Stayed here several times, it’s likely that this property is positioned as an upscale hostel with all its fancy marketing socials and webpage. My experience having stayed here more than twice (due to conflict at home in HK) is that it is substantially better than its peers in terms of cleanliness, amenities (like double pillows) and location, even though it definitely costs more than other hostels. Support is quick to respond when I needed it too. The ratio of 2 toilets and 2 showers to 8 beds was sufficient and I had not experienced any wait times for either the toilet or shower. I just wish the room temperature was a degree or two colder, because the thick felt covers really block the cold air from coming in.

I wanna start by saying I would definitely stay here again if improvements are made. It’s good in concept, but it’s probably degraded since it’s opening like so many things seem to in Hong Kong… My issue is this: rooms need to be cleaned better. I looked under the thin mattress and found hair, paper, someone’s coloured contact lens (🤢) and other strange stains and this is a capsule that should be cleaned thoroughly after each use. Keep in mind this isn’t a cheap capsule hotel either, this costs far more than a standard hostel. Please consider increasing your hygiene practices to justify the higher price point and luxury capsule hotel image you hold. The lighting is good, it feels safe in there. But there needs to be some serious improvement here I think.

The location was very convenient as it’s right in the heart of Hong Kong Central. It was quiet, and I appreciated the unlimited towels. They provided cleansing foam, toner, and lotion as well. However, since it’s a unisex accommodation, it was a bit uncomfortable at times with male guests walking in and out of the bathroom without their shirts on..

Recommended for solo travellers travelling light. I did not have enough space for my large luggage. Area is very dark, shower has Muji amenities but otherwise all the basics you’ll need. Bear in mind you’ll have to carry your luggage up a long flight of stairs

Good luck if you don’t pre check-in and u are not a local with a phone number!! There is no reception! They don’t reply to emails off hours! Even if u call them, u have to wait a long time and call again because they don’t seem to give a shit! Also good luck finding the hotel! It’s in the middle of the stairs between buildings so u can’t see it from the road! Again if u are a local with a phone number why not! The room itself is fine. Just very bad service!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this capsule hotel! My pod was ready upon check-in and very clean. My pod had two USB outlets and a power outlet. When you pull the cover down, the light from the hall is completely blocked out. The beds are quite comfortable, and I always got a good nights rest, although you may need some ear plugs for gets who are arriving late or coming and going. I was quite impressed with the bathrooms, which were well stocked and quite clean. What made this capsule hotel stand out is the phenomenal customer service. They are highly responsive to emails. Their staff helped me with the check in process and baggage storage when it wouldn’t work out online. They were absolutely accommodating. The location is perfect. It’s super close to small grocery stores to buy vegetables and fruits, but also close to many many amazing restaurants and short walk from Hong Kong station! I will gladly stay here again!

Google
Pros: -The capsule model offers more privacy compared to the average hostel experience -Place is clean -Drinking water available -Lockers are relatively large and fit a medium size luggage without issues -Location is great and you're surrounded by shops and close to the MTR -Great Wi-Fi Cons: -Some concerns about the ventilation of the place as it smelled like mold -not very accessibile to those with disabilities as it is located on a set of stairs -(subjective) no common area or kitchen -No staff members available on site, so there's some safety concerns. especially as people have come knocking at the door at night, asking to come in

Unfortunately, I would not recommend to anyone staying the night. To start with the good, the location is convenient and close to Hong Kong station. Very easy to go to the airport. Sadly, my blackout curtain had a large hole in the middle of it, which just so happened to let the light shine from outside directly onto my face. It was, therefore, hard to fall a-sleeep. What was the real kicker, however, was their lousy customer service. I booked the room when their website said they offered free luggage storage pre/post-stay—which was important to me when looking at hotels. When I reached out, they said they switched their policy and were going to charge me 1/3 of what I paid for the night's stay just to store my luggage for a few hours—even though when I booked, the website didn't reflect that new policy. When they emailed back to tell me that, their website didn't reflect that new policy. To this day, it still has not been updated... simply bad business, period. Had I known they were going to upcharge me so much for storage, which by the way, is not convenient and was over a 5-minute walk away from the room, I would have never stayed and won't ever stay here again. It might serve a specific niche for people looking to sleep for a few hours, but for those staying the night, as other reviewers have mentioned, their service fails to justify the premium they demand.
