Sixt

I have rented from Sixt in Frankfurt 9 or 10 times in the last 15 months. I also rent from Sixt in Spain, Switzerland, Portugal & at least once a month in the U.S. though the station in FRA is by far my favorite & the best. I’ve always been extremely satisfied with the service, staff & vehicles I have rented. The selection of cars is one of the best of any company & country I have rented in. See the pictures below if you do not believe me. I am actually going back next week & again for Christmas. I understand not everything is perfect every time, but the staff here has always gone above & beyond for me & if I need or request anything. I can fly into many airports in Europe & rent a car but this by far is my go to location. Thank you Sixt FRA for a job well done. Keep it up & I will keep coming. See you in a few days. Car pickup and return was easy. I rented a BMW 3 series. It was march 2025 model and full equipment. Unfortunately winter tires were on. Overall experience 9/10 and worth every penny. Number plate MBV 4089 grey BMW 3 series sportwagen has a wignette for Switzerland until 30.06.2026 :D

Best Rental Experience in Stuttgart Airport! I have had really good experiences with renting them. Cars are always in great condition! Staff is always helpful!

Terrible service. Car key is tied to a model make label key chain via some cheap string attachment that broke off upon handing it to me at pick up. Then got a 1300 euro charge for poorly documented damage despite the agent at vehicle return matching existing document damages on their device (iPad) and explicitly telling me that everything was okay before completing the check-in. Failure to detect such obvious damage upon immediate return is a Sixt operational error, not the error of the customer. Going back to renting with Hertz next time and never again with Sixt. Never had problems with them.

Impeccable services, car was brand new, very good agents, fast pick-up and even faster return (2 minutes). Very, very good value for the price paid!

We rented a car here for a week. Marie, the representative, was very friendly and explained all the details patiently. She gave us the exact location where to find the car and where to bring it back. It was fast and easy compared to other rental cars we used abroad. We were happy with the car we received and the service, thank you!

Quick and easy collection of keys, be aware the cars are parked quite a long walk from the counter. The staff were friendly at both collection and return. The car was brand new and met expectations for what we booked. Drop off on return was quick and easy.
