Finding the entrance to this location is nearly impossible while traveling west at night. Hopefully this screenshot helps some of you! A map with markings from the hotel prior our visit would have been helpful. Lit up signs on the road visible from both directions of traffic would remove a lot of unnecessary stress and phone calls. It's a beautiful little place, but unfortunately we were uncomfortable. Regulating your own room temperature is not permitted. The ceiling fans did not work and some wall switches were not functional. We couldn't get comfortable in the stagnant, warm air. There were no screens on the windows, so we were not allowed to keep them open. There were many rules to follow for our stay posted on signs throughout the suite which included not to change settings on the AC/heating units or to open the windows if lights are on. We also would have truly enjoyed breakfast, but they didn't accommodate everyone, specifically those with diet restrictions. Some non-dairy milk and plant-based options would have been nice. This location has potential to be absolutely amazing, just be ready for a different type of stay.

This is more a guest house/B&B than hotel. Location is amazing and views are wonderful especially at sunrise. The hot tub outside is a nice extra.|Breakfast was delicious and individually made||The room was very nice but the double bed was a bit small by US standards. There were far too many bright light sources in the room at night. A common complaint but particularly poor here.||Staff and the host were very friendly and helpful. Great recommendations on where to visit. Thank you for suggesting Goblin State Park - amazing.

We were really impressed with the standard of accommodation at Skyridge and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. |The property itself is in an enviable tranquil setting on a ridge overlooking the red rocks of Capitol.|Our Juniper suite was beautiful and clean and we spent hours on the balcony relaxing and taking in those magnificent skies and stars and the stunning sunrise the following morning.|Breakfast was a cut above too. Freshly made, tasty and ample in portion.|Communication prior to arrival was good with clear directions and instructions for checking in.|Shawn and his team were professional, helpful and friendly. The considerable recent investment in the property has paid dividends. |We can thoroughly recommend a stay at Skyridge and judge it to be well priced.

We had a lovely stay at the Skyridge Inn. Room was large and clean, the location on the edge of town had a beautiful view, and the breakfast was great. Shawn, the proprietor, made us feel welcome and made sure all our questions were answered. Highly recommended!

Skyridge totally made our stay at Capitol Reef National Park. Shawn the owner was exceptionally friendly and so enjoyable. The lodge is well maintained and located ideally to the park and all the surrounding activities. Skyridge also is the home of Capitol Reef Outfitters so you can combine that fishing and hiking and offroad experience while you stay at Skyridge Lodge. By the way, if are into sunrises. Skyridge will answer the call.

We spent two awesome nights here at the SkyRidge Inn and were blown away at how great it was! The location is fantastic--beautiful surroundings just outside Capitol Reef NP, the rooms were very comfortable, and the breakfasts were outstanding. Looking forward to coming back!

Even though we had a balcony, we had to crane around the building to see the sunrise so if that's your reason for booking that specific room, it may not be. Go in the front of the building to see a fantastic sunset and enjoy the seating there. That said, we enjoyed our balcony and the views of the hills while eating take out food and a picnic one day that was rained out in the park. The room and bath were very nice and the 2nd floor windows gave us endless views. Breakfast was also very good but there are two seatings: 7:30 or 8:00 which you need to sign up for in the entry way each night. Opportunities for improvement include a big one....if you say coffee is on at a time before breakfast, please do it! I waited a half hour for the kitchen team to arrive. I couldn't self make on the upstairs landing because NO ONE refilled the coffee cups. This is a big deal for us early risers and one of the reasons we stay at B & B's. In your advertisement you talk about a fireplace but when we get there it is covered with junk piled in front of it from the tour business. Just take it out of your promo and we won't be disappointment looking around for it. Overall, I'd recommend this place to stay although the regular rooms looked a bit austere.

What an absolute gem!! In the middle of some great views, with a gorgeous view right from our patio. We stayed in the Juniper room and loved it. Can we talk about the double shower head???? Also, breakfast was offered every morning, though we never woke up early enough for it. I loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer!!
