Ordered the special MB 8/9+ Western Australian Wagyu tenderloin with garlic butter broccolini, spiced kipfler potatoes and red wine jus. Requested it well done, but it came out charred and extremely dry, to the point it was unpleasant and hard to eat. At $68, this dish was absolutely not worth the price and well below expectations for a premium Wagyu steak.
After explaining it with the wait staff, they kindly allowed us to change the meal to the lemon chicken, which was actually good. The service throughout was friendly.
Unfortunately, the initial dish and overall experience didn’t live up to the price or reputation.
