Celebrated my sister’s 25th, outstanding service, incredible drinks and food. Truly fine dining, it’s their attention to the small details that elevates their service to the next level. Favourite drink; ‘Lemon Dream’ (lemon meringue) cocktail. Favourite side dish; ‘Shellfish mac and cheese’. Favourite main dish: ‘Kiwami half sirloin new york cut’. The steak was juicy, melt in your mouth, to-die-for amazing. No sauce needed. The atmosphere was so comfortable and relaxing, highly enjoyed the live music and the restaurants music was also really good. Only thing i would not recommend is the ‘Mash w roast chicken gravy’ as i found it to taste like instant mash, chicken gravy however very tasty. If you’re looking for a 10/10 place to celebrate, this is it!!! cannot wait to come back

Wow, what an amazing restaurant! Amazing food, lovely atmosphere and a gorgeous team that looked after us so well. Thank you to Nico, Issac, Iris, Alana, Jared, Jake, Charlene and Ocean. You looked after us so well, making the experience exceptional. The ambiance was perfect, the musicians, Pianist/singer & Double Bass fantastic. Couldn’t fault anything.

Upscale hotel restaurant with a dress code. Need to commend the attentive and professional service here, with ample wait staff - only gripe is they forgot to bring mustard for our steak after offering to! We did get mini caramel slices for a birthday which was a lovely end to a filling meal. Steak was done well, the toothfish was divine, and our potato dishes were tasty.

The service (Jess from Brisbane) was exemplary to say the least. She could not of done anything else to make our experience amazing at The Australian Open Reserve. Thanks so much Jess. The ambience, atmosphere and decor was brilliant and loved every second. The entrees of oysters and steak tartare was outstanding. The dessert/cheese was sensational. The main course of Steak was not unfortunately. It was paper thin and extremely over cooked. I dont think my expectation of a nice thick well cooked steak would be too hard too ask for at a steak restaurant. Overall great experience but very underwhelmed steak was very disappointing.

(Consistently perfect). I have often said that the service at all your restaurants are second to none. All credit goes out to you. Your staff are always so nice and friendly and eager to please. Brisbane is always a good excuse to get away and be pampered.

Incredible food & cocktails. Everything was delicious from starters through to dessert. Service was also amazing; we were served by Ollie who was lovely and very helpful with our questions about the menu & very accommodating to the allergies of one member of our party.

We celebrated our anniversary here, and the service was impeccable. We requested a booth seat and were lucky enough to receive one. From the moment we walked in until we left, every staff member was attentive, with our waitress going above and beyond. The food was enjoyable overall. The seafood platter was a great choice: fresh, generous, and well presented. Our main was flavourful, though not standout, while the sides really shone—my partner especially loved the mash. We were curious about pairing seafood with mash and gave it a try. Although we didn’t order dessert, the team surprised us with a small caramel slice. A thoughtful touch that made the night feel extra special. Thank you, SK.

Absolutely the best steak I've ever eaten. Caviar on point 🤤 Moreton bugs cocktail to die for! Mashed potato was divine! Highly recommend!
