First try here at plaza singp. Apple did a good job. Attitude is good, gentle and she provide good service. Feel very relax and comfortable. Will come back again.

My first time trying out. Tracy attended to me. She's polite & was patient to explain the different services they provided. I took the hair treatment, overall was ok but it will be better if its a full head service. And it should be full head. Please look into and consider that. Thanks.

The experience at SkinGo was great, no pain and therapist was patient and kind to explain which treatments suit my skin. Skin looks brighter as well. Would recommend to everyone who likes a fuss free facial treatment!

Attached is a picture taken after my facial session, clearly showing that the whiteheads were not properly cleaned. I had a very disappointing experience at the Plaza Sing branch. The lady who attended to me seemed to be in a terrible mood and handled my face very roughly throughout the session. Despite purchasing the bio boost and Vitamin C treatment, she did not perform a thorough job and rushing through it. When I asked her to be gentler, she claimed that their machine was sent for repair. Does this mean she was using a faulty machine on my face? There was a clear lack of professionalism and passion for her job. It is a waste of money. I've been to other facial places in the same price range and received much better service. After reading their reviews, it seems I am not the only one who has had a negative experience with this particular employee. Attached is a picture for after facial completed, as you can see the whiteheads are still not cleaned up.
