The Skippers experience started with the booking- Lily was so great on the phone and made it such an easy booking process. She was so kind and really created a great start to our trip. When we arrived at Skippers we were taken away at how beautiful the spot was- right on the water with no view obstructions, massive desk with dining table and comfy couches which we enjoyed a beverage and cheese board whilst watching the sunset. The rooms where great, super clean with Ac's in each making it for a super comfortable sleep. Moggie took us out on the Rouge Mouliée (aka red mullet) for the fishing adventure of our life, chasing Tuna across the ocean, catching a shark, fighting in a Spanish mackerel, and we didn't have to worry about missing out as he had us on the right spots all day. Once it came time to enter the river we stopped at a 5ft croc eating a fish on the bank...amazing. We had a lovely lunch of sandwiches made by head Chef Ben whilst trawling down the river. |Once back moggie cut up some of our fresh Tuna and mackerel for us to eat while we relaxed in the pool. |Afternoon beers and chats with Kath, Ben and Moggie just finished off the perfect day. Kindest people you will know and made our experience the best time. I would highly reccomend staying and fishing at Skippers. We loved it so much we went back a week later for another fish with them.

What a wonderful place to stay! I mean the view... just magical! The staff are friendly, the rooms are so clean & me and my husband are already looking at flights to return to Dundee in 2025.

Beachfront Bliss! Everything about Skippers was amazing and beyond our wildest imagination. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally modern clean. The waterfront location and the sunsets had to be seen to be believed. The Skippers Team made us feel so welcome and arranged all of our adventure activities both on and off water (my first barra). We have travelled extensively in the NT and had ticked some bucket list experiences, but Skippers at Dundee Beach was definitely the highlight.

We we’re charged $300 for the reason that my daughter vomited on bed, not reasonable. The bed was itchy and the staff were not accommodating, kinda rude. Not recommended . BE AWARE especially to a family with kids planning for holidays. ||I reached out through email and phone calls if we can refund atleast 50% of what they charged on their fancy bedsheets but they refused. $300 is too much! it’s ridiculous.

Skippers was fantastic, 12 months ago I booked the whole lodge for my Wifes 50th Birthday and the suprise was kept by everyone including the people at the lodge. The whole experience was everything my wife and I wanted for our family and friends. The setup was fantastic to give everyone there own space with room and ensuite but then come together in a common area to be together. The kitchen and BBQ was awesome. Trust me when I say I would buy this place if I had the money.

Pool was nice escape from the heat and shared outdoor /indoor/kitchen areas are well set up. If you forget to buy stuff to cook like we did there is a bar within easy walk that sells good food. The sunsets were amazing! Only down side is the walls are a bit thin and if you get a group of noisy people staying who don't care about anyone else you will be woken up.Reccomend taking ear plugs/face mask

Such a great place to stay if you’re visiting Dundee Beach Rooms were tidy and comfortable. The location had a full kitchen, lounge area and pool. Would definitely stay at Skippers again for our next visit.
