We had a rather mixed experience at the restaurant and bar. The bar itself is very cozy, with a nice fireplace, a good selection of drinks, and tasty snacks. The garlic bread was excellent and definitely a highlight.
Unfortunately, the service in the restaurant was unfriendly and inflexible from the start. As we were not hotel guests, we had to order and pay at a separate counter, which made us feel like second-class guests. The food was average at best: the burgers were rather bland and awkward to eat due to their height. When asking for extra sauces, the reaction was noticeably annoyed.
Overall, the place feels a bit dated. With more friendly service and more care in the kitchen, it could be much better.
