I am a first-time client and I will definitely be back. I had an incredible experience. Shanika is amazing - she not only was a fabulous technician for my Emsculpt NEO, but also explained all the different services offered. I plan on doing several. She is professional and personable, and she made me feel very comfortable. I think she is terrific. Spa Manager Denise was lovely, and it was nice to see her so hands on and involved in the day-to-say. I was impressed with the spa and the services. They also have a broad product offering - even some spa-branded items. I look forward to trying them all!

I had Botox and lip injections done by Reem and had a great experience. She explained everything beforehand, was extremely gentle, and made the entire process painless. I’m not great with needles, so her calm and precise approach really put me at ease. The whole team at Skinney MedSpa was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend Reem. I have signed up for other procedures can’t wait to return . This Medspa is the most comfortable and knowledgeable I’ve ever been to.

I had lip and chin filler and masseter Botox done by Reem and could not have asked for a better experience! She made me feel so comfortable and calm during the entire process. I had never gotten Botox or filler before and I had all three injections done in one appointment and she made it a breeze - all aspects were a 10/10!!!

I had such a great experience at Skinney Medspa. I came in for microneedling and the entire team made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. My provider was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through every step, and the treatment itself was so gentle but effective. The space is clean, calming, and really chic. I left feeling glowy and excited for my results. Highly recommend!

I bought a few Botox packages here to use over time. When I called to make an appointment They told me they were all used which is odd because I swore I had a few left. When I asked them if they can send me the original receipts of all the packages and the individual uses so I can cross reference and make sure they told me there system was changed and they can't see it anymore and a manager would have to get back to me. That was over a month ago. I have called a few times and I have even taken time out of my day to go in and try to talk to someone which it's just a run around of "someone will call you back". No one has and until they give me the info I'm requesting it seems they're just trying to scam me out of my packages. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. If they were forthcoming with the receipts from the beginning I might have just bought more packages if I'm out but I'll never go back after this.

I’ve had the best experiences with Jacqueline! Since moving to the city a couple years ago I had yet to establish a new routine injector, and I was so lucky to be scheduled with her by chance. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable in botox/injectables, but the musculoskeletal of the face as well. With every advice or recommendation she also provides clear explanations as to how this will actually function in your face, which always gives me piece of mind. I truly couldn’t reccomend her more! An A++ injector that has your best interest in mind :) (Also highly reccomended going to her if you have a low pain tolerance! She has some cool gadgets that assist with comfort that I had never seen in other offices before.)

Mattia is honestly the best. My skin feels so clean, smooth, and radiant after the facial. He’s gentle, knowledgeable, and explains everything he’s doing, which made me feel super comfortable. The glow is unreal. 10/10 experience.
