Lovely fondue. Didn’t see any children’s menu at all. Saw someone mention kids menu. Had the cheese and chocolate fondue. Salad consisted of lettuce which annoyed me and then a massive bucket of bread. Cheese fondue was good. Bread and salad average. Staff friendly and nice. Pricey for what it is - if they reduced their price or have more than lettuce the place may not be empty

The actual worst food I’ve ever had, chicken so dry and frozen veg/chips. Steak not good either. When told the waiter we weren’t happy he disappeared. Food looks fine in photos but don’t be fooled. Inexperienced staff who obviously don’t know how to take criticism

I’m a big fan of this place and make sure I visit if ever over for a ski trip. I get some of the criticism; it’s a little slick and touristy and so busy sometimes the service can suffer, but I’ve always had a great time. Fondue has been good, I like the charcuterie on offer, and and the salads and sides have always been spot on for what I want out of this kind of meal. On top of that it’s a great place just for a drink out on the terrace.

Firstly, it's really well themed and great to see COVID-19 precautions being taken seriously with tables spaced apart and perspex between booths. A fairly limited menu but one that offers a reasonable choice considering the Fondue theme. The dishes are very tasty and I highly recommend.

Nice building and decor. When we arrived for our 7pm booking they claimed I had called earlier and changed to 9.30 ( I hadn’t). I won’t hold that against them but the service was rushed and poor. We sat through our entire meal with empty wine glasses and seemingly no hope of ordering more wine. My son had steak ordered medium that came out dry all the way through, and this is the best bit- they said if he told them earlier they would have replaced it! How could he tell them when no wait staff came near us for 30 minutes?? Very disappointed, particularly given we had high expectations with all the plaudits.

We ate here twice, the first time just walking in, the second time by booking, both times for lunch. We very much enjoyed it. Particularly appreciated that it's possible to get fondues and plancha for just one person, so we could each have our favourite. The salad I had on the first occasion, and the Mont Blanc dessert, were also highly recommendable.

Came here for lunch with 8 other people. We ordered fondue cheese and meat to share. All very tasty and large portions. Be prepared to wait a very long time for food to arrive though. Half our table waited 45 mins for food to arrive which was a salad and raw meat and had to ask for the same drinks 3 times. Good place although extremely under staffed waiter to customer ratio

The food is amazing here! We had the fondue savoyarde and beef fondue with red wine. We ordered our children a dessert of chocolate fondue. Service was amazing! The lady who served us was lovely, wish I had asked for her name. Would highly recommend coming here for food. Next time I’ll order the raclette. The decor is beautiful with all wooden skis and old fashion skis.
