Skapto Burgers, Beers and Fries Iskar

It ’s really good place for beer lovers . They have their really good lager on tap and also fridge full of craft beer . Not the best burger that I ever had but it was nice . Thank you for your service and kindness.

Overall a good place. The service was extremely nice and friendly. The burger was also very fresh. My only complaint would be that the fries weren’t the freshest but they were still okay. For the price I would definitely go again!

The burger was pretty solid, the service was prompt, but not necessarily very friendly, and the ambiance of the space was warm and quiet when I went. The fries could use some work, as they lacked some flavor and were a little soggy. Either way it was a pretty enjoyable lunch. I ended up going again to a different location and trying something different.

I ordered a burger that, based on the picture on their menu, clearly had cheese. However, when it was served, I was told it doesn’t come with cheese. This was disappointing, as the presentation was misleading. The burger itself was not delicious despite being expensive and large. For the price, I expected much better quality and flavor. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve both their honesty in advertising and the taste of their food.

Sorry but this was the worst service ever. Restaurant is half full and still, 30 minutes waiting to order and another 40 to get food. We didn’t get fork, knives, sauces for fries or napkins, even when asking twice in Bulgarian (as my colleague who was there with me was Bulgarian) and in English. The burger was okay but i would never come back knowing the service is so poor and the waiters are inconsiderate.

Update 2025: What happened to you, Skapto? This used to be my favorite burger spot — authentic, fun, and never disappointing. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. I hate to say it, but it seems like inflation has turned even Skapto into just another money-hungry business… We visited last weekend, and everything was off. Starting with the servers that got our order 3 times wrong (ok can happen, they might have been new, summer job etc) Very friendly tho, all of them. The bun was just ok, the meat dry. Sauce? Little to none. I have a lifetime coupon for large fries with ranch, but after 30 minutes of back-and-forth between three confused servers, I ended up with a small portion of cold fries and no ranch, we had to ask for it. Skapto’s fries were the reason this was our favorite place. We would always say that Skapto WAS the only place that not only has amazing burgers but fries too. To make things worse, they charged us 5 BGN for 0,75 of tap water — yes, tap water. Really disappointed in the decline — both in food and service. Skapto used to stand out. Now, it’s just sad to see what’s become of them… 2023: As always Skapto didn’t fail to impress ❤️ Best burger in town and let’s not forget all the board games they have. Makes for a fun night out with friends. Recommend it 10/10

Good place to eat hamburger. Not a best hamburger but it’s OK. One craft beer and not a best chips.

Had takeaway. Got the Skapto Bourbon-darn it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Only in Bulgaria seems like-would be inclined to travel back just for them alone.
