The 1-hour skate sessions are definitely a win fun, affordable, and great for kids who just want to skate. But when it came to hosting my daughter’s birthday party here, I’d say come fully prepared and expect to spend more than you think. The party package is around $250, and it only includes one small table. If you’re expecting more guests, you’ll have to pay $50 per extra table and trust the tables are tiny. If you have a decent-sized party, you’re probably going to need at least three tables. It adds up fast, and while I wouldn’t call it a scam, it definitely feels like they’ve started charging premium prices just because the place is trendy again. Another downside: the restrooms were extremely filthy, and some of the older staff members weren't the friendliest. I also had an issue at the concession stand when they said they couldn’t break my change, which was surprising.
Overall, the skating itself is great fun, but the customer service, cleanliness, and pricing policies really take away from the experience.
