WORST FONDUE I HAVE EVER TASTED. The cheese wasn’t molten, and I basically had to cook it myself. For almost 30€ it was below average, and the name “fondue factory” is an offense and disgrace to the entire region. We were seated at a table that was way too big for seven people. I did not expect to be forced to social distance six years after the beginning of the pandemic. The server was rude, spoke to us in a frankly disrespectful manner, did not take us seriously, and took our orders wrong. The wine was brought out before the food was served before the meal, even after specifically asking for it to be served WITH the food. The “steak” tasted more like a shoe sole and the chicken as though it had never experienced a drop of water in its life. The poor animals DID NOT die for this. We will not be returning, even though admittedly we should not have been fooled by the tourist trap that the name “fondue factory” is in the first place, so we should have known what we had coming.
