Good price (600 baht/night) for this location and nice outdoor area. I wouldn't stay here again though. My room was dirty: there was toilet paper and used cotton swabs on the floor and the trash can was not empty when I arrived. Towels and bedsheet have stains. The mattress is definitely from the last century. There are always a bunch of people watching you at the entrance. I assume they are not thai people, they dont greet and they don't smile back. When arriving I was not explained anything. I had to ask where the pool is or if they offer breakfast, where to get the wifi password. He showed me the pool but did not recommend to use it the first 2 days of my 4 nights stay, because they had to put "chemicals" in it. You do get your privacy at the pool and in the yard though and the woman working here seams nice too. I didn't have any encounter with insects, as stated in other reviews. If the room was clean and the entrance people would smile some more, my review would have been very positive.

This is a huge complex hotel offering a range of services all within the property! The location is great, inside the old town, nearby one of the streets full of restaurants! The furniture was a bit old-school but, efficient enough to spend a couple of days. You might ear a bit of noise from the other rooms or the outer space within the hotel. Budget friendly and great location 👌

I arrived to find my air conditioned room with balcony had neither only a window and a fan. The tv and the fan didn’t work, I went to reception where a guy playing on his phone said he would be with me in a couple of minutes. I booked 2 nights but if Wi-Fi works it will only be one. Apparently you also have to give positives bar is pleasant

Booked a room and turns out they did not have a room for us. Had to pay extra to stay in a different “upgraded room” at nine pm. Not handled very nicely by the hosts in my opinion, wouldn’t book here again.

Located in very quiet place in the old city. We discovered it yesterday .trying to find good espresso. And we did! We also had good lunch there. The best pad thai i had this trip. Runs by amazing friendly and helpful family . The place has so much touch to the Thailand I know the last 20 years coming here. Each corner...has a thought and live to nature. And thai culture. I will Def stay there in my next time travel to chiang mai. Old...mean beauty! Thank you for the big smiles

The room is pretty spartan but does its job. The shower is good. There's a nice garden. Good value and great location.

View is on stone wall, and noisy hostel next door, otherwise atmosphere is really nice, authentieke decor and quiet vibe

Good but looks old with furniture I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the downside, the furniture in the room was quite old and I was very disappointed to find cockroaches in the room—this is something the management definitely needs to address urgently. However, I have to give credit to the staff—they were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. With some improvements in cleanliness and room maintenance, this place could be much better.
