Wuff Clicquot and Hotel Pupgrades: The Most Luxurious Hotel Pet Amenities | Vogue

"Will your dog love their trip to Sedona? Check into Sky Rock, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, and its resident pet psychic could very well find out. Per the hotel, they’ve partnered with Maia Kincaid, Ph.D, and her apprentice, Lynette Murphy, for guests to book private pet psychic readings or partake in complimentary animal communication classes each Saturday evening. Even your “furry friend can get in on the Sedona woo-woo,” says a hotel pamphlet." - Lilah Ramzi

We stayed one night to attend an event. Upon walking into our room we noted how nicely it was decorated. Also, the views are fantastic! But, as we got settled in, we noticed a few issues that were disappointing. There is a carpet between the beds that at some point was glued to the floor, I assume to keep it from slipping. However, it had come unglued and I slipped on it, then in the night I got up to go the bathroom and I tripped on it. This is an accident waiting to happen. The headboards are covered in what looks like leather. One of the headboards has scratches on it as if someone had taken their fingernails and used it like a chalkboard. Finally, there were two other issues we experienced; the walls are paper thin and also there is a fire alarm in the room that flashed a strobe of light about every 10 seconds making it impossible to sleep unless you have an eye mask or sleep facing away from it.

Had a great stay here. Location was excellent, view were spectacular, and the fun events like yoga sessions made the stay wonderful. Sedona shuts down early, but the hotel bar is open late - it’s a fun hang and maybe the place to be on a Friday or Saturday night. The bartender Heather is a great host and can tell you a few good stories and local things to do. Highly recommend the stay and having Heather serve you and your friends a drink or two.

The sunset view from deck is magnificent. Room is clean and functional. Very quiet. Air conditioner is not noisy. We had sound sleep. Had only 1 chair. No couch or loveseat. Dining area is near the front desk, not spacious. As a 3 star hotel, it doesn't make sense to charge $36/day parking fee.

From the time we arrived throughout our stay it has been amazing. Hector greeted us and was extremely helpful and welcoming. Molly checked us in and walked us through every detail and made us feel right at home. Yvonne in the dining room didn’t miss a beat, her service has been amazing. The bar tender in the evening has been extremely attentive. Housekeeping and the facility are very well kept and beautiful! Thank you SkyRock!

Spent Thanksgiving weekend there this year. I felt as if it was extremely overpriced for the basic room. Motel 6 layout with no noticeable upgrades from a normal hotel. Had to ask for the room service to clean my room at 3:30 and was told they only clean every other day…really for $600 per night you should expect more! Then to add an additional $36 per night to park your car in an unsecured parking lot was the icing on the cake. Btw if you need ice you need to cross the parking lot to the pool area to get your ice. The restaurant is actually the bar area and fits minimal amount of people. Hotel has a very boring atmosphere. Would never book a room there again! I am a huge fan of Marriott but this hotel was the worse I ever stayed in.

this place is incredible and will be my new 'go to' location in Sedona. It is so unique and fits into the landscape- I have seen some older videos and pictures and can't believe the change. Everything used to be dark blue and boring and now it is bright and fits with the Sedona Vibe perfectly- everything from the logo to the rooms and the lobby leans into the Boutique Hotel feel- live music, sound baths, a pet psychic, views from every side of the hotel. I am going to have to come back several times just to take in everything because you can't do it in one visit that is for sure!

I have stayed at Sky Rock multiple times over the years and have loved it, but the minute they went corporate EVERYTHING changed. The prices sky rocketed and for the astronomical fees they add to the room charge, you think they could include breakfast (like every other Marriott has) and parking (OBSCENE to charge $36 to walk 10 ft from my room!!!) . I felt like I had to request my room to be cleaned, which again, at the new ridiculously high prices should be a given. Unfortunately we probably won’t stay here again, which is sad as I’ve loved all our previous trips. This is what happens when corporate greed takes over a beautiful place. It makes me sad. I hope they get enough complaints that they listen. It used to be amazing!!!

Where do I stay...... Front door down close properly, there's a draft coming through it, ac / heating unit was broken, super small rooms, paper thin walls, I could hear next door neighbor snoring, bathroom door got stuck on flooring and opening, flooring in bathroom was moving, slats were too separated, back door shook room on closing and opening. This place tries to pass as a fancy resort, I would call it a fancy wanna be resprt. Would I recommend this place? never, save your money and go somewhere else. For the $300+ they charge a night, you can go to a much better place and have a nice dinner. I wish I had read reviews before booking here. Seems like they aren't interested in repeating customers, clerk at front desk seems full and not welcoming. Worth the money, not a penny. My boyfriend and I are very disappointed.
