Have had the pleasure of dinning at SK a multiple of times. And can happily say I’ve never had a bad meal. I mean any restaurant with a dedicated potato menu is always a plus in my book. But there Tommy’s margarita really tops it off. Service is always wonderful. Huge thank you to the team.

Probably one of the best meals I have had in Brisbane, if not Australia. Oysters so fresh you could taste the Sea. The Steak was on a different level than Margret in Sydney (which is in the Top Ten Steak Restaurant globally) perfectly cooked, peppercorn sauce off the charts. Finished with a Affogato which was also faultless. Staff exceptional, enthused, welcoming and clearly love working there. Botton line including tip $360. Prefect 10

Outstanding dining experience from start to finish. We had the most beautiful dinner with incredible service. Every single dish was insanely delicious. The agnolotti I’ve been thinking about for weeks. The scallops were dressed in the most beautiful dressing we were drinking it from the shells. The steak cooked to perfection, the toothfish exquisite. I have absolutely nothing to fault about SK, I cannot wait to come back and try more from their menu. We were celebrating an engagement and a beautiful hand written note was left on our table. Definitely add SK to your must visits in Brisbane.

From the moment you step into SK Steak & Oyster, you know you're in for something special. The location itself sets high expectations, and the live pianist in the center of the restaurant creates a relaxed ambiance. Seating options include cozy booths and tables, ensuring comfort for all guests.

The open kitchen at the rear of the restaurant adds an exciting energy, allowing diners to see the chefs in action—an experience not often felt in this type of establishment. The steaks are sensational, as expected, and the extensive wine list is impressive. I highly recommend asking the sommelier to help you choose the perfect wine to complement your meal.

The service is top-quality, with attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff who are well-versed in the menu. SK Steak & Oyster is highly recommended for special occasions, romantic dinners, or larger group gatherings.

The food was incredible, the steak was probably the best I have ever had. Extremely attentive staff who were very nice and helpful with recommendations for food. I would 100% go back, but probably order less food next time as the portions are very large. I think for the quality of the food it is very well priced also. The steak tartare was the best I have ever had. My only criticism would be that the espresso martini tasted too sweet. The wedge salad was magnificent.

Great experience from start to end. Celebrated my father's 60th birthday at SK. The service was impeccable. Manager and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. Oysters were super fresh and the steak (1kg Dry-Aged Porter House) was very flavourful & perfectly cooked. All the sides were well-made and the coral trout we ordered was surprisingly good. Despite being one of the more expensive restaurants in Brisbane, I would definitly visit again to try some other entrees and sides.

Came here from recommendations - dined with my girlfriend and her mum from Canada, we were amazed by the food and the service. If I could give 10 stars I would, the steak was cooked perfectly, the Mac and cheese was great, the fish was phenomenal and the desserts I wish I could get twice. The best part of the whole experience was Nicko the manager, he was extremely accommodating, chatted with us, and was the best service I have had in Australia, ever. Will be coming back with everyone because of Nicko, and the chefs! 🙌

11th August 5:45pm, booked a table for my Birthday. We were seated right next to the bathroom which wasn’t pleasant at all. The entree was okay, but we had to ask staff for water and to clear our plates. Our mains toke 40 minutes to arrive and it was just two medium rare rib eye steaks. The salad dressing tasted like big mac sauce from Maccas, the carrots and mushrooms were nothing fantastic. No wow factor. We left without cake or dessert and thanked the waiter for seating us next to the bathrooms. Soo extremely disappointed, I would not recommend.
