be cooked medium. Unfortunately, it arrived a bit late and seemed closer to medium-well. Despite this, the steak was still tasty and enjoyable.
The highlight of my meal was the duck confit. The meat was incredibly juicy and tender, making it a delightful dish. To finish, I opted for La Sevillana, which was a refreshing way to end my lunch.
Overall, my experience at Sixsenses Kitchen was positive. However, I believe that providing napkins would be a nice touch, especially considering the restaurant’s luxury status.
