The hommus and bread were amazing and definitely a starter I’d recommend, though a little extra bread would’ve made it perfect. The garlic prawns were full of flavour, the steak was cooked exactly to perfection, and the Kilpatrick oysters were really good. The only dish that fell a little short was the scallops — they were small and I think they would’ve been much nicer left as they are, rather than wrapped in bacon. The atmosphere was lovely, with background music at just the right level — you could hear it without it being too loud, which is something I really value in restaurants. On top of that, the view of the harbour created a beautiful setting to enjoy the meal. The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were warm and accommodating, even when we came in an hour earlier just to use the bathrooms while checking into our hotel. That friendliness really added to the experience. Overall, Skeetas is a great spot in Geraldton — good food, welcoming service, and a relaxed atmosphere with gorgeous views. Definitely worth a visit.

We arrived into Geraldton on Easter Sunday without a booking. Lovely chap squeezed us into there what seemed like fully booked restaurant. We had a fantastic outdoor table watching the sunset over dinner. A crowd favourite was the Whiting & chips… delicately battered, delicious chips & perfectly balanced garden salad. Othered loved the pizza, dumplings & garlic prawns. The highlight was the service from Ethan… what an awesome chap and so friendly too. Thanks everyone for making our night spesh! Happy Easter 🐰💛

My grandfathers nickname for my late mum was Skeeta as she continually buzzed around him, so we thought it was only apt to eat here on our visit. We are so glad we did. One world.. Superb!!! The food was so beautiful in presentation and taste, the staff were brilliant. On leaving, we were told that they were 6 staff down, but as a customer, this wasn't evident. We can only highly recommend this wonderful restaurant

One of the best seafood restaurants in the area by far! Rock Lobsters are fresh! (Paired with a feta strawberry salad) That salad is fresh and delicious Prawns huge in size! Risotto is very fragrant and delicious! Well made by the chef! The red snapper (fish of the day) was so thick and flavourful (albeit abit pricey) Calamari squid rings were well seasoned and very tender to the bite! And the portions are very filling! Would highly recommend for people wanting a splurge a little on some quality seafood!

Great place for dinner. Dhufish wings taste really good, Pizza - the lamb with yogurt, yogurt delights the pizza nicely. Great views by sunset. I was only kinda disappointed with the food waiting time, it took nearly 50 minutes.

We really enjoyed celebrating our Wedding Anniversary at Skeetas. The food was outstanding, fresh and flavoursome. The service was friendly and obliging to take a photo of us. The atmosphere was great. Lovely views of the ocean and sunset. Not too noisy. We could hear each other talking. A wonderful evening.

Late lunch... great experience! Everything was perfect, the fish was fresh and juicy, the wine was an excellent accompaniment and finally the suggestion of a delicious and fresh dessert... great experience!!! Congratulations to the whole team for the service and the quality offered!

Yelp
I'm going to have to rag on this place even though staff were really nice. Ok, so the order went in wrong and they very nicely fixed it. A few times. Not a big deal. But then... I wished I could have cancelled it! We like Oysters and Geraldton is "a seafood town." Should have paid more attention as these ones are Coffin bay and with Covid they must have taken 3 months to get here. Mush. So distasteful. Somehow the natural mushy oysters tasted of Omo washing powder . Their effort to hide the mush with an awful melted sweet poorly-paired sorbet was offensive. I gagged and spat it out. The Parmesan & rocket salad is pictured And then, the kicker after unpleasant food, it was 1.5 hours waiting for TAKE-AWAY mains. The oven baked Rock Lobster was good & perfectly cooked. Probably too much garlic for most. Must have been frozen for a long time. The steak. See the picture. Very heavy handed sauce. Not terrible: simplest explanation is pub food. To the restaurant: 1) Do not serve old/bad ingredients: discard them. 2) If you don't have the staff to cook/serve/deliver your food, refuse the order 3) Pub food

Yelp
A re-styled concept of marina side dining, within the mantra complex in the city centre. Skeetas was formally homed on the main drag before it's move to this lovely new spot. Definitely a fresh clean look! An A+ for location but food is still average. However, the Service was good. Neat casual dress req'd.

Yelp
What a wonderful location and view! We were able to watch the sun set over the boats in the marina. We had a cheese platter which had excellent variety and the mains were fantastic also. The service was great with people regularly checking in and very polite. I would certainly recommend you go there!

Yelp
Skeeta's has moved but still has way cool water views, in fact better cos now you can envy the boats rocking in the marina. Went for breakfast with the Captain recently and the coffee is great but the food was weird. I ordered bruschetta at $19.50 and it was a small cold thin slice of Turkish with two sliced cold pale tomato, eggs and wilted rocket. The Cap's poached eggs were great as was his cap. I'd return but I'd be very careful about my order. Never thought to ask, how do you do your bruschetta?
