The apartment we were allocated—specifically the basement unit—was extremely unhealthy and unfit for human accommodation. The space had a strong and persistent smell of mould, poor ventilation, and overall unsanitary conditions. This posed a serious health concern, especially as I was staying with my children. Advertising this basement unit on Booking.com is, in my view, misleading and potentially unsafe. While other apartments in the building may be of an acceptable standard, this particular unit should not be advertised at all. I am genuinely shocked that the property holds a 7.8 rating, which does not reflect the conditions we experienced. Due to it being Christmas time, there were no nearby alternative accommodations available. Given that I was travelling with children, I did not feel safe risking being left without a place to stay or cancelling on the spot. As a result, we were forced to remain in accommodation that caused significant distress and discomfort. This experience ruined our holiday, caused unnecessary anxiety, and fell far below the standards expected from properties listed on Booking.com. Unhygienic Mouldy Dumpster

I tried to submit this review via Agoda but for some reason it would not let me so am posting the review here. Modern-styled room in a very convenient location away from the late night noises and bustle of old town. The fact that they have a 24-hour front desk and parking lot made for a convenient check-in especially since we were flying into Antalya so late in the night (we arrived at the hotel around 10:30pm). We were welcomed by a distinguished looking gentleman that spoke fluent English and was helpful in getting us situated. The rest of the staff were very friendly. The primary challenge we had was the light sensor in the bathroom as the light would turn off what felt like every 30 seconds prompting us to continuously “wave your hands in the air like you don’t care.” 😅

The staff were rude and not welcoming to families. I would recommend steering clear of this place. The staff were aggressive and willing to use violence. In the spa area, a female staff member pushed my wife, and when I reported it to reception, he also became confrontational. Concerned for the safety of my young family, I contacted the police, but sadly, they did not speak English, and it seemed that the hotel manager had a friendly rapport with one of the officers. They suggested we all go to the police station. The hotel staff filed a false counterclaim against us, and we were threatened with being held at the police station for an extended period along with our one-year-old child unless we withdrew our claim. Once we agreed to drop the claim, we were permitted to leave. It appears that the police even gave preference to the hotel employees and their manager. Whom were all Turkish. It was a terrible experience, and I would avoid going here.

The hotel is so nice in city very convenient and in good area have a lot of restaurants nearby and near old town. You can buy nice souvenir in a street market and it’s take time only around 10 minutes by walk to mermerri beach that you can enjoy and swimming in the sea until 9 pm. Hotel is so nice,beautiful and clean. It’s looks better than in the picture that i saw in the website.

Beautifully decorated and extremely well-located hotel with cute cats at the entrance. Turkish bath (hammam) and sauna are always included in the price with, of course, a very good breakfast served every morning until 10:30 a.m. All the staff is helpful but special mention about Efes, one of the receptionist. Curious and naturally sociable, he truly cares about his guests. He will make sure that you have the best stay possible. I tried the 3 different kind of rooms. They are all quiet, modern with a very comfortable bed. Not too soft, not too hard. Just perfect in my opinion with 2 kinds of pillow. I even did some laundry by my own and I was able to put my clothes on the racks on the balcony. The economic room is ideal for a solo traveler while the Sea View (with a view on the parking also) is spacious. In all of them, you will have a bunch of articles as gifts. You are not suppose to bring food or beverage in the room. I did. One thing that was funny (or not) are the sensors in the bathroom. If you want to go in the middle of the night, you will have automatically a big light in your face but when you take your shower during the day, the lights will close 3-4 times. That was pretty much ridiculous to me. Overall, very nice and relaxing stay. I recommend! Genny.fit

A decent service at both the reception and restaurant, the food was delicious. The view from the room is also great.

I recently stayed here and it was the perfect base to explore the city, as it is just on the outskirts of the Old town of Kaleci. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Reception is open 24/7, the rooms are very comfortable, with daily housekeeping. The hotel offers a wonderful buffet breakfast, included in the price as is free access to the sauna and Hammam. We also arranged to have a full body scrub while there as well as a massage and would highly recommend both. It was very quiet as it was off season , but imagine it could be quite busy in summer.

Not recommend, main thing is that u cannot sleep in rooms there is something like generator outside which works all night. The rooms are very old, old broken bed sheets, very dirty bathrooms and a fridge with mold inside
