Cute School Bus Coffee Shop – Iceland This has to be one of the best coffees we’ve ever had! Served from the most charming little yellow school bus, the whole experience was unique and cozy. 5 stars, well deserved! The vibe, the flavor, everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re in Iceland!

Super lovely owner/staff. Really cute idea and the bus is decked out/decorated well inside and plenty of souvenirs to buy here including cups, soap, stickers, and other random things. They offer some vegan coffee options and a fairly extensive menu for a school bus cafe. Neat experience and would come again but it is a bit of a wait when it is busy. There is another school bus cafe in a different location trying to do the same thing but both times we drove past that one it wasn’t open, glad this original one was!

Amazing cute coffee place! We had a cheese bagels, hot chocolate, spiced chai tea milk and cappuccino. The place is really cool, warm and the owners were really friendly. There are cups, jewellery, socks etc. that you can buy for yourself or a gift. The bus can get a little bit small when a lot of tourist decide to come at the same time. recommend it.

Quite a concept! The coffee was excellent but the feeling inside was a bit tight. Can go for the concept and cute sayings all over and the warm feeling also. The hot chocolate was ok. Not awesome. Seating is limited inside. Fun concept on the whole.

Excellent tourist trap. It's themed well, and located in a really nice area. The parking lot has a view to the purple wild flowers, and the other side is an open field with some tents. There are benches and placss to sit, but you can also just rest in the grass which is nice. The staff is... cold and lifeless? Not sure what's going on there, but you take a look at every review of this location and see for yourself. No mention of staff handling, welcoming, asking questions, or offering options or help. The coffee itself is okay at best. Yes it's decorated, but it's just coffee. When asked about the bus, the story is it's from the war. Bruv, the war? What war? They mentioned nato, like okay and? It's like pulling teeth. I'd come here with your own coffee or whatever, and enjoy the view. I wouldn't come here expecting a nice drink, just a nice view. Edit: Saw the owner response. Clearly they seem to care, but I can't give this more than 3 stars. This isn't the first review criticizing the staff. Pay attention to how you're interacting. A hi hello isn't costly.

What else can you say than amazing coffee and breakfast out of the skool bus. Its location is easy to get to, but not noisy or crowded so you can enjoy your coffee in the surrounding lupines. The customer service was so friendly and they could get the coffees and food out fast when there were many people in line.

I am the loyal client since their opening. Almost 5 years together and I never get disappointed!!! ❤️ If they mess up your order they will reward you with roasting themselves 🧡 If it takes more time than in Starbucks appreciate it, you have more time to stare on the lupines and breathe the cleanest air in the Europe💛 If there is no space to sit or even move in the bus thank for the privilege to be at least inside when it is crazy raining outside 💚 Skool Beans it is not only the place to visit for a cup of coffee. It is one of the lifetime experiences 💙 Let yourself to soak in the authenticity of this place. They are not perfect, but they perfectly imperfect. And that is why I love that place and I always will! SkoolBeans 4 ever!! 💜

Great refuge from the Icelandic wind! Stunning setting, extraordinarily nice service, delish coffee, and I also recommend the pies. They had pecan pies on the day we were here, and the flavours were perfectly balanced. Also, if you're looking for quirky souvenirs from Iceland, this is your spot—they have a great selection of local crafts!
