I am not one to usually write reviews but I am so thankful for skin wellness!! Had an urgent issue and could not be seen quickly in the city I live in. Sent in an appointment request and they called me and got me in immediately. The doctor was amazing and really took the time to evaluate me and help me get some answers so I could start feeling better. Front desk staff and RNs were so friendly and kind as well. Thank you!!

Bad communications on purpose for $50 They will make you pay a $50 deposit to schedule an appointment but will not let you know the day before or two days before about your appointment time in order to keep your $50 deposit. When I asked about the reminders, I was told we sent you something on last Friday for today Which is Wednesday. Four days prior to the appointment not the day of they let you know and then at that, via text no phone call no customer service not a good place at all for Patient experience.

I went in to have a couple of spots examined. The staff was incredibly friendly and they were very informative about what was happening. The facility is very professional and extremely clean. I was impressed with the care I received and will continue to be a patient with this practice.

I recently noticed an abnormal spot on my arm. I didn't have an appointment but went by to get the lesion checked out. I filled out the necessary forms online and was told that someone would be with me in a little while. About 15 minutes later, Ashley came to escort me to an exam room. I was made aware that the growth looked like a squamous cell carcinoma but Brittany said that she would biopsy it and contact me as soon as the results were verified. I got a call a few days that the biopsy was positive as a squamous cell carcinoma and it needed to be surgically removed. They referred me to a MOHs surgeon who removed the cancer. I am well pleased with the whole process from the first visit to the biopsy to the surgical removed of the S.C. Carcinoma. I am thankful to everyone involved with the process and for the Caregivers and Professional Services and Staff. V/R Rodgie Parker, LPN Retired
