This place deserves 5 stars because of the helpful friendly staff, and friendly atmosphere in the common area. We were waiting on visas and had to book an extra night 2 nights in a row and they were so accommodating. The beds are super comfy. Cheap tasty food for breakfast and dinner available.
There are a few things that could be better like the bed curtains closing fully and the power/hear of the shower but overall its great value! Thumbs up from Chewy!

A new and friendly place with convenient location. Helpful staffs speak little English but do their best to keep it spotless.
The big common dining table and comfy sofa are a nice touch. Too bad travellers these days prefer to spend time on their smartphone instead of talking to fellow travellers like in the old days of backpacking.

The staff was super friendly and helpful in arranging tour and transport services, as well as getting my laundry done earlier. The place is gorgeous and clean, bunks were comfy, and a fruit bowl added to breakfast is a really nice touch.
The only two reasons I withheld the last star was the water, which was at best lukewarm, regardless of time I took the shower. Neighbourhood was a bit sketchy at night, with bars catered to men (if you know what I mean).

It is good hostel. The environment is very good and also clean. Staff is good , helpful and friendly. There is kitchen if we are interested to cook then we can cook ourself and eat whatever we want if we are not interested then we can order through menu to eat. staff will prepare and provide us. And I stayed 3 nights. One night in 10 beds dorm.. It has only one toilet and one bathroom. And another 2 days i stayed in 6 beds dorm. It has one toilet and one bathroom. And staff is cleaning bathroom and toilets everyday and also changing the bed covers. So i highly recommend this hostel for stay.

Having stayed in quite a few hostels in South East Asia this was one of the best. It is possible here to share a double bed in a dorm room which keeps the price down. I was a bit concerned that this might be weird but not at all. Quiet and a great pace to chill out. They also do cooking classes on some days of the week which we enjoyed. Only negative as it is not the most social hostel which is often the case for the nicer hostels but the cooking class helped. To top it off breakfast was good and a reasonable price. I would definitely come here again if I was in the area.

This hostel is amazing. The hostel is in the center of the city, walking distance to the River, Royal palace and Central market. A secure locker in the room is provided, and employees are very friendly and try to help with whatever comes up. They give free fruit and coffee for breakfast. Really great value for money. We would stay again.

Great location, not on the crowded Pub Street area but walkable on the shaded and nice walkway road (approx. 15 mins). There are some local restaurants nearby and also LGBT friendly bar just across the street.
The staff are really friendly and helpful, the toilet and bathroom are being cleaned the whole day (only one toilet per floor/ 12 beds).
The beds make a sound on every movements, but the bunk is great.
The tuktuk tour here is on reasonable price, the drivers could not speak good English, so don't expect for any explanation.

This place is awesome! The staff is awesome, the accommodations are awesome, and it is very well located. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and with privacy curtains. A little noisy if your bed is near the courtyard, but nothing too bad.
