Excellent ! We were happily surprised by the large choice and the quality/price ratio. Plentiful quantities too. Nice Navajo recipes, with a special mention for the Navajo Tacos : truly delicious! The buffalo meat is really tasty, must be of great quality! Be sure to check out their homemade fries too, somewhere in between fried and tempura'd, amazing! The staff is nice and friendly, and the restaurant is clean and great. As said on the door : quality food, not fast food, although the service was pretty fast anyway! 10/10 would recommend.

This place is a perfect lunch spot that appears to be family owned and operated. I had the pulled pork sandwich with jalapeños, which was great. They did mound the barbecue sauce a bit too much for me, so if you're not a big fan of smothered bbq sauce, let them know to go easy on it. They also have a very good variety of beers, including local craft beers. If you're looking for a place for lunch, this place is worth checking out.

Bison burgers, fries and onion rings are amazing and the staff is friendly. The service is really slow even when they weren't very busy. Also some customers don't care other people are eating there and are extremely rude, vulgar and loud.

Great Burger Restaurant especially for vegetarians and vegans, too. All burgers can be served with a black bean patty or beyond meat patty. The burgers were some of the best we had during our time in the US and the curly fries and sweet potatoes fries were great too. The prices are very fair and the service great. Way better than other well known burger franchises. Especially for vegans and vegetarians. We highly recommend he place for some authentic burgers and fries.

The green chili burger was fantastic. The bun was top-notch. It had just enough spice and flavor for my tasting. The mushroom burger was also delicious per my wife. I had the tots which I’m a tots guy and I would give them a 4.2 out of five my wife had the onion rings and she would give them a 3.2 out of five they were a little soggy. Overall great restaurant will stop again

Stopped in to grab burgers to go. Lots of options to choose from. I just got a classic burger with cheese and my friend got the pastrami . Both burgers were a decent size and had a good thickness to them. Fries were hot but wish they were a bit more crispy. Good portions .

I was visiting Page as a tourist and asked a local where l could get a Navajo taco and she recommended Slackers. We got a burger on Navajo bread - absolutely delicious, and a Navajo taco which l was less a fan of, it was good but there was a lot of lettuce left on my plate when l was done eating - l would say go for the burger. The burger is also easier to eat. The bread was really delicious - fluffy and a nice flavor. This is a relaxed casual place with booths - comfortable place for lunch.

The food was just ok. My burger patty was raw inside, so I sent it back. They said they'd make me a new one, but about 20 minutest later I still didn't have a new one and everyone else was done eating, so we left. Also it was extremely hot inside! No AC, or maybe broken AC. We were there the first weekend of June, so AC is kind of a must at that point. There isn't much in Page to eat, so maybe it's worth checking out, but I don't know that I'd go a second time...

okay so i didn't get to tell you the last green chile burger at the other place across town had to be remade. guess what? at Slackers it was made right and the best the first time! ha.

I had the blue cheese burger here, and it took a little while but it was so delicious and the ingredients were so fresh and it was put together perfectly, with great care. I'll be stopping by again for another burger on way back through.

Delicious food after a long week on lake powell... staff was very friendly and patient... we'll definitely be back again.

Great Navajo tacos & hamburgers. Our favorite is the steak sandwich and French fries.

They keep the menu up on chalkboards. One of the first things I noticed was the meals they had priced out already were different than the separate price they said "make it a meal" cost. I think the chalk maybe was supposed to be erased under the already calculated meals? It was a little confusing, and I don't think they were trying to be deceptive, just know what you are paying. Staff was friendly, you order at a counter and they bring it out so you don't have a server. I liked my navajo burger enough and we got sweet potato fries that were crispy and hot. My husband wondered if they were just frozen patties he wasn't impressed. Price point wasn't too bad. The wait for food was over 23 minutes we arrived around 30 minutes after opening.

We read the positive reviews and decided to get dinner here since we were in town overnight as we were on the road. This town was our overnight stop over. We wanted simple and easy food and Slackers seemed like it would be good. I wish we would have gone somewhere else. The restaurant was worn down and there was trash/debris on the floor and under tables. The owner (?) and all the staff in the kitchen where you order seemed so unhappy. Everyone looked miserable. The large chalkboard menu is incomplete and doesn't have all available items. My husband got the hot ham and cheese which the food runner dropped on the floor and had to remake. When it came back, it felt rushed (which it was) and the peppers were barely grilled and there needed to be more cheese. The whole place need an infusion of smiles, pleasant happiness, and a deep cleaning / refresh.

We're touring this area and stopped here for lunch. Friend and I both ordered the Mushie Burger. A burger with lettuce, tomato, onion and sauteed glazed mushrooms. It was really delicious! The place is counter service and your meal is brought to you. The man at the register who took our order was so very helpful and very, very nice!! If I come back through I'd stop for another burger for sure.

Food, service was excellent. They did not have iced tea and the sweet young lady that took our order made some for the hubby.

We went to this restaurant on a recommendation from a friend. We got mozzarella sticks, fries and the Navajo Taco. Pass on the mozzarella sticks for sure. They were freezer burned and didn't taste well. Fries were delicious- nothing special but really good. The Navajo Taco was really good too! Bummed they were out of sour cream but it was very tasty! Overall I would probably go back to try something different, the hamburgers other customers ordered looked really good. The sweet girl at the register was absolutely great!! Very friendly and happy!

Could not wait to get some fry bread. This was mentioned to me from a local. Here you walk up and order and they bring it to your table. The portions are great. I had the sweet potato fries and fry bread. The fries were bomb! Nice size order. The fry bread was a great size as well, but it didn't have the flavor I'm use to and it was chewy. My friends had the burgers which they said didn't have enough seasoning and the fry bread was chewy for them as well. The tater tots had a perfect crisp and flavor to them. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean and the portions were worth the price and it was made fresh . It also has inside and outside We chose the ice cream which is in a separate section of Slackers. The staff was nice but two of the people left one up front to help those who came in. The price is right and the flavor is great and there is inside seating. The weird thing is you are not able to enter from the door that leads outside, you have to walk through Slackers.

Decently priced and quality burger for lunch. This was recommended by a local (my tour guide for the lower antelope tour). People were really nice. When we walked in, the restaurant had a funny smell but it was because they were fixing the plumbing. And per the locals standing out front debating whether to go there for lunch that day or not, this is not a normal occurrence.

We came in late September and the place was decked out in cute Halloween decorations! You order at the front and the servers will bring them out to your table by #. The burgers that we ordered were extremely juicy and flavorful. It is affordable and tasty. We also got a $9.50 pitcher that was enough for almost 4 cups! I would highly recommend coming for this!

Ordered the grill chilli burger wasn't to bad alittle pricy tho but good not a hand padded paddy tho nice small place ice cream looks good to and I see they sell pitchers of beer also place was clean

Buffalo meat burger. Tasty and delicious. They do it right. Order at the counter grab a number on a stick. They serve it that way.

We love this place. The owner, a true Navaho, recommended the corn soup with lamb together with friend bread and it was delicious. Simple home made soup but really satisfying. We also had bison burgers & fries. Definitely satisfied our hunger after a long day of touring Antelope Canyon, Glen Canyon & Horseshoe bend!

Our antelope canyon tour guide recommended Slackers and it was very good. My husband loved his green chile burger which had a whole roasted poblano chili pepper on top. I had the Navajo taco was looked like a open taco on fry bread. It was satisfying and the fry bread was fresh. My boys loved their burgers. Finally, I loved that this is owned by local natives. Will return if we are ever in the area again!

This place stated that all items are sold separately; I bought two burgers and was charged $ 5.05 for French fries and same amount for saggy potato fries. (See pictures) Makes me question the rest of the items on the menu. Burgers were ok

After our Antelope Canyon Tour we asked if their was anywhere we could experience native food. Our tour guide said that is challenging to find Mutton, but that Slackers has Fry Bread. The owner, Cedrick was amazing! Sooo very kind! He shared some history and culture with us that we were looking to gain! They made us Fry Bread with salt and honey, and it was the best snack! A historical food that is both Sweet and savory! We talked about sharing cultures and building bridges. Thank you Cedric for being so friendly and welcoming! It truly was a whole experience! You felt like a friend. Thanks for making our trip to Page special! This really should be made a part of the Page experience for everyone!

Solid small time burger place, just passing thru but would stop again as it fits the bill for old fashion grub

I went here in search of Navajo Tacos because I grew up eating them as a kid when we would visit our family friend in Colorado who is also Navajo. I read the reviews and saw a few people bashing the fry bread but I decided to risk it anyways. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Super yummy and took me right back to my childhood!

This place will over charge your card! I bought a green chili Burger ($8.25) with an order of onion rings ($4.25) my daughter got a chicken basket ($11.49) and made into a combo ($6.60). My total was about $40 w/ tip. After viewing my bank statement it shows I was charged $80 from this establishment. Why in the world would I tip an extra $40 dollars for fast food! Sad, part is they do not answer their phone to dispute! PLEASEEEE be aware!!!

No frills burger joint in Page, AZ. Large menu selections with burgers, chicken, salads and subs. Multiple choices for sides as well. Ended up with a double flame broiled bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. Arizona is known for its fry sauce so doubled down on that. Sampled a beer that was a fruit based beer infused with orange. Definitely worth a try.

I loved this place for years... however, lately the stench of sewer has kept me away and won't go back.. it was so bad gave me an instant headache and I was there for 3 minutes. someone needs to alert the health department

A relatively inauspicious place located in a strip mall in this relatively small town. Basic menu, but I have to say the bison burgers were excellent! Highly recommend.

Not a bad place to get a burger. My family and I came here to get a quick bite around 6:30pm on Saturday night during the balloon regatta and festival were going on. 3 of us ordered burgers, and 1 ordered the chicken tender basket. The burgers had a good charbroiled flavor, and I really liked the potato roll. The chicken was just your run of the mill breaded and fried chicken strip. The seasoned fries and curly fries were ok, a little greasy IMO. Definitely time to change the fry oil. Overall, a good place to eat, but I noticed that it lacked cleanliness, in the restaurant itself and the bathrooms, which were out of paper towels. Perhaps it was simply due to being busy with the festival guests. I'd also like to see the addition of a veggie burger and possibly a Turkey burger. I eat everything, but I'm sure there are those that would like a healthier option other than a salad. Definitely good enough to come back during a less busy time and eat here again.

I used to come here during the summer, but once it got bought out by Navajos . This place went down hill. The salad is just a frozen bunch of veggies in a really small bowl, and they got rid of the black bean burger witch is what I used to get. I am mostly disappointed at the fact that the fries the brought me were hard and look like they were from the day before . Such a sad thing for a place that used to be good .

It was hot outside and hot inside, we opted for inside after trying outside. Beer on tap good, food satisfying esp the sweet potato fries delicious and plentiful. Very disappointed that the ice cream part closes an hour before the food/drink part - I had been planning on ice cream instead of supper fare. Whose idea was this?

As the name suggests, it is quality. I had a medium rare burger with fries. The cooked it perfectly. The burgers here are char-grilled, so they have a nice smokey taste. Fries were good. They also have dipping sauces that you can buy or there is free fry sauce.

My friends and I were in town looking for a place to grab a quick bite after a visit at Horseshoe Bend and stumbled upon this place after looking through Yelp. My first impression of this place is that it looked very local. It wasn't too crazy packed when we came in. I ordered the cheeseburger from the kid's meal and split an order of curly fries with my boyfriend. I felt like this portion was perfectly enough for me because I typically can't finish a full-size burger anyway. The food came out relatively quick too! My friends also ordered burgers and liked theirs. One of my friends ordered a basket of chicken tenders and said it was good too! This is a great local place for a quick bite!

The salads are delicious. The hamburger a little over cooked but good meat, there was no fillings in hamburger meat, taste like sirloin.! Overall not bad.!

In this food and climate desert of Page, Arizona there are a handful of decent restaurants. You just need to know where to find them. There are some truly god awful places but this is not one of them. The salads, steak, burgers and fries were all very fresh, palatable and tasty. This is an order at the counter place and the dishes are brought to you after you have ordered. If you are looking for a sit down place, this is not for you. I would return if I am in Page.

We arrived pretty late to Page . We were so mixed up with the time since it was daylight savings time where we were and time zones not changing . I made sure to ask we were on time and didn't want to be that customer that came right before they were closing . We were told we were fine . Whew ! The cashier was so patient and answered all my questions as this was our first time here. Thank you for your kindness!! I wish I knew her name ! She already mentioned it would be a wait for our food as they just received a huge order and I was completely fine with it ! Thanks again for the heads up! Our food arrived and wow! It was definitely delicious! I'm glad I found this spot ! The onion rings were crispy and not burnt . The burgers were a great size , I'm glad we didn't upsize ! I'm not a huge burger fan , but after a hike and being out all day and in a car , it seemed refreshing to have and my husband and kids and wanted burgers. We were Extremely impressed ! Thanks for the hospitality! We WILL BE BACK!!

Green chili cheese burger - under new owners and unfortunately they decided to go cheaper. The burgers aren't the same quality of the last owners nor are the fries. They did upgrade there Togo containers but still pass out condiments that are dated over a week ago. Thank goodness I don't use fry sauce. The staff is nice but not as joyous under the old owner. This is my third time under the new owners ordering what was once my favorite burger and now I believe it's time to move on.

We stopped here on our to Williams Arizona. We are headed to Grand Canyon and needed some lunch since we have about 2 hrs left. We looked this place up and it looked good so we decided to try it out. It does look a little sketchy but there is nice outside seating area. Food overall was great. It was super fresh and only took about 5ish minutes for all 6 of our plates to come. It was really pricey but there was 6 of us so that probably didn't help (about $100 for all of us.) But overall there is a wide variety of prices. We are all adults so that also didn't help. There is a kids menu! I got the chicken basket and it was $11.25, but it's a big portion of fries and the tenders and small but enough. My family got the burgers and loved them and they were super big. We also got the shrimp basket but only came with five shrimp and was $14.25. Yes there was tons of fries but am I paying for fries or shrimp? Overall would recommend. But just get the burgers. Big portions and taste good.

Slackers is decent. The burgers were filling & the sweet potato fries were tasty. The fry bread was dense; perhaps in an attempt to hold up to being used as a bun? Still good, but I missed the softer texture.

10/24/211:30pm visit. Slackers... Just like the order taker who couldn't take the orders correctly and one lady working the line without a mask and eating while working. They said the COVID Rate is high in Navajo Nation but these two "Slackers" didn't care for much. One line cook was wearing the "breaking bad" filter mask, but the "slackers" weren't. Some taking it super serious, some weren't, huge contrast. Food: Decent burgers. 1/3 and 1/2 bacon/cheeseburgers were good. They use pre-molded burger meat like the ones you can buy at the grocery store. Tots were plentiful. Straight cut fries were perfectly crispy. The Coke Touch screen fountain soda machine is awesome but doesn't help with preventing COVID. We couldn't find any sanitizing/cleaning chemicals anywhere. Giving 3 stars for the food. If health and sanitation issues were included in the review, I would give a 1 star or a "dead skull" emoji.

Waited for over 40 minutes today for two burgers and fries when asked about our order they stated the have to serve their own people (Navajo) first and have to wait unfortunately we paid and no refund. I never experienced racism before that they is not acceptable in this time. I will never go back and wanted to alert others at this behavior and to not go and to not contribute to this bad behavior. If your not Navajo than you go to the back of the line and wait. Terrible
