A wonderful 2 hours viewing the night sky with the naked eye, through binoculars and through 2 telescopes that Adam set up for us giving close views of distant nebulae, Jupiter and the Rings of Saturn. Blankets snacks and hot drinks were provided. A great evening.

Blown Away is an understatement! I was able to experience magic with my family and we’ll never look I at the sky the same way again. Our guide was Adam and let me just say that although the presentation of the stars itself through these state of the art telescopes was amazing, Adam brought a magic to the tour. Listening to him answer every question as well as hearing him narrate the story of our solar system, other galaxies, space time, and more made me feel like a kid again. There was several adults in my group and each one of them had the excitement of a child and after the star tour it’s all we talked about for days. I’ll always remember my 5 year old daughter walking up to the telescope to look at two other galaxies simultaneously and her walking back to sit in my lap and then proceed to tell me “one day I will go to space”. Who knows but this experience could have started my daughter on a path to NASA. At the end of it, all everyone in my group wanted to leave a 10 star review for Adam because five is not enough, I 100% plan on booking an experience again and so do the others that were in my party. Thank you Adam for making it an incredible journey and we can’t wait to come again.

This was very interesting and we really enjoyed it! I highly recommend. Adam is very passionate and excited about his work and this field and makes the information interesting to us. He had about 10 chairs set out and gave us each a poncho + blanket on the chair + little hand warmers (we were there on 3/4 from 7-9pm and it was freezing - be prepared and dress very warmly; I had gloves which helped and many layers but my toes were very cold by the end as my running sneakers and socks weren't really enough in 42 temps). He offered tea & hot chocolate (including dairy free!) which was a nice touch. There were 2 different types of telescopes set up to view different things and we would take turns looking into them after he explained what we were seeing. We saw about 10 different things thru the telescopes, plus he pointed out various things for us to see in the sky without the telescope. He has a really cool pointer that looks like it is touching the stars! He emailed us some digital photos from one of the telescopes which was a nice memento! Oh and he was very helpful prior to the experience when I needed some guidance about the park and getting to the meeting spot, etc. (There is a bathroom in the lot where this takes place!)

We (luckily) happened to book this tour the evening of the Perseid meteor shower. We arrived late due to the crazy traffic. It was easy to contact the company, they were very gracious and nice, and our guide caught us up later on everything we missed. Our guide, Caitlin, was absolutely wonderful. She was hilarious, super knowledgeable about all sorts of things, and explained big concepts in a digestible way. The images of twinkly stars, galaxies, and Saturn in "Sweet Darling" and "Harriet" were breathtaking; never seen anything like it. We had a really great time. Several people were hanging around wanting to get a glimpse of Saturn at the end of the night and I was impressed with how kind and patient the staff were with all of them. Highly recommend, worth every penny! Don't forget to tip your guide <3

During the sky gazing, my nine year old said "I didn't know science could be this beautiful". It was a very fascinating and educational experience, don't hesitate to book, we booked last minute and are so glad we did. Our guide was Adam and he kept us all so engaged that our two hour tour went by like a flash. My kids asked so many questions and Adam handled them perfectly. We saw the Milky Way, multiple constellations, other galaxies, planets, and the Perseid meteor shower with our unaided eyes, binoculars and telescopes. What a beautiful night admiring the sky in JTNP. Thank you for the unforgettable experience Adam and Sky Watcher Star Tours!

My fiancé surprised me with a sky watching adventure, and it was something I’ll always remember. Adam was a great host, very knowledgeable and had an amazing setup for us, with chairs, ponchos, and blankets. He even had a trunk full of snacks, hot drinks, hand warmers, and more! I learned some new things about the stars, and even got to see a shooting star for the first time.

Adam was our guide to the stars 🌟 . He is so smart and engaging and hilarious. Our entire family enjoyed it. Was a trek to Joshua Tree national park but we enjoyed the beautiful scenic ride to the stargazing site at dusk. By 8pm the first star popped up and it was Venus... There was hot chocolate and tea and snacks, water and other beverages. It was April so we were thankful for the very snug ponchos. It falls to 40s or so at night in the Mojave desert. We were outfitted with binoculars and the treats of stars began. Adam sold us on the Gemini twins, Orion's body and sword, beautiful 7 sisters and even Mercury. So many more. The images in the huge telescope were simply amazing. I posted only 1 picture from the smaller telescope.

Absolutely loved it! The experience far exceeded any expectations. Our guide, Caitlin, made the experience so enjoyable with her passion and kindness. We learned so much and never felt rushed as we took in the many marvels that were shared with us over the course of the evening. There were so many thoughtful touches, from multiple comfy viewing options to snacks, water and close proximity to restrooms. Thank you for such a memorable experience! Highly recommend!
