Skiathos House

Dimosthenis who runs the place could be Xenios Zeus, the greek god of hospitality. The rooms are simple, have everything you might need (money locker, good hair dryer, kitchen basics) and are super clean. A lady everyday cleans the room, changes bathroom floor towel and every 2 days all the towels. Rooms are in great location! At the border of skiathos town center and road to the rest island and beaches. Also near markets, boulangeries and laundry. Totally value for money, we will be back again as we did a few years before! Thank you.

Our recent experience at Dennis' place in Skiathos was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, Dennis was an outstanding host who made our stay truly memorable. We arrived on a Monday 8/21 for two nights and stayed in the apartment which was spacious and clean. We only needed two bedrooms and Dennis let us use the two out of three rooms. First and foremost, the location of the place was ideal. Situated in town of Skiathos, we were able to explore the island easily, with numerous attractions, beaches, and restaurants within walking distance. Despite its central location, the apartment was blissfully quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy a restful sleep each night. Dennis' warm and welcoming nature immediately put us at ease. He greeted us upon arrival with a genuinely friendly smile, making us feel like old friends from the very first moment we met. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay, always being available to answer any questions or concerns we had. One of the highlights of our stay was Dennis' impeccable knowledge of the island. He provided us with incredible recommendations that truly enhanced our vacation experience. From secluded beaches to hidden hiking trails and delicious local eateries, Dennis' insights helped us discover the true beauty of Skiathos. Two night emergency accomodation for 11 people due to cancelled Ferries. Very clean and very comfortable, Denis was a great help and very flexible. Great location too, easy access to everything. Thanks Denis 👌🏻👌🏻

from the word Go, Denis made this a happy stay......from finding us and bringing us to the guest house, cool room on the top floor, probably the best views in town of the hills and the town. Well kitted our, and good A/C. Nice self catering option, with the kitchenette. Denis on hand for restaurant recommendations. Good value (but then again we come from London!).

I have never felt more welcome in any holiday apartments we have rented. Dennis is by far the nicest person you are ever likely to meet. After booking a villa at the Oasis, we were let down badly and by a lengthy process of elimination I came across Dennis and Skiathos House where we were lucky to find a vacancy and Dennis came to the rescue! Smooth changeover - he even came out to meet us and sort baggage. Beautiful gardens and central location to Skiathos Town whilst still a quiet neighbourhood. I fully recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

This property is well placed, not far from the main hub and the lovely port. Denis was the perfect host, very accommodating and goes the extra mile to ensure you have a perfect stay. Always on hand to answer any queries you may have and gives expert advice on the area. Lovely rooms, very clean and also quiet, although it’s off the main thoroughfare, never noisy. Would definately recommend this property. Should we return to Skiathos in the future we would stay here again for sure. Very satisfied.

A warm welcome from Denis on our arrival. He was so informative of places to eat and visit. Nothing too much trouble. Basic but clean. Towels and bedding changed every day. Good location. Only a minutes walk from town and five minutes walk to the port. Would definitely stay again. Well worth a visit to beautiful Skiathos.

We are here for one more night. Great little house. Room basic but clean and comfortable equipped with all you need. Room cleaned every day and linen changed every other day. Denis the owner very obliging, nothing was too much trouble for him. Only downside is we are on ground floor and it could be noisy with passing scooters and motorbikes. Definitely recommend this place.
