Skapto Burgers, Beers and Fries Iskar

Overall a good place. The service was extremely nice and friendly. The burger was also very fresh. My only complaint would be that the fries weren’t the freshest but they were still okay. For the price I would definitely go again!

The burger was pretty solid, the service was prompt, but not necessarily very friendly, and the ambiance of the space was warm and quiet when I went. The fries could use some work, as they lacked some flavor and were a little soggy. Either way it was a pretty enjoyable lunch. I ended up going again to a different location and trying something different.

I ordered a burger that, based on the picture on their menu, clearly had cheese. However, when it was served, I was told it doesn’t come with cheese. This was disappointing, as the presentation was misleading. The burger itself was not delicious despite being expensive and large. For the price, I expected much better quality and flavor. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve both their honesty in advertising and the taste of their food.

Very tasty burgers. You have the option to go for a small medium or large burger. (Amount of meat in it) We ordered the medium size, and were just enough as the combo comes with fries and a drink. Fries were also quite delicious. As in all Sofia, the service in restaurants is friendly.

Had takeaway. Got the Skapto Bourbon-darn it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Only in Bulgaria seems like-would be inclined to travel back just for them alone.

How is it possible to serve dishes on rusty plates? How can you bring cutlery to the table in a rusty cutlery holder? My chicken filet burger was cold and the chicken was almost raw. To be honest, my table-companion actually enjoyed the same type of burger that I ordered. The environment is beautiful especially the patio that overlooks a nice little street. The waiters were professional but seemed rather depressed. Prices were ok.

If you like tasty burgers and beautiful street art, this place is definitely for you! Every single burger I have had there was very tasty. Moreover, if you go there on your birthday, you just need to show your ID card and you get a burger (from your choice) for free.

I am usually not picky, but sorry guys… Restaurant was empty and after reminding the waiter twice we had to wait 40 minutes to then get cold burgers with no real taste… fries tasted old and after asking the waiter for ketchup they said they had none left?! Restaurant seems to be pretty nice, but overall the food and service was horrible. Probably the worst burger we ever had. Really frustrating but 0% recommendation :(
