Everything about the loft experience was amazing! The staff is top notch, The service is top notch! The food and the room was amazing. We did a Spa day and was incomparable to anything else. The wife visited the salon and had her hair and nails done and felt like she was royalty in there the whole time. Thank you to the team at the SkyLofts and the Salon and Spa. It was an unforgettable trip.

This will have been my second time at Skylofts, and I hope it will not be my last. Getting a reservation, I have to admit, was a little frustrating (I was turned down 3 times in the preceding 6 months before my stay), only to see a 1-bedroom Skyloft open up within a week of my trip, which caused me to reach back out to my reservations person. But once there, the experience made me forget about the frustrations of getting a Skyloft. It may be familiarity or comfort, but using the butler and concierge services more this trip made the experience. It isn't the cheapest, but the value is worth it. There is a common comparison between Skylofts and SkySuites. I have stayed at both, but I would pick Skylofts because it is an intimate experience with more personal service. Sure, the SkySuites are more modern, but I noticed room upgrades in Skylofts compared to my last stay, so they are making the updating investments. The Skylofts Butler and Concierge teams were excellent. Within 24 hours, I was able to have an event for 18 people in my room organized ahead of time by the Butler team. On the same day, the concierge secured a round for five at Shadow Creek. The SkySuites lounge area might be bigger with a more expansive selection, but it was way more crowded. Who wants to spend a lot of time there anyway? But, again, the service and people set the Skylofts apart from any other place I have stayed in my 18 years of coming to Vegas; with that, Jonathan and his team at the Skylofts will be the first place and the only place I look for when I come to town.

this is an email I sent directly to the Concierge Manager.||||Dear Skyloft Management Team,||||I’m currently staying in Suite 2323 at the Skylofts and feel compelled to express my extreme disappointment with the way this entire reservation has been handled. I’m not someone who typically complains—I prefer to enjoy the experience in front of me—but the accumulation of issues has left me with no choice but to bring this to management’s attention.||||This trip was intended to be a Mother’s Day gift for my wife, and I chose Skylofts because of the outstanding service we experienced during a previous stay. I had the option of booking the Wynn Parlor Suite, Bellagio Entertainment Suite, or ARIA’s 2-Bedroom Penthouse Sky Suite—but I chose Skylofts again because of how impressed I was the first time. Unfortunately, this return visit has completely eroded that confidence.||||The check-in experience made us feel like second-class guests. We were misled multiple times about the room’s readiness, only to wait over two hours with two young children, shuffled between entrances and lounges without clear communication. And the way we were eventually received at the VIP lounge was nothing short of humiliating.||||A gentleman stormed into the room and yelled “LE” across the lounge—loud enough for it to be heard through the doors—in front of nearly 20 other patrons, as if I were being summoned in a courtroom. My wife, my children, and I were stunned. We felt publicly singled out and deeply uncomfortable. When I approached him, his tone immediately turned condescending. He spoke to me as if I didn’t belong there—like I was uninformed or undeserving of a stay at this level.||||He repeatedly said the delay was because I was “adamant” about the pool table. Yes, I was adamant—because I had asked about it clearly and directly during the reservation process. I fully understand that hotels can’t guarantee specific features, as all requests are subject to availability. However, I was assured by the reservation agent—on more than one occasion—that given the slower pace of Mother’s Day weekend, both the pool table and a strip view should not be an issue.||||What’s inexcusable is not the availability—but the way I was reprimanded for asking. I was treated with dismissiveness, sharp tone, and prolonged eye contact that felt more like a challenge than a service interaction. It wasn’t professional—it was disrespectful. And it happened in front of my family and dozens of other guests.||||Unfortunately, the in-room experience further compounded the disappointment:||||-Leftover trash and snacks from previous guests||||-Multiple tablets not functioning||||-The main remote in the primary bedroom has no power cord||||-Ceiling fan in the primary bedroom doesn’t work||||Despite running the A/C on full blast, the room never dropped below 74 degrees, making last night’s sleep uncomfortably hot||||The audio/TV system couldn’t be turned off due to the non-working remote—I had to manually unplug the TV just to get some rest||||The coffee machine keeps asking for servicing so frequently that I’ve given up bothering concierge about it||||||While I understand that many of these are issues that can be remedied with a technician or concierge visit, they shouldn’t exist in the first place. The moment these problems arise, it takes away from the comfort, flow, and relaxation of the stay. Instead of settling in and enjoying the suite, we’ve had to manage problem-solving, coordinate with staff, and deal with unnecessary interruptions. That is not luxury—that’s inconvenience.||||Additionally, I was told during booking that I’d be placed in a different suite with a better view, only to find myself in the same suite I stayed in back in November—2323. That, too, was a mismanaged expectation.||||And finally, I only found out upon arrival that Skyloft guests are no longer permitted to dine at The Mansion—a key part of our Mother’s Day weekend plans. That detail should have been disclosed clearly before booking. Learning it after check-in felt like another misrepresentation.||||All of this has left me questioning whether Skylofts is still the dependable, elevated experience it once was. Thankfully, we weren’t hosting another couple or guests—because this would have been outright embarrassing.||||At this point, I sincerely hope my concerns are acknowledged and taken seriously. I chose Skylofts because I trusted the level of service. After this experience, that trust is gone. I expected more—not just as a returning guest, but as someone who invested significantly in what was meant to be a memorable, stress-free occasion.||||I don’t expect compensation, and I’m not writing this to demand anything material. I simply want these concerns to be heard clearly, taken seriously, and to receive a genuine apology from someone in leadership. At the very least, my family and I deserve that.

Google
The best in Vegas. I highly recommend it. I've stayed here multiple times and its consistently 5 stars. The staff goes out of its way to treat you like a VIP. Its worth every penny. I will definitely be staying here on a regular bases for all my business trips and personal.

I’m thrilled I chose the Skyloft for my Vegas getaway. After disembarking the plane, everyone checked into their rooms, and let me tell you, mine was beyond perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room’s aroma was reminiscent of a perfume store. The staff members were incredibly attentive, promptly delivering my food and drinks to my room with a smile. As soon as I stepped into my room, I couldn’t resist the temptation to hit the hay. After a refreshing sleep, I got dressed and embarked on the vibrant nightlife of Vegas. This city is known for its party scene, and I was fully embracing it. While my friends opted for a different hotel just across the street, I relished the lazy pool at my hotel. I also thoroughly enjoyed strolling along the Strip, savoring delicious meals at renowned restaurants, clubbing the night away, and exploring various bars and fun dates. Oh, and let’s not forget the delightful surprise of my pizza arriving on time, even amidst the traffic chaos. I can’t wait to return to Vegas in the near future.

This was more of a family vacation than gambling. We had our 2 grandkids with us. Did Grand Canyon. Shpere. Shows etc. MGM Skylofts was amazing experience, beautiful rooms, stream showers, staff goes the extra mile for us, which made the vacation with grandkids even better.

Had an amazing stay at MGM Skylofts! Eunice went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. She was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and made us feel completely at home. Her service truly elevated our stay. Huge thanks to Eunice — we’ll definitely be back because of her!

I take my management staff to Vegas every year for a no-expense-spared getaway. We returned to the Skylofts this year because the service up there is simply the best in Vegas...and we have stayed pretty much everywhere else with party suites (Mandalay, Palms, Circa). When you really need a staff to attend to the details, this crew really get it!||||The cabanas along the Lazy River are also a great way to entertain a group (we had 25).

Yelp
The Mister and I spent 2 nights here before Super Bowl, and it was absolutely ridiculous - private pickup from the airport, full time butler, private elevator and floor for Skylofts, VIP room cards with access to clubs, access to the exclusive Mansion restaurant, bathroom that is like an adult water park. We booked Picasso through our butler and got perfect window seats viewing the fountain. I don't ever want to stay anywhere else haha. PRO TIP: for those who want this experience on a budget, look for off-season pricing. We stayed for $700/night, which is basically the cheapest rate of the year. The same room could go up to more than $5k/night!

Yelp
TL;DR The best purchasable contemporary luxury hotel experiences in Vegas matched only by Aria SkySuites. Note: Sorry no pics. I sat on this review for a few months and accidently deleted the SD card. MGM Skylofts is a hotel within a hotel with a separate lobby, lounge, concierge and private restaurant. The property has received the prestigious Forbes five star and AAA five diamond awards. Lofts range from one to three bedrooms (this review is for the one bedroom loft at 1400sq/ft) and are all loft design (two floors). IMPORTANT: there are stairs (split level in the main living area and to the second floor bedroom). If it's a problem... The loft oozes understated contemporary luxury. Natural warm tones, oversized furnishings, well appointed with artwork. WiFi throughout with plenty of places to charge your tech. Do check out the pillow menu for the best night sleep ever. Do use the combo steam shower / shower. Sweat out the alcohol. Do use the infinity tub. Relax away the stress from gaming. Do laugh at yourself when you hang your two pairs of jeans, five shirts, hoodie, and suit in the MASSIVE walk in closet. Do get room service. Order anything from any restaurant on property and your butler will serve you in your loft's dining room and make you a drink to top it off. Do try the private restaurant; the Mansion Dining Room. (Covered in a separate review) Do take advantage of the Skylounge. A nightly HH in the lobby. A great place to get a drink without having to mingle with a crowd at a casino bar or lounge. Solid selection of wines by the glass and a very well chosen selection of brown libations. You do have to pay for the drinks, typical high Vegas markup. Service is omnipresent without being intrusive and is friendly, never stuffy. The room is cleaned and made up and turndown service happens when you're out. Any staff you meet greets you warmly with a smile. Booking is easiest by CALLING luxury reservations (see skylofts website). Online booking direct is near impossible and you will pay much more using a third party booking site. Be sure to have your MGM Rewards number for the largest savings. Nightly rates vary but unlike "normal" properties, are not always higher on the weekends. This five night stay averaged $850/nt plus the very irritating daily resort fee. Would this be my first choice when "vacationing" in Vegas. No. Aria Skysuites holds that distinction being part of the more contemporary Aria with a better restaurant collection, higher energy youthfully spirited people of means clientele, higher limit poker room and very easy access to the neighboring Bellagio. That said, Skylofts definitely over impresses in all the right ways.

Yelp
This is the most fancy fancy hotel stay that I had ever had in my life. This is something that you would do for a special occassion or if you just like to really relax and just hang out in your hotel room. You pretty much have everything you need to stay in there all day. If you prefer the Butler to come pick you up at the airport on arrival you just call them. They will come pick you you up in a limo. Once you arrive at MGM, you will go to another area to check in and they will come downstairs to help you with your luggage (if you need it) and escort you to the room. They show you the special elevator that you will use to get your room. Once you reach the room area, you will notice that there is no smell of smoke in the lobby area. The area was very quite, (no rowdy drunk people like the regular MGM resort hotel rooms with beer bottle left everywhere in the lobby area.) The place smelled so good and there is a desk right outside the elevator lobby where they can help you with whatever you need 24 hours a day. They were all very friendly and very nice and helped you with your check in. Once they escorted you inside the room the host will also pour welcome juice and leave you with a plate of deserts, and fruit on the table. The host will show you around the downstairs, show you the bar area, the huge steam shower, the amazing jet bathtub, the big king size bed with 9 pillows of different softness you can choose from. They also leave you a bath bomb for the shower. The soft fluffy robes are also a nice touch. If you need help with the bath tub you can all the butler and they can help you start the bath. There is also a Dyson hair dryer you can use to dry your hair. The view is also amazing and there is virtually no noise and no rowdy people in this area so this is a very calm and relaxing experience. I had ordered breakfast and I must say although the breakfast seemed pricy they give you a lot food that is all very high quality and delicious that you will not be hungry for lunch. Breakfast was very good. Your butler will come an set up the table for you to have your breakfast. If there is any issues with the room at all the staff will come in and help you fix it. I felt really safe and comfortable during my stay here. I really didn't feel like I had to go anywhere. Also! if you want coffee in the morning or afternoon you can always take the elevator downstairs the lodge area and they have a coffee maker and some free snacks and water. Just such a nice experience. I did not feel like I was at MGM. It was a beautiful experience. Don't forget to tip the butler at the end if you do use all the services. They work really hard to make sure you are taken care of. This was the best stay I had ever had in my life! The best service I had ever had.

Yelp
I've never in a million years thought I'd ever get to experience this place! It definitely isn't your average hotel or should i say lofts! First of all the place is MASSIVE, the rooms are bigger than my entire house! The place is well kept, very clean and organized and everyone was extremely helpful & friendly. I especially loved the room service & butlers. Everyday there was a random sweet treat left in the room for us. Day 1 was some cupcakes, day 2 was chocolate covered pretzels and day 3/4 i can't remember because my boyfriend probably ate them before i could see them! My uncle is the Nior player who gets the rooms, so we shared the 2 bedroom loft.

Yelp
My review is late, so so late...I actually posted in the basic MGM grand hotel page not realizing that the Skylofts has their own separate page on Yelp. It's been a while, 5 years ago since I stayed here. I usually travel to Vegas at least twice a year but because of Covid, I haven't planned anything. I guess I could but I know it's hard to buy a drink at the bar or sightsee, I definitely don't wanna catch Covid from one of the slots either. Back to the review;) We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday and got a room in one of the Skylofts. Now I know in Vegas their is a lot of nice hotels to choose from. We wanted something fancy and nice and enough room for everyone to party and sleep comfortably. We booked this one because it had 2 bedrooms and lots and lots of space!! We were floored when we arrived. It is absolutely beautiful and the entire staff treated us like royalty. We had our own concierge. She cleaned for us each time we stepped out, even arranging our shoes and cosmetics and putting flowers on our pillows. The hotel room was a 2 story, beautiful polished floors, maybe travertine or marble? The decor throughout was lovely. The bedrooms had their own bathrooms with steam shower, soaking tub, TV in the bathrooms, top of the line body wash and soaps from Paris I think. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy. We were welcomed with sweets and chocolate covered strawberries. Cleanliness was a ten plus. There was a pool table, an espresso and coffee machine with delicious coffee and a separate seating area to enjoy your coffee with a view of the city. We had everything we needed, even priority check in. This was an experience none of us will ever forget. Worth every penny!! They also offer limo service from the airport and to anywhere else we needed to go. We did use that for the ride to the restaurant. I'm very humble and basic so this was something that totally blew my mind enough to experience and want to do it again once this pandemic winds down and it's safe for me and my family. Price paid 5 years ago for one night was $1500.00 Worth every penny, I highly recommend! May book again once Covid is stomped for good, I miss you Las Vegas!!

Yelp
The butler service is without a doubt the best experience. Every butler has been amazing. Each time I've called for service or something didn't work in the room they came in and helped. They are gems. My 4 stars is the room itself; for 2,500 a night the air conditioner shouldn't be making so much noise. Turn on the water and the sound is so loud. The pipes definitely need to have remodeling done. I was finally able to turn the AC off and allll night heard the AC from the Sky loft next door. MGM needs to put some money to remodel this place. They are too well known and charge too much to give crappy rooms that need work. Beside that, the individual who work there are amazing. Bravo to them and their incredible hospitality.

Yelp
With the MGM Grand just recently being sold to Blackstone Group, I hope nothing changes in terms of quality and service. With the MGM Groups attempt to make a big splash in the Japan Gambling Market the company was forced to take a huge financial move recently by literally selling off some of its most popular and valuable properties. If anything else, thanks for all the good times!

Yelp
I always look forward to my stay at the SkyLofts ! Lea does a great job looking out for us and making sure we are comfortable. Brittany, down at the pool complex is without a doubt the best cabana attendant out there (well, maybe she has some competition with David, LOL). And Randall our butler make sure all our in-suite needs are taken care of. Great staff, great property, looking forward to coming back soon!

Yelp
Awesome rooms but a couple design flaws in the one we were staying in. First, the pool table room was too small for the pool table. Certain shots were impossible because you didn't have the space to navigate. People actually play pool ok MGM, it's not for decor. Second, the staircase was smack dab in the middle so all the first floor rooms encircled it. So instead of having some relatively large areas to congregate, you had to split up into small groups...not ideal when you're in Vegas tryna party. Then the alcohol situation: I guess they require you to source all your alcohol through them and an insane marked up price. That's a bit ridiculous but hey, no one spends this much on a room to complain. Stupid rule though. I'm split between a 3 and a 4 star review but the rooms were really nice. The design flaws may not exist in every single one too so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Yelp
Fantastic service and beautiful lofts. Loved the foosball table, the great views, and the B&O sound systems in every room. The staff is incredibly customer focused and polite.

Yelp
Oh boy. Do not make ANY special requests. The current on site managers will lie to you (ie. "We have the wine you selected on site.") Then you arrive, and they say, "Well, we are looking for the wine you requested." Yes, the wine that you requested a month before check in. The wine that they assured you they had "on property" 3 days prior to your check in. Who does that? Skylofts does. And you get to pay large amounts of money for that experience. Then, you tell them to forget the wine. In fact, forget every other request that they did not fulfill. But they will still charge you insane prices for the wine and the other things that you never consumed! Then you will have to make several phones calls, write several emails, and finally... they will remove the charges from your "bill" that you will never be able to look at, because they do not email or give you a bill at check out! I wish I was making this up. The young male "butlers" or whatever these guys were are akin to bouncers at a strip club. They stand with their arms crossed in front of their chest while glaring at you. They will make you uncomfortable. The airport transfer, bellman service, Mansion restaurant, and bathroom are good. But they do not make up for the poor service at this hotel. I read that Skylofts used to charge over $2K for the room we booked for less than $1K. Skylofts seems to be the only business that has not been able to raise their prices because of inflation. In fact, it appears they have lowered their prices. And I am not surprised. I am reasonably certain that most positive reviews on here are from high roller gamblers who got their room comped. It is a shame because Skylofts is a great concept. The rooms are nice. But we could not figure out how to turn the TV on because our "butler" never showed us how to use the crazy digital universal remote that controls everything in the loft. We did not drink the bottled water that was in our room when we checked in because even though there was a refrigerator in the "loft", nobody thought it might be a good idea to put the water in the refrigerator! In fact, the refrigerator was completely empty even though we had requested cokes, water, and beer to be placed in it! If you get a Skyloft comped because you are a big gambler, take it. The ride to and from the airport is nice. They may even provide transportation to other MGM resorts. But, make your arrangements when you get there and hope for the best! They cannot handle pre-arrangements. Like I said, it is a shame. Skylofts is a billion dollar mansion that has TERMITES!

Yelp
Highly recommend partaking in an experience such as this! From the moment we arrived even after we downgraded to a regular room. We were still honored with skyloft customer service until the departure of Our stay. I was hesitant of being treated like "poor folks" since I'm sure they are used to having wealthy clientele. Contrary to my fears, I was treated no different and wasn't asked to spend extra money on incidentals and services. They press your clothes, make your coffee, turn down service and remember your name. They went above and beyond, I'm grateful and will definitely be back. Every request was accommodated with quality and expedient effort. Thank you to Selena and the rest of the skyloft team. See y'all next year.

Yelp
During my solo trip to Vegas in April I got to stay here when they upgraded my initial suite. Starting off the day lucky already. I was in town looking at some real estate so it was gonna be a taxing day. Luckily this suite is amazing. My suite was two stories with a beautiful balcony view. The bathroom was amazing. It had a heating bathtub and power shower. Never experienced that before so that was super cool. The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a baby. Everything was so nice at this loft I just wanted to stay an extra day, but sadly I was only in town for one night. If I do come back I would definitely consider this spot again. Also forgot to mention room service was outstanding. The shrimp cocktail is by far my favorite thing to get, but the wings weren't too bad and the soup was nice. Yeah I was craving soup....

Yelp
I've stayed here twice and I liked the room design. It is very spacious and the people working here are friendly. You're always greeted every time you get to the floor or leave the floor. The bathroom amenities are by Bvlgari. The room service menu also looked quite extensive. There was a very large selection of Chinese food. They also offered bird's nest, abalone and a bunch of more interesting eats.

Yelp
5 stars all the way. I think we will stay here every time we come to Vegas! It does get expensive, but its worth EVERY penny: Pros: -private lobby with snacks and beverages -private butler -private elevator where you have to swipe your card for Skyloft access -rolls royce airport pick up and drop off -AMAZING loft complete with Bang and Olufsen electronics and a Crestron All-In-One remote control that literally controls everything from the drapes to the TV -complimentary beverages in the loft -complimentary movies on demand (they have all the new ones like Frozen, etc) They even have an LCD TV screen in the bathroom mirror LOL -huuuge shower/sauna steam room. It's a 6 jet shower that literally attacks you with water in every direction haha -free (fast) wifi -access to dine at the Mansion (so worth it) -last minute reservations to Joel Robuchon I can go on and on. They really go out of their way to make you feel special. It was Valentine's Day weekend and the hubby requested some flowers; they brought up room service with a rose and had a huge beautiful vase of a dozen long stemmed roses waiting for me after breakfast at the Mansion. They also accommodated our late check out request and all our dining reservations. From start to finish the service was impeccable, the rooms luxurious and quiet, and even the room service menu was divine! This is the one place in Vegas where I can confidently say that staying in the loft is more fun then venturing out into the strip. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, stay here! You won't regret it. We will be back soon!

Yelp
On our recent trip to Vegas, BF's boss got a two story, two bedroom Skyloft for us to hang out in. He and the other owner of the company stayed in the bedrooms upstairs, but the downstairs was for us to spend time in. The loft was gorgeous. It was a 3,000 square foot space with a dining room, breakfast nook, three living areas, a pool table, floor to ceiling windows, and beautiful decor. The bedrooms upstairs were amazing, and the bathrooms were just fantastic. Highlights included: Getting picked up from the airport by a Rolls Royce - since our party was so big, we obviously all couldn't fit in that, so they also sent a limo and a party bus. We had the same transportation back to the airport when the trip was over. Butlers greet you in the loft and help you get settled in. A bartender is also there to prepare cocktails and pour any beer/wine that you want. The loft is set up to pair with Bluetooth, so we could all play whatever music we wanted from our phones, and it played throughout the entire loft. Anything we wanted we had in no time - food, drinks, whatever. I must say, staying in Vegas will not be the same again. I have stayed at numerous hotels, and nothing has compared to this. Hopefully someday I can get some friends to go in on the cost of one of these lovely Skylofts so I can stay here again!

Yelp
Forever my favorite Number one in all of Las Vegas. Personal everything concierge, butler service, and loft service.

Yelp
Enjoy being spoiled. The butler and concierge will do everything for you from the instance you step out of the airport and back in. Feel like a VIP! Where some celebs stay at :) Soffered by Rolls Royce Ghost: Thirsty, water is on the side and sit back for a nap before MGM. Then roll up to the Skyloft entrance with a small office with a concierge there, next to general. Cab/Limo: Roll through the concierge area to get a ride from the doorman. MGM Pool: Wet Republic Event usually is free unless there is an event then there is a price. Ask the concierge to contact a hostess for you, so you can get the tickets from there and just walk in (skip the lines). Butler/Service: Superb. You'll get your items within 10minutes. Butlers are pretty chill. This place definitely knows how to make you feel at home. Call as many times as you like. Rooms: 2 stories. 2 Rooms is pretty awesome, still can have them bring roll away beds for the 2 extra living rooms downstairs. You have one bigger common area with a view, dining room with small fridge for your unlimited free water and soda. Foosball or Pool Table in one area (depends on your place), one downstairs bathroom, Two bathrooms upstairs with a grand closet, nice showers with 3 different sprays and 2 infinity tubs, tvs in mirrors. And everything controlled basically by remote (curtains, music, lighting, etc). Con is the remote doesn't work very well, de-sensitized? P.S. The shower water is definitely purified, feels awesome on your skin. Includes: Unlimited water and soda. Slippers, random amenities. espresso tea machine, the usual etc. Menu is pretty pricey (2 eggs for around $22+?). We ordered Cake Pops from http://www.cmycakeslv.com/ to be delivered and it was awesome! Its not part of MGM, so you'll have to go downstairs to bring them up to you guys. Super nice! And delish! They're fb page: https://www.facebook.com/cmycakeslv. Wonder if the butler can pick these up for us next time. Elevator: Enter via general entrance with back door entrance to elevators to Skyloft or enter through conceriage area straight to the elevator. Enter your skyloft card to get to the skylofts. Yes like Victoria L. says...."Can I live here? Permanently?"

Yelp
I am obsessed with these rooms. I am pretty sure you have to be a big gambler or celeb to stay here but if you can, do it! The service is 5star. By far the best butler service in Las Vegas (I've stayed everywhere and yes, better than the Mansions and Cosmo Penthouse). Joey is the sweetest! The drivers are such beautiful people. Neil is my fave! I love the MGM in general but staying here makes me never want to leave. Great rooms for crazy after parties. Loft style. Just SEXYYYYYYYYY. The robes are sooooo cozy.

Yelp
This place is amazing. And I'm sure a family of 20+ can live here because friends of 20+ chipped in and stayed here for a night ;p Friends of friends invited us here for a birthday hotel party that included strippers, drinks, and a butler. YES, I SAID, BUTLER! It was extravagant to say the least. Especially because it was Pacquiao/Cotto fight weekend and Cotto was in the sky lofts next to us. We were tempted to bother his sleep but, alas, he lost anyways AND we had strippers to deal with.

Yelp
I am writing this review of appreciation to express my personal gratitude for the kindness, patience, and respectful service I have received from the Senior Hotel Operations Manager "JOSEPH BARRON". I would like to start off by giving five stars***** to JOSEPH whom I personally refer to as "THE HEART" of the MGM corporation. He seems to bring his enthusiasm to his place of work during each and every shift. But I'm willing to bet any amount of money that he probably wakes up this way. Simply because this is just who he is!!!. JOSEPH continues to exhibit his capability in dealing with a variety of issues, concerns, questions, complaints from customers, and yet seems to manage and resolve each and every situation that may be brought to his attention. And will complete the task without complaint.. I will never forget his willingness to help me if possible with any questions about current promotions, date of events, if you ever want to have a great experience at a very clean facility! fresh new machines! great friendly atmosphere! Beauty and class all around you then come on down to the BELLAGIO casino. Then I suggest you come eat, stay and play! JOSEPH BARRON is an ASSET to this company in all its splendor! Knowing he is part of the "TEAM" will inspire new players to return and current players to stay. And thank you for your service that you provide. Your attitude towards your work is on an entirely different level. Good going! I am sure you are a valuable member. The service you provide is in a league of its own. I am incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service you have provided. Such a great commitment to making sure every customer is satisfied. Thank you for patience, understanding, and the passion for what you do. KEEP THIS UP AND YOU HAVE NOWHERE ELSE TO GO BUT TO THE TOP......Toni

Yelp
Best place to stay inside MGM!! The service is phenomenal when you stay at the skyloft. Everything feels so luxurious and grand. I truly feel like I'm getting pampered when I stay here!! Once the elevators open to skyloft floor my first initial thought was woooweee where am I? They serve you welcome juice when you first arrive, the front desk, staff, and butlers are friendly... They have great room service food and cam deliver or pickup anything you wish. But of course that comes with a tip. There's are tvs all around and you get free movies all day, and their own Bvlgari line of toiletries smell refreshing. It always reminds me of skyloft! Their shower looks amazing, probably every girls dream or even kids if they like to play in the tub. When you stay here you are treated as VIP from the minute you arrive till you leave. They can pick you up at the airport to dropping you off at the mall and picking you back when you are done. You get your own limo guy to chauffeur you around. They make everything so easy for you!!! Sometimes they pick you up in a Rolls Royce Ghost, Maybach, and I wouldn't be surprised if they had the Phantom!! If the kids are bored you can order a gaming system that include PS3 Playstation etc.. They normally have either a Foosball or pool table area for entertain depending what size loft you get.. The biggest one comes with a patio area that include a jacuzzi overlooking the strip. You can even ask the staff to bring you a humidifier if you wanted to. They even have a booklet about certain kinds of pillows like a snoring pillow or a rejuvenating one... It's hard to go back to a regular room after staying at skyloft so many times. But I love the sky loft!! It's my 2ns home, can't wait to come back. I can honestly say this is one place that can be more fun than actually venturing outside to the casino area. You must try at least once in your life!

Yelp
I stayed at the SKYLOFTS a second time recently. The first time I was in their 2-bedroom, and this time I was in their one-bedroom. Once again, this place was amazing. The rooms are appointed so nicely. The technology and integration in the rooms are so cool. The immersion steam shower is out of this world. New this time was a texting system. Instead of having to call the butlers or concierge for anything, I texted them, and I could do it from anywhere. For example, I was out at a show, I texted them to make up my room, perform turn-down service, and stock the fridge with fresh drinks. I come back to the room, and everything is done to perfection. Recommendations: Use their airport pickup service. It is complimentary for 2 bedrooms, and extra for 1. It creates a seamless experience that begins when you get your bags. You get your bags, get in the car, arrive at the MGM, and from that point forward, you are taken care of. Dine at The Mansion! As a guest of the Skylofts, you have the ability to dine at The Mansion. Set it up with the concierge. I had breakfast there, and it was a surreal experience. The Mansion is a part of the MGM that is designed for super high-rollers and VIPs--there are 29 private Villas that overlook a climate controlled atrium, and there is a dining room with seats in the courtyard. Anyway, we were only one of two tables dining at that time, and I have to say, the service was amazing. Everything about that experience was amazing. So ask the concierge for reservations at The Mansion. You will not regret it. In summary, you should stay here. Don't even think twice. They treat you like royalty. The only bad part about the SKYLOFTS is leaving. You don't want to leave.

Yelp
This is my favorite place to stay in Vegas, apart from the lake front "1500" suite at The Bellagio or Villa #1 at The Mirage. I have stayed at least 5 times at this point. The service is impeccable, the styling by Tony Chi will inspire you, and the rooms are flat out amazing! The good news is that the price isn't that outrageous for Las Vegas. You could certainly spend a lot more for less at other properties. I know I have. To start, the hotel will pick you up and drop you off at the airport as a complimentary service. They use a fleet of Maybachs, so if you have never been in one, here is your chance. It is very luxurious, but the ride will be short since the Skylofts are on the top floor of the MGM Grand, which is right next door to the airport. If a Maybach isn't available, they send a limo, but I have never had that happen. Once you arrive at the hotel, an agent will meet you at the car to escort you directly to your room for check-in. This is a nice touch as I loathe waiting in a hotel lobby for check-in with a ton of people. They walk you through the MGM Grand lobby into the VIP, where there is a private hidden bank of elevators that go directly to the top floor of the hotel without stopping. This is nice because the MGM Grand elevators (there are 6 in each bank) are always FILLED with people and stop at nearly every floor. When you need the elevator, you just walk past the crowds, through a set of double doors, and into a private elevator to the top. Stay at the MGM Grand one time and you will understand why this is so valuable for a pleasant overall experience. When you get the the Skyloft lobby on the top floor, the design will immediately embrace you. This hotel looks NOTHING like the MGM Grand below. It is an entirely different property, and it shows. There isn't a theme so much as a lot of natural elements like earth, fire, water, etc. You feel different once you enter, and it holds throughout the entire experience. The designer created everything down to the uniforms worn by the staff. As you walk by staff members, they stop what they are doing, stand up, and greet you. When you get to your room, a butler is waiting, complete with white gloves, a tray, and a complimentary cocktail or freshly squeezed glass of juice. The check-in is quick and requires a few signatures. Then, the butler will show you around your apt. and the amenities (if you are there for the first time). It takes a minute to figure everything out because there is a lot of stuff. I have always stayed in a 2-bedroom unit, but they also have 3-bedroom and 1-bedroom spaces. The butler will offer to press your clothes or provide any other services you may need. The 2-bedroom is approximately 3,000 sqare feet on two levels. Downstairs, you have a dining area for 8, a living room next to the dining room, a pool table room (sometimes a foos ball table), a movie theater with surround sound and a powder bath, a second living room, a breakfast nook with coffee machine (the kind that makes an assortment of drinks using packets) and a sexy entry foyer with a stairway to the upstairs. The entire place is luxury and you will feel special just being there. The upstairs has large art installation common space between the two bedrooms. One room has two queen beds and a huge, spa-style bathroom, and the master has one king bed with the even better spa-style bathroom. The entire place is completely teched out. There are Lutron lighting controlers with buttons in the entry that say "day, night, mood, etc". One click and the entire apartment is set. There are also Crestron controllers in every room and Bang and Olufsen butterfly stereos in the bedrooms and movie theater. There are iPod docks in nearly every room as well, and the shades are motorized. The list goes on and on... The master bathroom has a huge steam shower with about 9 heads including a rain shower head, a negative-edge soaking tub with led lights and jacuzzi jets, a powder room with bidet, televisions inside of the bathroom mirrors, a dressing area with full length mirrors and lovely storage cabinetry, a scale, a separate bathroom music controller, a large flat screen over the tub, and fantastic robes, towels, and spa products. The guest bathroom has everything I just listed minus the steam shower feature. It also has a table with 4 chairs in the dressing area. The entire place is setup to party. The best part, you can go crazy in here with the music on full blast and nobody can hear you. Likewise, you can't hear anybody else. It is like a Vegas dream come true if you hate hearing the doors of your neighbors open and close during your entire stay. I am running out of space, but there is a lot more to share. There is a service entrance to the apt. where the staff can enter your unit and deliver things like the best room service EVER without bothering you. I could write for an hour about the food options. 5 stars!!!!!

Yelp
Having a butler serve you a Kobe Beef Burger at 3AM after the clubs is a little strange to me. A minute ago, I was home in New York doing my own laundry with a bag of quarters.

Yelp
We stay in Vegas about once a month. One expects excellent service at a hotel of this caliber, but the Skylofts service is remarkable even when compared with like hotels. Anything you want? Done. Your butler will pre-stock the fridge with Coke products, but ask if you want them switched to Pepsi. If there is anything missing from what you usually prefer, it will be added immediately. If you want a movie that is not in the DVD library, without hesitation they will run out and purchase it and deliver it to your room. I asked about ordering food from restaurants within the MGM. Within moments the butler delivered all menus from every restaurant. Anything can be ordered and will be delivered very quickly, usually within 30 minutes. We ordered from Pearl=excellent chefs menu, Wolfgang Pucks=big fan of their tea, and normal in room dining=the banana split rocks! I had an additional room at the MGM for my kids, the staff checked in for the other room and had the keys waiting for us. I wanted tickets to Blueman. They bought them and had them delivered right away. The bathtub is super cool invisible edge circulating fountain type thing. Nice. The shower is very nice with combo steam room/ multi-shower head deal going on. Nice. Spa? Nice. Massage=mediocre, Facial=excellent, Mani/pedi=normal, Hairstyling with Eric= damned awesome, never ever had better. Negatives? The only thing I had trouble with was getting the bedroom, which is in the loft part of the suite, down to a cool temperature for sleeping. I couldn't get it below 74, which is too warm for me. They did deliver fans and it helped. But despite my love of the hotel, it might prevent me from choosing it on our next visit to Vegas.

Yelp
What's not to love when it comes to staying at the Skylofts? My highlights: Separate valet Private elevator Your very own butler to do whatever the hell butlers do Fridge constantly being restocked with beers, Red Bull, sodas, etc. Luxurious and spacious rooms Movie room Pool table Espresso machine It's sort of a waste if you don't intend on staying in, but you should definitely experience this at least once.

Yelp
For my 200th review, I want to re-live my stay at the Skylofts at MGM. I came here with my good friend and her family friend had gotten us a room here for free! This place makes me not want to stay anywhere else in Vegas. This pad is seriously baller. Our room came with our own personal concierge who made all dinner reservations for us as well as made sure we got into the clubs we wanted to visit. The room also came with our own gold limo who would take us wherever we pleased! Now onto the loft itself--the amenities included: -Two Bedrooms -Game room with a theater and a fooz ball table -Steam room -Jacuzzi -TVs in EVERY imaginable place (including in the mirror) -Large beautiful walk in closets Try this place if you can. It definitely beats cramming 7 people into one room!

Yelp
I only stay here when I come to Vegas. Service is 10/10 and the room is beautiful. The on call butler and 24/7 service is the perfect treat for a weekend or week getaway. T. Pve

Yelp
I don't even know where to begin, as this was a perfect fit for a princess. I needed time away so that I could really focus on me, but also be in a city where if I wanted to have fun, that was also an option. I have no idea how the Skylofts manage to take you literally into a whole different planet completely opposite of Las Vegas, with just an elevator ride down to all the action, but that is exactly what they did! When I arrived I was greeted by the most impressionable butler Jojo. As soon as you reach the top Skyloft floor, it's as if you enter the gates of heaven, well one could at least hope heaven is like this. Jojo poured my fresh squeezed juice, and then showed me around my suite. I could hardly process what he was saying, as I was captivated by the views, and the wonderful amenities that surrounded me in this beautiful room. He even offered to unpack my items. As I mentioned, I needed a place to focus, and this place was so quiet so incredibly quiet. I came in on a Saturday, and left on a Tuesday. Throughout my stay I was able to go to shows, hang out with friends, enjoy the pool, eat wonderful dinners, fly on an amazing helicopter ride, and have all this at the ease of a text, or a button. You see when I showed up, I really didn't have many plans. Having a concierge 24/7 on the same floor as your suite, or just a phone call away, really made my time peaceful and exciting at the same time. They booked everything for me! When I say I was a princess, I actually should say I felt like a queen. There was turn down every evening with amazing chocolates, beautiful flowers each night on my bed, little notes, and the Butler's even drew me a bath with the most amazing bath salts. The shampoo and conditioner as well as the lotion comes already equipped by Bulgari, which is one of my favorite designers. Did I mention as a part of your stay they pick you up and drop you off wherever you need to go?!? I literally could go on and on and on about this experience, but at some point you will become overloaded with so much information, so I will leave the surprise and the " wow "factor up to you, but this is a must stay, and by far out of my 37 years of life, my favorite stay anywhere !!!! I have nothing bad to say about anyone, as every single person goes above and beyond to make sure that you are completely and thoroughly taken care of, but I chose to point out these selective people because they REALLY went above and beyond for me, and I will definitely be returning to see you Jojo with Butler services, Jessica with concierge, Stewart Patchefsky General manager, David Bohanon Hotel operations manager, and Art the Casino host. I wish that I took photos, but I was so captivated by the moments that I spent in room, and out of the room, that I actually chose to enjoy the moments rather than to be on my phone ( something I have not been able to do for a very long time ) I know that had I of chosen a different place to stay, my trip would not even have come close to what it was. I am so grateful and thankful. Skyloft, you have spoiled me so much, I don't feel I will ever be able to stay anywhere else

Yelp
If you dont give this place 5 star I will slap you. You get whatever you want with the greatest service. Just by you staying here and you want to bring your bottles from the club you will and they will attach a bodyguard as well. Rolls Royce everywhere you go. Incredible service. You are the King of vegas when you are here with the skyloft. I want to live there. but.. it is $10,000 per night.. so its not cheap.

Yelp
The absolute pinnacle of Las Vegas living. My friend, a Vegas expert (13 trips in 2 years) had been salivating over this place since he fell in love with Vegas. For our annual Vegas trip, we decide to go grande or go casa this time around. With the bad economy, and our friend's AMEX Platinum card, we got a pretty decent deal on this place. This place is worth every $ we spent. I don't think I can function away from this place when I go to Vegas anymore. PIMP pad. I also suffered from butler withdrawals when I got back home. I stayed at the 2-bedroom lofts. Here's a quick rundown of our room. 9 tv's in the loft, endless supply of Voss water and soft drinks, 2 infinity tubs (a tub within a tub, so that you can run the water non-stop), Bvgari bath products, bathrooms larger than your typical Vegas hotel room, a steam room, 3 living rooms, a fooseball table (or pool table), and multiple remotes that control music, climate, drapes, tvs. You also get special access to an express elevator that only stops, at the Skylofts floor, and special entrance to the MGM Grand, and Butler service is out of this world. You can also order from any of the restaurants in the MGM Grand, and have free gym access by the pool. ETA: I can't believe I forgot to talk about the Maybach. $450k ride, more free voss water, and chairs that recline all the way back...and just wreaks of leather. Will need to try to look at staying this place again. PERFECTION.

Yelp
Bachelor Party in Las Vegas whilst staying at the Skyloft. Yes again please!!! This place was amazing. As mentioned. From the moment you land from the airport to the check in, greet, and entry. This place is superb. Huge rooms, nicely sized beds, with large high cieling office and play area. Super amazing time. The butler was a really cool dude, but i was really close to giving this place a 4 star. we spent like over 300-500 on food over two nigts, and most of it wasnt good at all. Even the pizza wa funktfied smelly. Good job MGM. next time i can afford this, i am coming home!!!

Yelp
I was attending a business conference and we had a cocktail party in one of the largest skylofts, the two bedroom with the private patio/balcony with your own private jacuzzi. All I can say is Wow, they are beautiful. The chef's employed for the skylofts are amazing, the food was gorgeous, flavorful, different and really just first class. The wines they poured were high end. More importantly getting to tour this unit was a great experience. The views are exquisite, top-notch and decorated very modern. If you need to stay in Las Vegas for a bit of time, this would be the spot to stay. Two bedrooms located upstairs both offered amazing walk-in closets a gym with tv's built into the mirrors in front of the workout equipment. Downstairs was a living room, dining room and large theater type room offering a big screen, stereo and pool table. There is also a small kitchen without a stove, but frig, and microwave. If you can handle the $5000 to $8000 dollar price tag, go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Like the other reviewer, Leon, I too got to partake in this fantabulous suite at the MGM because of some high rollin' friends. The infinity whirlpool with color wheel lights and flat screen TV was too much. I just wanna know why there's such a big closet in the bedroom? My god, if I could move in and fill the closet I would! We had a the "magic berry dish" that would magically refill itself with fresh berries each time we looked. Actually... it was a butler that would come into the room each time we left to refill it.... but it was like magic! I loved the remote control window coverings. I loved the tile, the sculptures, the Bulvgari soap in the bathroom. I loved the iPod dock in the living room. I loved the espresso machine. My friend thought it was a little strange that the living room furniture was the same as the Skyloft reception/ lobby area. But, I wasn't bothered by it. :) When you first arrive at the reception on the 23rd floor(?), there's a really great centerpiece made of cross sections of twigs. It's a fun blend or modern furnishings and lighting with organic subjects.

Yelp
Can't really imagine how anyone can give the Skylofts anything other than 5 stars. Basically, the easiest way to describe the place is the nicest everything and anything you want they have either thought of or will get for you. The view may be the best part. A beautiful view of the strip and then tons of space and anything and everything you need. Someone else can maybe compare if there are differences in the different rooms, but the one I was in had everything and was two stories with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a workout area. Downstairs was a kitchen, a couple sitting areas, a balcony with an amazing view. Very, very, very nice and I am glad I wasn't paying for it.

Yelp
This place is awesome. That's what I can say about this place. Maybe I would be here often if place was cheaper. Lol. Or maybe complimentary? Lol. Exceptional service and a must place to go to. Need i say more. Not really, this place speaks for itself. Great job!

Yelp
I was in Vegas twice within three weeks for two separate trade shows. Both events were coincidentally hosted at the MGM Grand... and I was definitely not looking forward to being stuck at the same hotel for two weeks! But my boss decided to book Skyloft rooms for client and prospect meetings on both occasions. These rooms are spacious, new, and always clean - a huge step up from their standard rooms. You definitely get what you pay for. Their staff is extremely attentive, calling for service is quick and responsive. Being a guest at the Skyloft gives you access to The Mansion for private dining. We had a company dinner with a custom menu... and it was delicious. I decided on the mansion bisque, bryant farm filet, and chocolate raspberry cake. Everything was so so good. Just look at my pictures! I was very impressed with how luxurious it was, since I'd probably never book one of these rooms on my own. If I could afford to, I'd probably stay here every time I'm in Vegas. The location is convenient too since it's right in the middle of the Strip.

Yelp
I expected more. And for the price, so should everyone else. Had a deal to celebrate, so a bunch of us went down to Vegas and rented an MGM SkyLoft as our home base. Yes, the room is cool - but nothing overly spectacular and I found it underwhelming in truth. The concierge is lovely, helpful - but the rest of the services are rather...meh. The butler service, or at least - the lady we had been assigned - irritated me most. A person assigned to be on call wasn't all that happy to be. She mostly rolled her eyes and/or made a sarcastic remark at every request we made to navigate the room, services or preferences, giving us all the sense that you had bothered her every single time you asked for something, then also found the nerve to stand with her hand rather pointedly outstretched and eyes elsewhere before she left, only to come back next time with the same rolled eyes and comment routine, regardless of how much you might have tipped her. $1000+ per night should get you great services and access to the very best they have to offer. From access to clubs, pool cabanas and other services - when you pay the most you get the best. Not here. Renting a SkyLoft doesn't even get you complimentary, or even - paid access to their own Nightclubs, for fuck sake. Want to go to Hakkasan? Get in line. Other than that, MGM SkyLoft is not a VIP experience you want to take your clients or celebrations to. Its just a big room with a separate elevator and thats where the VIP experience ends. Honestly, for the price - its a fucking joke, quite like most MGM experiences. Shibuya is overpriced, has terrible service and disappointing fish. Hakkasan is an overcrowded cheeseball pit. The hotel is the same. Its all just way too large, impersonal, expensive, less than memorable but frankly, disappointing. Should have gone elsewhere. MGM is a never again for me.

Yelp
Two years ago, as a college student checking in for our group's 2nd night (yes we were poor students who switched rooms to get more comps) Host: "Sorry we have no more deluxe rooms" Me: "WTF $#@ (in my head)" Host: "We'll just give you a free upgrade" Me: "Thanks (thinking: ~50 more sq ft") Host: "Please follow me to the VIP room" Concierge: "Hello, please follow me through these doors to the elevator" -1-2-3...29th floor? -blue lighted elevator hallway, front desk before the corridors Me: "thinking: wtf is going on" Concierge: Opens double door: "Welcome to the skyloft" Me: "!@#$%^&*" Friends: "where are you, tell us the room number" Me: "I can't, I need to come get you guys through some other elevator" Friends: "STFU, what's the the F@#$ing room number" Me: "hahahahha" - 2 stories - floor to wall windows, - pool table - massive living room - private tv room - dining room with views - 7-8 plasmas? - 2 bed rooms - HUGE rainfall shower rooms - plasmas in the bathroom - THE most comfortable beds on earth The views were amazing, the "loft" was at least 2-3 times the size of my townhouse back at school, details are tough to remember that far back as we were in a state of constant %!$@# So, I would say pretty good deal for the price of our original deluxe room. Yelp
Um. Can I live here? Permanently? Ever wondered what two levels of pure excellence looks like? Stay here. I came here for a work event and was lucky enough to stay here. Walked into the not-so separate entrance to check in, which didn't really make any sense to me, but the staff mentioned that some of the guests that were staying there complained that they had to go to the "regular" check-in lobby, so they built a separate. Either way you still have to walk across to get to the loft rooms. Once you're up to the Skylofts, you immediately see the difference between MGM and Skyloft. I guess you really do pay for what you get. Even the hallways were fancier!! Walked in with one of the Butlers who then poured us a freshly juiced cup of cantaloup juice, while the other room had watermelon juice! I think we maximized the use of our butler service within the first hour of being there. They bring everything in a tray. BATHROOM: The bathroom is HUMONGOUS. The closet was big enough to store both my friend and my luggage, and pillows, there was a little table in front of the infinity tub. There's an infinity tub, but if you're small, it's not quite all the hype. It takes awhile for the tub to get filled, but once it did, it looked relaxing. You have the option to turn on colored lights that coincide with the bubbles from the jet to make the full effect. I hopped in the tub in hopes of relaxation, turned on the music, but for most of the time, I was fighting to stay down in the tub, but kept on floating up instead. After 10 minutes, I gave up. The showers in the rooms were different. The master room had a steam shower and a bidet. The shower in the room I was staying at had multiple heads, I was pretty excited at first, but realized, it wasn't so great. I like a rainstorm when I take a shower, now a drizzle. There's not much waterpower. A little disappointment. There were his and hers sinks in both bathrooms, however, the counter space was smaller than then MGM Suites. Both the MGM Suites & The Skylofts offered slippers and robes, but the one at the MGM Suites were better. Softer and fluffier. ROOM: The beds and the blankets were extremely soft, add the pillows on the pillow menu and youre good to go. I think I could have stayed in bed all day if I didnt have events planned for the trip. The cleaning service was great, every time we stepped out and came back, the room was spotless. They even re-organized our messy makeup counter! GYM: Yes, I'm that kind of gal, I'll still fit a workout in between a trip. Not anything special to the gym, it just has one treadmill and one elliptical. you need one of the guest services staff to let you in, but the view is great. Every night they bring you a small tray of goodies. The remote control is great once you figure it out, but someone in the living room or any other room, can turn the lights off in your room and mess with you. Perks: You''re invited to an "invite only" breakfast area where not even the high rollers are invited, but the high HIGH HIGH rollers of the casino are invited (most expensive beef noodle soup and chinese donut i've ever had...) Overall, if you can, high recommended to stay here!!

Yelp
Guess I'm one lucky gal, because I've stayed int he skylofts twice! The last visit was our wedding night. (aaawww!) The skylofts will make you feel super important if you're not and well taken care of if you are. The rooms are modern and techological to say the least. My poor mother disrobed for a bath and couldn't figure out how to work the tub. She called the butler...he offered to come help....she screamed, "NO, Don't come in here!" Regardless, he was able to give her instructions over the phone. There's digital screen remote thingies for drapes, music, tv, and lights. It's more than a little complicated. You can dock your ipod into the wall and play music through the whole suite, if you can figure it out. HANDS DOWN the best shower you will ever take. There are about 6 - 8 shower heads with 2 huge raining heads in the ceiling. Once again, you'll get blasted with hot and cold water from every direction until you figure out the way to work the whole system. But when you work it out and lather up in bvlgari and scrub down with your natural sea sponge and rinse off with the warm rain, you'll be in heaven. The magic skyloft elves with leave little cookies, and treasures around your room, including beautiful orchids on your pristine fluffy white bed. We awoke to a beautiful platter of chocolate covered strawberries after our wedding. The best part of the skylofts is the welcome juice. They bait you with this magical concoction right when you walk in the door. Gorgeous crystal stemware on a sterling platter handed to you with a white glove. Inside the vessel?? A bright opaque orange liquid dotted with vanilla bean speckles. I don't even drink juice but this stuff is awesome! SO what happens when you wake up in the morning you may ask?? Well, you have an inexplicable craving for the mysterious welcome juice. The butler will have it to you in minutes..at only $8 per glass plus 20% gratuity, it's a steal. I called and asked what it is made of, an secret blend of cantaloupe, orange and vanilla. I've tried ever since to recreate it but it's impossible. I specifically remember sitting on the sill of the floor to ceiling 2 story windows on the 20 somethingth floor gazing at the bright lights and busy strip below, munching on smoked salted nuts from the minibar and thinking....I've arrived.

Yelp
I'll never forget my first visit here, it was years ago, as a corporate gift I received a three night stay here. It was top notch. I travel a lot, and I've seen a lot of fine hotels around the world. This place ranks right up there with the best. It's not even the room so much as the service. When visiting Vegas, I usually hire a driver for the week. The first and second time I stayed here, I called my personal concierge and requested a full time Maybach. The following visits, as I checked-in, they remembered my request and had the car ready to go, when I was picked up from the airport, they had the car stocked with my favorite liquor and they even remembered that I requested a particular color. (Black Maybachs constantly get flagged down by motoring tourists inquiring about directions, it gets annoying)

Yelp
W O W . I was privy to have the opportunity to check out the Skylofts. My friend and her family were in town and stayed in one of these babies... and oh, may I say... F A N C Y ! ! ! DO: -enjoy the views... it's extravagant! It's TWO floors! -know that it's like a party in the lobby! Dim lighting & lounge-y beats... -munch on the candied almonds & fancy chocolates. They look like plastic, but surprise... it's edible! -be warned that the lighting remotes are a bit annoying. You'll see... -take advantage of all the amenities! ...mos definitely worth it! DON'T: -hate that you have to shuffle through the MGM crowd to get to the lobby. There isn't a separate entrance to the Skylofts. :-( -hate that there is no kitchen, microwave, or refrigerator (at least not in the 1-br.) -forget that you can get limo service back to the airport! SERVICE: ***** [got a butler? oh yeah...] AMBIANCE: ***** [This is LUXURY! ] PRICE: [I didn't pay] OVERALL: ***** [5-stars top notch!] Nuff said.

Yelp
Stayed here for 4 nights with 5 of my girls!! yayyyy for finishing law school and double yayyy for being able to share it with my girls!! This place makes me want to hire a butler--well sort of. Got picked up at the airport, went to the hotel and took a nap while waiting for my girls to fly in. We ordered room service because we didnt want to go down the strip to eat the first night. The spa service comes right to your door---wish i can bring that back to LA. The design is definitely inviting. It makes me want to buy a loft in LA and renovate it with the same design. As I always say go big( well semi big)) or go home.

Yelp
Okay I have to be the person that does not rave bout this place. Everything that everyone states is true, but there are a few negatives that could use some improvement. PROS: -SOUNDPROOF everything. Threw a massive party Thursday night and Saturday night with the room PACKED and the music blasting, and once you walked into the hallway and closed the door, you heard nothing. They really have their act together knowing that people are gonna party it up. They were very nice to all of our rowdy wedding guests as well-we behaved but it was loud. I got married the weekend I stayed there, and they really took care of EVERYTHING for me, picking up photos, delivering favors and transferring gifts from the reception-it saved us such a headache. Those butlers are at your disposal for anything and everything. -The showers and sauna are AMAZING and were my own personal rehab every morning. -Eating at the mansion-amazing.Definitely go have a breakfast in the Garden. I love that the menu is in mostly Chinese with no prices listed(it wasn't bad at about $50 pp) CONS: Why is there no separate pool? On Friday, I went to the MGM pool, half of it was closed for weather(not their fault obv) and there was not a waitress in sight. So I'm in Vegas, dropping a fortune for a room, wedding, dining, gambling, etc-but I can't have a cute girl bring me a drink??? I even called and complained, if you're staying in Skylofts, you should get VIP pool treatments-but whoever I spoke to didn't really care. Sad way to run a hotel in Vegas during the summer. Really not thrilled with MGM this time around. HUGE CON for me: two floors in Skyloft with marble stairs. My knees were dying. And i'm young- it was just too much walking on hard floors. The technology was more annoying than anything-there's one tablet to run the whole room and television, but it needs to be charged on the base. So it was ten minutes trying to lower the television. I like fancy nonsense as much as anyone, and Aria has some cool options-but they were really more annoying than useful. Another friend of ours stayed in the Skyloft next door, and had the exact same room- art, statues and everything. It was pretty nonsensical-you can't get different paintings and weird cow figures? And i'm the kind of person that gets weirded out by pretentious concierge conversations. You def get the feeling that someone's being paid to like you. BOTTOM LINE: You can drop the same amount and stay in much nicer places, especially in Vegas. Avoid MGM and it's long walks to the ghetto pool. And get some hot sky loft girls to bring guests drinks.

Yelp
Luxury, luxury, luxury!! We stayed here and I felt like a queen. We were brought by limo, escorted to our private lobby to check in then escorted by our guide to our private elevator and up to our room where we were greeted by our private butler holding freshly made drinks. We were given a your of our suite. Our suite was 2 stories, a game room, living room, bar/dining room, kitchen/office area and media room downstairs. A master suite upstairs on one side with a shower bigger than my bedroom at home, and a two bed suite on the opposing side with another luxurious bathroom. We were given turndown service with flowers and candy on our pillows. We had our own espresso machine (if you know me, this was a huge plus). We were given a completely stocked bar and large bowl of fruit to enjoy. This was by far the most amazing place I have stayed, this far. If I could offer the Skylofts at MGM 6+ starts I would in a heartbeat.
