Unfortunately, I would not recommend to anyone staying the night. To start with the good, the location is convenient and close to Hong Kong station. Very easy to go to the airport.
Sadly, my blackout curtain had a large hole in the middle of it, which just so happened to let the light shine from outside directly onto my face. It was, therefore, hard to fall a-sleeep.
What was the real kicker, however, was their lousy customer service. I booked the room when their website said they offered free luggage storage pre/post-stay—which was important to me when looking at hotels. When I reached out, they said they switched their policy and were going to charge me 1/3 of what I paid for the night's stay just to store my luggage for a few hours—even though when I booked, the website didn't reflect that new policy. When they emailed back to tell me that, their website didn't reflect that new policy. To this day, it still has not been updated... simply bad business, period.
Had I known they were going to upcharge me so much for storage, which by the way, is not convenient and was over a 5-minute walk away from the room, I would have never stayed and won't ever stay here again. It might serve a specific niche for people looking to sleep for a few hours, but for those staying the night, as other reviewers have mentioned, their service fails to justify the premium they demand.
