This concerns an order placed in November, received on 15.12.2025. I requested a return on 20.12.2025, but the return portal was not functioning properly. It took SKIMS over a month to generate a usable return label - customer service responses were slow and inconsistent throughout.
As soon as the label was finally issued in mid-January (15.01.2026), I returned the items (19.01.2026). The parcel was delivered to their warehouse (22.01.2026)
SKIMS processed only a partial refund.
I was then informed that one item was allegedly “missing” from the return. However, they have refused to provide any evidence to support this claim - no warehouse intake report, no recorded weight of the parcel upon arrival, and no video documentation of the package being opened.
Nearly $700 USD remains unpaid!!!
They are withholding a significant amount of money while declining to provide proof for their allegation.
The products themselves were fine. The return handling and lack of transparency were not.
