Skapto Burgers, Beers and Fries Iskar

Personally, these are the weakest craft burgers in the city for me. I visited the place twice, and both times the burger was served with a warm filling and cold buns. In photo, as you will see from the pictures I’ve attached, the burger looks great, and the filling is indeed tasty and well prepared. Unfortunately, it is unacceptable for the buns to be taken straight out of the fridge and for a warm filling to be placed between them. The interior has a pleasant, modern design with plenty of artwork, creating a good match for street food and craft burgers. Sadly, the food itself does not live up to the atmosphere. The fries are good, but that’s not enough to compensate for the main issue. In the end, this is a burger place, not a fries place. The staff also did not make a good impression. The service felt cold, with an attitude along the lines of “yet another customer we have to deal with.” Personally, I would not visit the place again. I wish “Skapto” would raise their standards, because there are plenty of strong alternatives for great burgers in the city, and this level of execution simply doesn’t hold up.

We came here based on the reviews and we can see why they are so good. Great choice of different burgers all of which looked amazing. I went for the Cheesus with 3 patties which was amazing. So delicious and I like the homemade brioche bun. Nice sweet potato fries too. We were served by Jordan who was excellent and gave good recommendations for the food. Will come again.

Besides all the good reviews, we did not expect our experience to be this disappointing. We ordered two burgers with fries and beers. The service was nothing special. When our burgers arrived, they were not even warm. The fries were okay, but the burgers should have been a bit better considering that we waited around 20 minutes for them. Overall, not the quality or experience we were hoping for. For the price of the menu there are a lot more better options in the city. :)

Nice restaurant very friendly folk, thanks to Dimitur for his help 😁 The burgers are excellent, I asked for a Five Patty protein burger (lettuce instead of bread) and it was truly delicious. The local Beer is good.

Great burgers, lovely server able to explain the menu in English (my Bulgarian is 0 😳), good beer, American Hip Hop playing, not loud but also not radio edit (if you have kids) 😂. Lovely little burger place with good vibes and good beer.

We went there for a meal. The burger was one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The service was extremely friendly. We asked about a gluten-free option, and the waiter not only said they didn’t have one, but immediately offered a solution by serving the burger wrapped in lettuce leaves instead. Generous portions. I really liked this place and definitely recommend it to others!

Burgers and fries were not very good. Also we were charged more than it said on the menu. There were some items on the receipt that we didn't orderd and didn't get. We got 2 burgers with fries and small drinks for almost 25 euros. The food was much better in Burger King for less money. Alot to improve. Good luck.

Feels wuite crammed inside. On the second floor the ceiling is only around 170 cm high. The food is expensive, but it is completely unjustified in my opinion. Service was quick, wouldn't describe it as friendly or unfriendly. The atmosphere is nice and cozy apart from three light bulbs that won't stop blinking - it is very irritating. Overall average place to get lunch or brunch.
