Sky Views Observatory

An unforgettable experience! Edge Walk at Sky Views is an incredible adventure! We went in the afternoon without a reservation, and to our surprise, the waiting time was short – around 20 minutes. The walk along the edge was thrilling and the views were absolutely stunning! I felt completely safe the whole time. We were given phone cases, so we could take our own photos even though a professional photographer was with us. Buying the official photos is quite pricey (150 AED for one or 500 AED for all), but we decided to get them anyway. It’s something to keep in mind when planning your visit. The photos turned out great – although, honestly, our phone shots were even better 😉 Still, the photographer captured lovely pictures of me and my husband together, which made it totally worth it.

Visited Sky Views Observatory and it was an amazing experience. The views of Dubai, especially the Burj Khalifa, are absolutely stunning and worth it. The glass slide was thrilling and fun, definitely a highlight of the visit. We also tried the food, which was quite good and nicely presented. Overall, a great mix of views, excitement, and a relaxed dining experience. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Dubai.

I recently visited Sky Views Observatory whilst staying in Dubai. The experience was somewhat mixed, as I enjoyed the views and the glass walkway was a great experience - but the entry process and long queues did spoil the experience. I booked tickets via Headout, but it isn’t made clear you need to collect the tickets for their ticketing desk. After queuing 15 minutes in security, we were sent to another queue for them to issue tickets - to then stand again in the security queue again. The entry ordeal took nearly 40 minutes - but could have easily been avoided with some clear signage and better instructions on Headout. As mentioned above, the views, especially of The Burj were outstanding, so it was worth the entry for that. We did get the slide also included in our ticket, but there was another long queue for that, so we decided not to partake. Overall, I think it was worth the money for the fantastic views, but if tickets are bought through a third party - make sure you visit the ticket desk first.

Great views of Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa, and the glass slide is a fun bonus. The experience feels well-organized and the photo spots are fantastic. It does get crowded at peak times, and the slide is over pretty quickly, but overall it’s a solid experience and worth a visit for the skyline views.

Online and advertisements for this place look alot more exciting than what it is in reality Despite a spacious cold uninviting lobby and the reception having multiple spots for attendants and ticketing, there was only 1 attendant initially and the queue was way too long Was close to turning around and leaving When finally got the tickets and reached the dedicated floor, there is no signs for anything instead staff everywhere usher you around like a flock of sheep The restaurant area is simply not equipped to welcome the amount of people that come here even in a weekday.... and no one cares Instead behaving and presenting it as it is what it is And you are merely a statistic among everyone else No sense of being valued or appreciated as a customer The slide is another level disappointment You are just pushed down asap before you have a second to revise what's going on or where you are As there is a queue the exact words of the attendant at this spot Food- you are better off in any mall's food court and again no seats to accommodate everyone at this venue And I went on a weekday... I do not want to even think what happens here on a weekend..

It is an unforgettable experience. The view of Burj Khalifa is gorgeous and instagrammable. You can see the city very beautifully from the 52nd floor. The entrance is through the metro station.

Edge Walk Dubai is not for the faint-hearted — it’s for the brave souls who want to literally step off the edge of a skyscraper and hang out 220m above the city! The safety briefing and harness system make you feel secure, but the first step outside will give you goosebumps. The view of Burj Khalifa, Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Arabian Gulf is jaw-dropping — no glass between you and Dubai’s skyline, just wind in your face and pure adrenaline. Pricey? Yes. Worth it for the once-in-a-lifetime rush? Absolutely.
