Sleep & Sleep Capsule Semarang

Great place for stay at night if you need to catch early morning trains from Poncol or Tawang train station. Very strategic location near train station, big road, and now, a new mall in front of this hostel. It was on the same building with Universitas AKI (UNAKI). Small space for car park. The lobby is spacious with aeroplane theme, has praying room for 3-4 person, some snack and drink you could buy and a locker for you bag. Locker is fit for 40L carrier bag. The room is nice, looks clean, but because you could use your sandal or shoes on the room, so don't expected to be that clean. The aircon in the room is very cold. The curtain bed is blackout one so it's dark when you close it. There's one electric socket and lamp for every bed. Level 1 bed is lower bed and level 2 bed is upper bed. The bathroom is small and quite tight and looks kinda clean. Bring your own blanket, toiletries and towel. You will have to pay if you need those items.

It's OK for backpackers. Decent price means limited of something. Yet, warm water with shower is great. Bring your own bath series, when you ask for it there is an extra charge. Lockers ??? Yes, they have it and it's free. (breakfast, blanket, bath stuff are excluded)

It was nice place, and great concept hostel in this area. The price was depend on which level of bed do you choose . Low level or 1st level will be the higher price. There were 3 rooms , and each room have 48 beds . Its shower was clean and available in every room, don't worry if you need to go to toilet you just need step a couple walk from you bed . You will get one locker and the key for basic price. If you need towel and amenities you should pay for rent it. Location was superb, which is located near the two big stasions in Semarang. Surrounded by tourist area such us old town Semarang, and don't worry about the food. You easily find traditional tenant food only by your foot. Just a couple steps from your hostel .

Pro: Strategic location, it's near Poncol Station and Kota Lama. The price is affordable, the overall place is clean, the bed and pillow are clean and comfy. Locker is outside the sleeping room so it's very calm and quiet - you'll sleep well. There are bunch of toilets and bathrooms so you won't be in queue to shower. Locker is quite big, it fits 65 L backpack! Minus: It's quite cold so you either need to bring your own blanket or rent one. They don't have umbrella so bring your own coat or umbrella during rain season. Final thought: for a 1 night stay with very cheap price, this is the best place in Semarang!

It's a worth experiencing capsule hotel. They separate the rooms for men and women. While men's room has 3 levels of capsules, women's has only 2. Affordable price with decent facilities. Clean capsules as well as shared bathrooms. Yet it is better for you to bring your own toiletries and/or blanket as they will charge you for those items if you need them.

I spent less than one night, because i only transit here. The room, bathroom and bed are clean. Staff are kindness. Room are cold because of AC so if u want to stay here have to bring blangket, they lend the blanket but its very small. if u did not bring shower equipment they can give u with payment.but if u get the highest bed it little bit terrifying.||but so far so good

I spent only one night in this hostel. The room, bathroom, bed are clean. They give you towel, blanket, locker key, teeth brush, soap, shampoo. Decoration is nice for those who like airport atmosphere.|The staff are the kindest ! They make hard effort to speak English and they speak quite good! They are always ready to give advice about where to eat or for booking transport, they're really helpful and smiling !|I was feeling cold in the room because of the air cond, and the blanket is very small but I'm sure you can ask to improve this.

1. It was located in between the 2 Semarang’s intercity train stations, Semarang Poncol Train Station and Semarang Tawang Train Station. It was only around 800m from each Station, and took only 15 minutes to get there by foot. It was located at the bottom-right of the UNAKI building. It was also accessible by some minibuses and online transportation as well. ||2. This is a capsule hotel, a low-budget one. The interior was inspired with the aviation theme. There was a runaway on the floor to take you to the bedrooms, even there was several airplane’s seats in the waiting room, which was a good spot to take a picture. Near the waiting room and receptionist desk, there was a common room to have some meals, chit chat with friends, even to do some work, completed with a small bench to buy some snacks and drinks. There were so many lockers outside the bedroom to store your luggage, and also shoe racks to place your shoes. There were 2 large bedrooms with more that 20 beds in it, arranged in bunk beds. The price depends on the level of the bed. The higher the bed, the cheaper the price. But, if you wanted to do an early check-in, you would be charged in amount of IDR 20.000,-. The bed itself was a single bed, placed inside the container, which made you quite difficult to move around. There was a light bulb to illuminate your container, and also a power socket to charge your devices. ||3. The bathroom was large, consisted of several basins, large mirrors, toilet tubes, and shower tubes. It was very clean, and I was sure that the hotel’s attendants would always have cleaned it every day, but I also was anxious about everyone’s self hygiene. ||4. There was no restaurant, because this Hotel didn’t offer any kind of meals, especially breakfast. But there were several street foods near the hotel which could be accessed by foot. ||5. All the hotel’s attendants were nice, friendly, and helpful. It was a nice place to stay while we’re in transit or having a short stay.
