Sky Zone Thorncliffe is a great place for adults and kids alike to have fun and burn off energy. The park is spotless, well-kept, and full of trampoline areas and activities. Staff are friendly, attentive, and prioritize safety without being overbearing. The dodgeball court and foam pit are always a hit with the kids. It is a great location for birthday parties because it is well-organized, lively, and exciting. Parents who want to relax or watch can take advantage of the ample seating. Booking online was smooth and check-in was quick. The party room at Sky Zone Thorncliffe was clean, bright, and well set up. Staff handled everything smoothly — from setup to serving food and cake. The kids loved having their own space to celebrate after jumping. Tables and seating were enough for both kids and parents. On weekends, it can get crowded, so weekdays are more laid-back. Overall, a fun, energetic experience that’s worth repeating!

Google
This place is fantastic - we came for a birthday party, and ended up getting a membership on the spot. The staff is fantastic and well trained, and the supervisor of the floor staff is fantastic and knows how to handle all situations properly with children. Really this place is a godsend for the cold and wet months!

Stay away at all costs! This place is a complete scam. They use children to take money from families. I purchased a monthly pass for my daughter — she only used it once. Even though there were two weeks left on the pass, they told me I had to pay again or she wouldn’t be allowed in. I asked for a refund, and they refused. The staff is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. They talk to people as if mocking them. The place is filthy, with zero hygiene or cleanliness. It smells terrible and is absolutely not a safe environment for children. There are far better and safer activities you can spend your money on for your child. I’m writing this to make sure no one else has to go through what we did. I do not recommend this place — consider this a warning.

Google
Forced to buy “sky zone” socks. We had our own trampoline socks that we used for competitions. It had to by sky zone socks. This location for sky zone is small compared to another location who did not force us to buy sky zone socks. It is more geared towards kids 12 and under. Older kids better going a more professional trampoline place.

Google
This place is nothing but a scam. They took my full monthly payment, and two weeks later told me I couldn’t use the service because I didn’t have a credit card on file. When I explained that I had paid with a debit card and didn’t have my credit card with me, they still refused access — even though I am well within my active one-month membership. I was never warned or notified by email or in person that a credit card was required. I traveled two hours to get there, only to be turned away at the door. The staff were completely dismissive, and when I expressed frustration over the unfair treatment, I was threatened with the police. They’ve taken my money but are refusing to provide the service. I demanded a refund, but they said they “can’t” do that. If I don’t receive a full refund this week, I will return with my lawyer and report them to the authorities. You should be very careful dealing with this place — it’s misleading, unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent.

Google
We did our son's 8th birthday there today. the staff were great right from booking to the end of the event. Katrina was assigned to our party and she was amazing there to help out and even got us an additional pizza last minute. I would recommend Sky Zone Toronto for your birthday parties.

Google
My three-year-old son was a member at this facility for approximately two months. During that time, I was particularly impressed by a staff member named Marcus. He consistently demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, ensuring the children's safety and maintaining a clear awareness of everything happening within the facility. His professionalism and dedication truly stand out, and I believe many other staff members could benefit from his example. Management should strongly consider recognizing his efforts—he’s an asset to your team.

My children and their friends attended the Cinco de Mayo membership party tonight at Sky Zone in Leslieville. It was wild to see how many messes were made, how many people were rude and even I found myself to be quite "needy" this evening. The staff tonight were incredible at being patient, compassionate, polite and accommodating. Fatimah , Nimra, Felicia, Hanna A and Aleesha were especially wonderful. I honestly was shocked at the amount of messes they had to clean up , the multiple rule reminders they had to give and honestly how some of the members and guests treated them. Yet they were making kids laugh, creating memories, including all the children in the special games, keeping everyone safe and were attentive with all the generous, complimentary concessions provided. My kids and their friends enjoyed themselves and will sleep well tonight. I will too ,thanks to the wonderful customer service received this evening. I questioned keeping my membership longer, with the nice weather approaching, but with the quality of staff at this location, I even grabbed myself information about Sky Zone hosting my oldest 's birthday party. I hope the staff at this event are acknowledged for their extra effort and exemplary work.

Yelp
This location is extremely poorly managed. Children's safety is apparently not a priority. Long story short. My wife and kid were at sky zone. A grown man attacked our kid(6 years old at the time). She advised the manager on duty. Manager said he would tell the grown man(child assaulter) to apologize (which he didn't) but wouldn't tell him to leave because he's a paying customer. I spoke with the manager over the phone and asked him to investigate because assaulting a child shouldn't be tolerated. He said he'd investigate and call me back. I've reached out a few times since but he hasn't responded and won't return calls.

Yelp
Kids love it here ! Great way to get their energy out even for an hour they love it. Food and water overpriced but you can bring your own drinks and snacks. Washrooms are not up to par. Definitely needs more attention in this area! Other than the bathroom concerns it's a cool place!

Yelp
Staff : insane, rude, disengaged, swearing at each other in front of the kids. Safety: minimal. Fun: a lot. Kid loved it. The bday party room was nice. It was great for a party and all the kids had a blast (ages 2-6). Hard to argue with that. Parking is weird and the lot is confusing, in bad weather it was wild.

Yelp
This company is dishonest and not transparent. Visited with my toddler in July 2024 and was upsold a membership because it was a "better deal" than a 1 day pass. I was assured that I would not be charged for additional months. Despite this conversation, the company will not refund the additional month that I have been billed. I have reached out to customer service, and was only offered a 3-month pass which I declined. I will not take my children to this dishonest business again.

Yelp
Paid for the Mega VIP party for my son's birthday. Worst experience ever - The place was overcrowded, the tables and bathrooms were dirty, the staff was rude and disorganized. Our host looked like she hated her job. Maybe a place to go and Jump for 40 minutes top ....but DO NOT book your birthday party here. Save your money!!

Yelp
The policy regarding the Access2 card is strange. Parents accompanying children get free access here. Twice, my child with a disability was allowed in for free, but on the third occasion, they said I had to buy a pass. We spent over an hour getting here, feeling disappointed and upset. I kindly request Sky Zone's administration to withdraw from the Access2 program to avoid misleading people. You're not providing any real assistance to children with disabilities, so participating in the Access2 program is deceptive. The manager showed me an internal email that said that children with disabilities do not have free access, only accompanying parents who already have free access.

Yelp
My 11 yr daughter went to a friend's birthday on 22 Jul...we have been to this facility many times in past The girls were using the female restroom when 2 female skyzone employers entered the bathroom and started yelling for my daughter to leave the bathroom This was a very unsettling and embarrasing event for my daughter and this ruined the birthday party for all the parents in attendance My wife and daughter went to management to ask if this was normal for staff to harass kids in the bathroom and embarass kids in front of their peers. The 2 employees in question were disengenuous and their 'apologies' were forced...clearly they do not accept any fault in this issue I have written skyzone corporate ...as well as some of the other families...and expressed our concern that the staff in question lack sensitivity training and that we...as a large group of parents ...will not use this facility again

Yelp
pretty disorganized with not much to do kids got bored quickly! music is 100% not appropriate for the age of kids at the place.

Yelp
After COVID, this place is extremely disorganized. The bday party was really badly organized, it was missing basic stuff in the party room like water and ustensiles and even a lighter for the candles. There was no one to help organize and orient the guests, I felt really bad for the bday boy and his parents.

Yelp
Keep it moving or jump right in? You're probably looking to exhaust the energy of you kid aren't you so they can be calm for the afternoon or evening huh. Well, go head and JUMP right in but hear me out before you start bouncing around. First things first feel out an waiver online so you can avoid the line when you get there. One hour with special socks that you HAVE to have, equals to about 21 bucks. You get a sticker that you slap onto your kids shirt that'll let the employees and you know how much time your kid has to jump. The food here is ridiculously high especially for just a slice of pizza from Domino's (do not buy), don't over spend buying food for your kid when you can just leave and purchase within your budget. Area: They have great seating and lounging area for adults but honestly if you're bringing a toddler like myself who is an active 4 year old you will be with your kid. Older kids, parents will probably utilize the lounging area that also has tvs. It's all out in the open so don't misunderstand thinking it's a private area. It is tuck away near the food stand(which u should avoid besides a coffee). The jumping area seemed up kept and clean, a few areas behind jumping sections had some type of big industrial equipment, not sure what that was about but not to distracting I'm just observing. When you come to the play area, if you have kiddie bags and coats you will notice everyone has their belongings on the floor near the gates no lockers to my knowledge. Issue: The problem here is really the employees within the bouncing area, they just aren't attentive. The employees are all young teens, the problem with this it seems as though they aren't teaching them attentiveness. When you bring your toddler we had no idea you had to stand in line to jump, we were rudely told by another parent. I simply told the employee, this was your job he apologized and said its so many kids... Maybe if this is true, then each jumping section should have two employees instead of one because it's just not effective with one. To be fair another jumping section monitored the kids absolutely perfect without me having to jump in, he was attentive and instructed the kids errors they did. So this could be an individual bases. FORM A MEETING management. Time Management : when your kids time is done in the toddler section a whistle is blown & announcements are made. This is the que to gather your kid, if you don't I believe they look at the stickers I mentioned above and let the kids know your time is up and the new kids are up next. Word of advice certain sections such as the horizontal ladder, takes long because the kids are trying to climb it. That line usually has 8 kids, plus the kid who's trying to climb and constantly falling. Be aware that may be 15 minutes or 20 just to try out that particular section. So, with that said regardless if you're going to that section, purchasing an hr is the way to go! If you're wondering if it was alot of kids, the answer is yes but you will manage it's not that crazy the place is rather big. Would I bring my kid here again? Yes! Searching for good activities like this in Canada is tough, but I would keep searching still. Go head & bounce around!!!!

Yelp
The Sky Zone has 4 main points of attraction. Trampoline Dodgeball It was my first time on on a trampoline, so it was a very clumsy experience for me. The mobility is surprisingly limited since when you bounce, you're an open target. This turned into a very challenging game where you need more than a good aim and fast reflexes to win. Open trampoline area If you just want to bounce and not afraid to do a few flips, go for it. I liked this area just by testing how high I could bounce. The staff monitor this area closely and do not take kindly to people running in this area or bouncing with just one leg. There were some people swapping trampolines back and forth by timing their jumps, which the staff did not take kindly to. No sitting as well in this area. Foam Pit This area is one of my favourite things to do since you can throw your body in here without worrying about it hurting since there was 4 feet of foam cubes to protect you. Make sure you take off our glasses and keys though since people tend to lose those when the fall in. Dunk station The goal is to bounce and dunk. A LOT harder than it looks and sounds. You'll want to try to do this over and over again until you get it right. A downside to this location is that you're not allowed to wear action cameras or GoPros since they're worried you'll injure yourselves. The staff also appears to be overwhelmed as well. My friend lost his car keys and they were unable to find it. They said they would check the pits at the end of the month, but I seriously doubt they're call him back. Overall this was a fun experience and it really works up a sweat. Try jumping on the normal ground once you're done and you'll feel like the gravity has been turned on.

Yelp
I was told that I can buy a month long membership. I found out that my credit card has been charged for 5 months. When I called them, they told me to email another person. I'm running around in circles trying to process my refund. The salesperson will mislead you and the company will fleece you. Its ridiculous!!! e

Yelp
This place was ok. We went with our kids and they were mostly bored after about 30 minutes. The staff are younger kids who are more interested in texting or socializing with other than doing anything to make the experience more engaging for the patrons. Once the kids had jumped a few times, they really just wanted to shoot basketball hoops. With 10 other kids wanting to go the same thing, they spent way more time sitting waiting for their next shot than doing anything else. We might as well have just taken them to an outdoor park with a basketball hoop, at least they could've played more.

Yelp
If you want to tire out your kids so they go to bed early then this is the place you want to take them! I've never seen so many kids in one place! Running, jumping all around. Just watching them makes you tired! You can sign up/pay online for time slots (30min or 1 hr) and complete the waiver online. This avoids one step when you get there. The have jump dodge ball, jump basketball, a few jump areas and a jump foam put. Basically trampoline like areas everywhere. You have to buy their special socks that have grips on them (approx. $3 but you can use them several times). Popular place for kids birthday parties as they have several party rooms that you can book (I believe max time 1 hr) but you can also buy their catered food packages or bring your own food. There are employees everywhere watching to make sure people follow all the rules (all the employees look like they are in elementary school...lol) Definitely for kids a great time! The adults can sit on the various couches and watch tv if they don't feel like jumping around.

Yelp
The place is good and well maintained. However, was expecting a bit more challenging hurdles.

Yelp
I am a fan of this place! It's a great way to get exercise, while enjoying bouncing on a trampoline. I went here with a group of friends, and we are all min-20's, and we really enjoyed this trip. The entire place is clean, and there's staff everywhere and my group and I went during the early evening (around 3pm) there was not an overabundance of people or kids running about either. I enjoyed the visit. I didn't do the glow jump, however I did attempt to once (it's only Friday nights and Saturday nights) and it does tend to get very busy. I'm giving 4 stars because if you don't wear / bring a white t-shirt of your own, you have to purchase one there for 10$, otherwise you're not allowed to jump. Also the price isn't bad, but there's not much to the trampoline park besides jumping, and an agility course (walking across pipes, swinging on ropes, etc) Usually it's very busy on weekends, unless you go earlier in the day.

Yelp
I came here a couple of years ago, not much has changed. It's something different to do in the city, but can be very weary with the amount of children running around if you just want to hang with adults. Staff: They were nice and understanding, but there was definitely not enough control from staff. For example, they offered dodge ball to us but they then said they made an error and it's unfortunately unavailable. They told us to come back in 30 minutes. Came back later, and they said unfortunately the children won't really leave the area so we won't be able to play. I will note that they were very apologetic about the whole thing though. Space: There's a space in the centre for parents and others who just wanted to join but not participate, so that was nice. The place is sectioned off into different trampoline spaces, and you can try the foam pit, basketball, or just good old fashion regular trampoline jumping. Adults and children are separated, and you each get your own trampoline spaces for safety reasons. Time flies pretty quick in this place but there isn't a lot to do. I suggest trying to play a game of dodge ball or something to make it seem more worth it. Overall, I say it's a place where you may want to try at least once but try to come when there's less children (evenings/weekdays).

Yelp
Sky zone is excellent for kids! I really like this place my daughter goes all the time.. good service, good food, nice clean surroundings, lots of place for adults to sit and wait for kids to play .. well organized .. it's a good experience for me ! At that time I signed my daughter up for a month on a package payed x amount about a few minutes later, the manager told me they were having a special for that day only and he told me the price for the month is actually cheaper and refunded me a percentage of what I payed 'I appreciate this honesty' we purchased a shirt for my daughter and socks because we will be going all the time !!

Yelp
Came her for my (older) brother's birthday. Picture about 20 people in their early 30s, gearing up for some trampoline dodgeball! Now picture the same 20 people, completely gassed and panting for breath, clutching their chests about 5 minutes later. This thing is a WORKOUT. We had an awesome time, and it was nominally easy to get set up. Please note, there are NO change rooms, and really no place to put your stuff. I guess most people that come here have a parent watch their stuff while they go crazy. We were quite literally the only adults there who weren't a) working, b) escorting children. The trampolines are a ton of fun and by some miracle, none of us got hurt. I might be back, but maybe for something more like free form fun, not dodgeball per se. The high intensity was a bit too much for me (coupled with bouncing), but it was nice that we had our own ref.

Yelp
Had a birthday Party where power went off. the kids roughly played for 30 minute. Once the power came back on the place waited 45 minutes while preventing kids from playing to say they are closing the place down. we had to rush the kids and let them eat their food and cake fast and contacting parent to get their kids as all kids left and we had 2 more waiting for the parent they decided to open the place back. Talking to the manager today he said it is how business is done i think he is in the wrong business especially when Kids is involved. This deserve no stars but i have to give Kuddo to the staff on site they where very understanding Professional and helpful during the whole process. Management decision is ridiculous it will help them if they go and get a course on managing a business.

Yelp
I went there 2 years ago and I'm not sure why I never bothered to write a review. After signing the long waiver form and being sold the ''safety socks'' I started jumping around on my individual little trampoline. I was there with a number of friends, the day before my 30th birthday. I'd say the facility is well staffed and well designed, I liked that you get individual trampolines, and there is dodgeball, and a foam pit, it does seem like a fun place. I jumped for 10 minutes and without doing anything crazy I tore my ACL, and had to undergo surgery. I still have pain in my knee. My friends experienced all kinds of whiplash and back pain the next day too. There is a reason why my parents never let me on trampoline as a kid! and it was a stupid idea to go as an adult! All I can say is when I met with my surgeon and my physiotherapist they said that several people in health care are hoping to get places like these closed down because they are fairly dangerous and injuries are not uncommon. Please do not make the same mistakes as I did and avoid this place if you're older! our bodies aren't meant for this (if inexperienced that is... If you're an avid trampoliner you'd probably do ok). Overall I was not incredibly impressed with their reaction when I got injured either. I was sort of yelled at to get off the trampoline (when I wasn't really able to, due to pain and being stunned). Someone brought me a bag of ice thought, and I was offered to come back for free some day... which I never will. It was the most fun ever for the 10 minutes it lasted, but not worth it! lol
google avatar

Hannah C.

Yelp
Great place to bounce around and only bounce. Filled with little kids and a little disappointed that the trampolines are very small. Only one square per person and barely enough room to do flips on your own. overall if you go with friends it's fun and you'll definitely get a great workout from bouncing!
google avatar

Derek N.

Yelp
Came here for a one hour session of trampoline dodgeball. First thought...we are too old for this.. (25-35yo) but it was so much fun bouncing around with trampoline floors and walls! It was actually extremely tiring and everyone got pretty sweaty. The foam balls that we used didn't have much grip and the sweat didn't help either! But when you can get a good grip on the ball, it'll travel pretty fast! There were a LOT of kids running around. We went on a Saturday afternoon. There was a general area where you can do trampoline basketball and also jump into a foam pit. Pretty cool! They make you wear these grippy socks which you can bring home as a souvenir. To end, fun but tiring experience. Would I go back? Maybe..

Chris W.

Yelp
The staff here have literally no concern for the well being of children. We went during toddler time which clearly indicates ages 0-5 years. Much to or surprise there were a bunch of 10 year old running around with no regard for the toddlers. Lots of kids in tears getting thrown around and the staff did nothing. They older kids clearly had the wrong pass on and staff did nothing. Saw at least 3 toddlers taken out and in tears. Also there was some nice fresh gum on the trampoline as well. I'd be embarrassed if I was the manager

Kas A.

Yelp
MASKS NOT REQUIRED EVEN THOUGH IT'S THE LAW! Parents beware. This establishment does NOT require patrons to be wearing masks. We asked the manager after telling an employee who shrugged their shoulders and rolled their eyes. The answer is that they can't enforce it if people don't want to wear them. I have pictures of 5 different adults sitting around maskless while watching their kids.

Yelp
TLDR: Really fun idea for an active group outing (6-12 people), helpful staff, and be ready to sweat. I've only been here on one occasion for the "Glow" jumping, and it was a lot of fun! We went as a pretty big group (10 people), which is a pretty good thing because then you have enough for 2 dodgeball teams. When you get there, there aren't really any changerooms, but you can change in the bathroom. Bring a toonie for the lockers, or keep your valuables in your car. You also need to purchase these special grippy socks, which are like $4.00. If you aren't wearing a white or fluorescent shirt, you'll also have to purchase one of those. Once you're in, there are lots of different areas you can go - dodgeball courts, flipping into a foam pit, dunking, or just jumping in a big field of trampolines. Pace yourself - 2 hours is a LONG time to be jumping if you don't routinely trampoline (AKA the majority of the population). It's actually a pretty solid cardio workout, so make sure you're wearing athletic gear and bring some water or a snack. There's a concession stand there, but nothing really substantial/healthy. The staff are really helpful at letting you know what you can and can't do there... if you're doing something you shouldn't, they'll politely let you know instead of flipping out on you (pun intended). There were a couple challenging customers there when we were, and they were really good at working out a solution so that everyone could have fun without endangering the safety of other people there. Only fault I can find is the lack of an actual changeroom / showers there... It wasn't super busy when we were there, but I can see how for a busy birthday party or event that having just a 2-stall bathroom (for the ladies, at least) would be challenging. Also, you're probably going to be a bit sweaty and disheveled after - don't plan on going somewhere nice right after, unless you can grab a shower somewhere in between... also, this place is right beside where Waste Management's garbage truck depot - you can't smell it inside Sky Zone, but just be prepared for that!

Yelp
You have to fill our a waiver on the touchscreens or on your phone there before you even buy tickets. It was around $14 for an hour, plus $2 for their Skysocks if you haven't been there before. We went on a Wednesday night, and there weren't too many people there. The large trampolining grid was relatively empty and a lot of fun - jumping off the "walls" were great. Dodgeball was slightly disappointing as the employees didn't take into account groups of people lining up. It was a first come first play sort of system, where even if the same group of people had been playing for half and hour on the court, they could still play, even if there were more people waiting. When we spoke to the employee about this, she just told us that there were no rules and told us to find another employee to open up a court for us, but none of the employees were free. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Not sure if I would want to come during the weekends with more people and longer wait times. You'll also probably end up with a sore back, legs, and shoulders the day after!

Felicity C.

Yelp
Do not have proper supervision. Unsafe. Staff are not attentive. Not acceptable, especially because they have you fill out waiver forms.

Yelp
Where was this place when I was a kid? Wall to wall 3D trampoline arenas for bouncing, jumping, tumbling and dodge ball fun? Yes that's right, Extreme Dodge Ball on trampolines I said it! So what exactly brought my flock of "too old to be here" mix bag of guys and gals on a Sunday afternoon. Who knows but we stood out like sore thumbs amidst the sea of sweaty smelly kids, preteens and teens Overall, the experience was OK at best. Realistically this was a 2.5 star experience but I'm rounding up for good measure. Let me run through the good the bad and the ugly on this one for you. Good: - Facilities were enjoyable (multiple trampoline arenas, a foam pit and a slam dunk area), all very well organized and clean! - Location was convenient, and heck located right next door to the NEW Amsterdam brewery and retail store (Score). - Price was OK, at $15/hr for adults it wasn't too hard on the wallet, and that included rental of their special trampoline shoes - Senior staff was really great at keeping "big kids" (my posse) and "little kids" on different areas of the arenas. So that meant when we walked out that means they moved the kids out of the way. I appreciated that. Bad: - Shoes, you gotta wear the same pair of sweaty shoes that others before you have worn hundreds of times. They claim to disinfect with a spray BUT I didn't have socks and all I could think of when I was told I "HAD" to wear their bacteria boats was how much I was going to enjoy getting athletes food... - Kids. OMG! Avoid this place anytime before conventional "Bedtime." As can be expected, kids are just being kids, but when kids are being kids in packs, they are annoying as nails on a chalk board (grumble grumble). And let's face it if you're a parent letting your kids go buck wild here for a couple hours is a break for you NOW and a break later when they're so tired they go right to bed. SO no fault here, I'd do the same thing but IF you are an older patron be advised. The UGLY: - Save for the few senior team members mentioned above, most of the staff were young high school aged and a little bit snippy for the most part. Seemed to have patience for kids but spoke down to adults, myself and others included. Easy sonny you're only a few years older than some of the kids in that birthday party. Take your teen angst out on someone else, not a paying customer. I think management needs to remind the younger staff to be courteous....or at the very least smile! My friends and I had a great time, I almost threw up my 2 Bloody Caesars from lunch from all the bouncing but that was my bad.

Yelp
If I could give this place 7 out of 5 stars, I would. My opinion is a little biased though, because ....I EFFIN' LOVE TRAMPOLINES!!!!! Honestly, I don't even need to play dodgeball here, I'm just happy bouncing in one spot (and off the walls: Mario and Luigi ain't got nothing on me!). I found this place via Groupon, totally random and I went in with zero expectations, so needless to say, I was blown away by the VERY IDEA of a room made of trampolines. A brief description: each "room" is made up of multiple trampolines, with foam bits in between so you can stop yourself. The walls of each room angle upwards and are also trampolines. The dodgeball "rooms" have a 3x3 grid of trampolines for each side, multiple squishy dodgeball balls (...I'm gonna let that slide) are given to each side and the game begins. Same rules as regular dodgeball, except you're bouncing like 7 feet in the air. You can build up more momentum by bouncing around first, then off the walls to get some SERIOUS height!! The non-dodgeball rooms are essentially just a large open space filled with trampolines where you can just bounce around: my favorite. I can spend literally 1 hour here. Any more time and you will die of exhaustion: not literally. Fun fact: trampolines are 2nd best way to burn calories, after swimming =) Holy mother of dragons!! Did I mention the foam pit??? So there's a row of trampolines which lead into a foam pit ....you bounce around to build momentum then leap into the foam pit. So fun. Oh so fun. I've seen other reviewers talking about the teenage kids running the show ...doesn't really matter. I'm here to bounce around, some kid's snippy behavior cannot take away from the sheer awesomeness of dodge ball trampoline. TL;DR: Go here. EDIT: This post has the most exclamation marks I've ever used in a single post. I'm amazing.

Yelp
My family are big skyzone fans!! It's CB a great space for a group of 2 kids or 22. It also has appeal even as they get older. Great for our active kids! Today I came to the Laird location with two younger family members, ages 8 and 9. I ran into some troubles and the supervisor Dylan was incredibly helpful and kind. Big thanks to Dylan and five stars to his customer service!

Yelp
I came here during the winter time for a friend's birthday party. We were a group of about twenty 25 year olds and really enjoyed ourselves. We played trampoline dodgeball for a half an hour, and we exhausted after that! We were surprised at how tiring it could be. Then we had the chance to trampoline into their foam pits (filled with foam blocks, NOT shaving cream foam as I initially thought when I heard 'foam pit') and play with their trampoline basketballs. These were entertaining, but the dodgeball was way more fun. The centre is used by a big mix of people. We were there on a Saturday afternoon, so there were lots of kids running around and birthday parties going on. The centre also has trampoline dodgeball leagues so there were many adults there ready to get their game on! One complaint I would have is their washrooms - only two or three stalls in the ladies room and is was not particularly clean. I would recommend bringing a water bottle because you certainly get a workout in!

Yelp
Came here to take part in the exercise class (SkyRobics) and I was underwhelmed. Everything was a bit chaotic. There's a long line to pay for admission, people are changing in and out of clothing everywhere, the lockers steal your money, there are used socks all over the floor, etc. Just getting to the class was exhausting. The exercise class was ok. I don't think it's fair to assume that people can get a good workout or effectively do some of these complex moves within the span of an hour. I think I would have had a better time with some unstructured jumping (and a gym class elsewhere).

Yelp
I was here with some friends for the dodge ball night a few saturdays ago. This place has a cool concept for sure but the execution could be better. To start, pretty much as soon as you walk in the door, it smells awful and is extremely humid; they should get some ventilation in there. After signing the waiver and buying the socks and returning to our cars to put our valuables there (there were very few lockers and they didn't seem to be available to use), we started bouncing and it was a lot of fun! A bit of a work out if you really get into it. Unfortunately, a friend of mine had an old injury start to act up in the first few minutes but the staff were good about giving her a refund. It took a little while for the dodge ball to actually start so we hung around the other bouncing area and waited for other people to show up. When some other people came and we started it was fun for a while and it was good that Skyzone provides a ref for the game but unfortunately it seems like they had employees playing or people who are there a lot because it became pretty obvious that every game the same 4-5 people would get everyone out in the first 5 minutes and then we all had to stand around waiting for them to finish, which took quite a while. Not very fun to stand around for half the time when you paid almost $30 to be there. Eventually we asked them to open one of the other courts that weren't in use for our group and the others standing around so those guys could play on their own and they did but it was a bit of an ordeal. Took a lot longer than it should to move a rope and get some balls (or should I say ball since they apparently only had one extra, not sure how that is possible at a place whose business is dodge ball) and the teenagers who apparently run this place seemed really butt hurt about having to do it. After all of that it was fun but we didn't have much time left. After that, the pizza that is included in the deal came and it was fine but not really necessary. I would be willing to bet they've had a bunch of kids throw up from eating pizza after bouncing. TL;DR don't expect much in terms of customer service but the actual bouncing is fun. My advice to the establishment: ditch the free pizza and instead invest in some A/C, better staff, more balls... anything really.

Yelp
Big fan of SkyZone here, went to one in the States and came back to Toronto looking for some jumping action. Was really happy that the one in Toronto opened, as driving to Mississauga was kinda tiring... Out of the SkyZones I been to, this is the first one I went to that had a basketball net available for dunking...and man it was awesome! After getting the trick to performing a successful slam dunk, I could go over and over again. The foam pit is a bit small, but still great to practice your flips. The best time to go is early in the day in my opinion, before the party of kids come in. Evenings are do-able too, if you're willing to wait in line for foam jumping or net dunking. Also, depending on you and your group, the 1 hour session may be a bit too much for some. I've done several 1 hour sessions here now, so my jumping stamina has...increased, heh. 30 minute sessions are recommended to people that haven't exercised in a while, or first-timers. Can't wait to come back here during the holidays!

Yelp
Worst experience ever, just a quick description: the staff was bored and rude, they don't let us (adults) jump with our kids (not fun at all), pretty empty and well I guess the thing that most bothered me was the stuff, they should be fun and with smile in their face because it's mostly a kids place but anyways.. Don't go there.

Jonathan E.

Yelp
Had the worst experience here when I came with my kids. I've read a couple of bad reviews and chose to ignore them but boy was I wrong. Not even 5 minutes into my visit here I was met by this condescending tool named Noor. All I did was ask a couple of questions about where my 2 kids could jump and why I wasn't allowed to jump near them and he looked at me and gave me a "did you really just f**ing ask that question" kind of expression to his face. At this point i'm already annoyed and am about to leave, then this guy has the nerve to tell me i'm better off going to chuck e cheese with a snobby grin on his face. Guy was a total ass about everything. Talk about customer service. People, save your money and time and visit a different location where dickhead employees don't want to run you out of the building.

Darren D.

Yelp
The website prices and times don't match in store. They have so many rules, and stop kids doing anything. It's just not fun. I've been to sky zones in 4 different provinces/states as a comparison point.

Yelp
Very disappointed in staff today. I take my grandson to toddler time every week. Usually staff are amazing, especially Camille and Elijah. Today the staff spent most of the time chatting with each other with their backs to the children. If there had been an injury, they would not have witnessed it.

Yelp
We were a group of 6 who've come to play Dodgeball yet they closed the field in our faces citing there must be 8 people in order to open the play field. This is not the problem, I understand term and conditions and that Dodgeball is not guaranteed. The reason behind my assessment is the way they handled our request and complaint. We have been sent back and forth between employees each one citing its in another person's supervision and we need to go convince them (beg) to open the play field! There seemed to be a prior internal conflict between the staff and we were victims for the audacity of their politics and inadequate management. The staff was rude Andy, Bryson and Aysha in specific. For the record, once we were angry and have requested a refund they suddenly offered to open the Dodgeball play field which we did not agree to, since we've had enough humiliation and the time and experience we have paid for compromised. In a nutshell, I suggest you save your dignity, time and effort and go to Mississauga's Skyzone location at 3636 Hawkestone Road, Mississauga, ON L5C 3T6

Yelp
Trampoline Dodgeball was one of the most fun group activities I can imagine. That and after 18 rounds of dodging balls while bouncing, I was sweating beyond belief! I would love to try some of their other workout classes.

Yelp
(IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO GO ON A WARM/HOT WEATHER, I SUGGEST YOU READ THIS)okay ...so it started off as an exciting place to go to: you walk in, and right there you see a column of trampolines. looks cool. so you get in and you gotta go up to the front desk to check in and all. they will give you a pair of shoes to jump with. heres where the whole story changes..... in my opinion you shouldnt go for the 1 hour jump session. you will end up sweating like crazy OH, AND ALSO there is NO air conditioning and NO fans around to cool yourself off except for the rotating fans attached to the ceiling for air circulation. so if you get really irritated by heat and sweat and being both hot and sweaty which is not being able to breath properly bc of exhaustion... this isnt the place for you... unless im wrong... HAPPY TRAMPOLINING oh btw, THE STAFF WAS REALLY RUDE

Yelp
Great place to burn some energy. Staff was friendly and the facility was nice and clean.

Yelp
This place is worth going to - even if you're 24! I came here with my boyfriend when we were stuck for things to do over the long weekend, and it was great fun. We were, however, the oldest participants by about 12 years. So be warned - if you come on weekends, without making a group booking, you may feel slightly out of place! This fun palace offers trampoline dodgeball (which is just as much fun as it sounds!), trampoline slam dunk, trampolining into a foam pit and just general fun trampolining. There's a small café with pop and chocolate bars, and facilities such as lockers and washrooms are provided. The overall pricing is very reasonable ($13 an hour - includes access to everything), and grip socks - which you can keep! -- are provided for hygiene and safety. As others have noted, this place is more than just a kids' fun centre. An hour of trampolining - especially if you partake in the dodgeball - will leave you sweating and exhausted! It's a great workout! The staff were hit and miss - the guy overseeing the dodgeball was great, the girl at the front desk was surly and unpleasant and certainly didn't give us a good first impression. Rules are enforced strictly here - definitely great if you're a parent with small kids (and there were kids here as young as 3), but it was a bit irritating to see such stringent rules enforced in the adult trampolining section. It would have been even more fun if adults were allowed jump on the same trampoline together!!! Overall, definitely recommended. Ideal for a big birthday party, or a work bonding event.

Yelp
Firstly, this place was a lot of fun and I'd recommend the activity, even for an adult birthday party. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I rented an entire trampoline area at a cost of $400 per hour, but the staff was unable to organize the check-in process and no one directed us to our trampoline. Our group was standing around in our pink socks, actively searching for some direction, and by the time we were shown to our court, 15% of our allotted time had already passed. Of course, our time ended promptly at 3:30 per the original schedule. I voiced my concerns directly to a manager, who instead of offering me the notion of a simple discount on the $400 tried to redirect the blame to me and my group. Apparently we had a few stragglers checking in, but I'm not sure why that makes a difference given we booked an entire court and the majority of our group was ready to rumble. We still had fun. But for $400 dollars an hour I'd expect to access that fun for the entire hour.

Yelp
I would recommend for an awesome fun morning with the kids. But watch out, you're going to be exhausted after - and if you're older like me, you're probably going to be sore the next day. Tip: avoid peak times if you don't want to have to wait to get on trampolines or use features such as the basketball tramp and the dodgeball.

Yelp
Majority of the employees were young adults, with attitude issues. My friends and I were paying customers and felt we shouldn't have to be talked down to by employees who think by having a whistle gives them power. We were very disappointed with the service and I would not recommend. Before leaving Sky Zone we talked to the supervisor who offered free passes, but that was not going to fix the experience we received. We recommended more training in general for the employees by I doubt the supervisor cared either, he was young as well. This was the Sky Zone in Scarborough, I doubt all Sky Zones are like this. But do avoid if snobby employees are not your thing ... Go bowling its much funnier :)

Yelp
The staff will bring this place down. All I can say is that they are power tripping 16 year olds. They don't care about satisfaction or the safety of the customers. At the hoops station, there were a few goons messing around on the same trampoline jumping on each other and all and a fight was about to go down between two of the guys. The staff watching that station 100% saw what was going on and did nothing to stop it. I waited in line behind these guys but it didn't seem like they were coming off anytime soon, so I asked the staff if I can get one shot in before they close. He said nope, but he didn't even tell the guys to get off. Would not come back! At least to this location.
