life saver ! my flight was on the early morning, so i decided to book 1 hour to shower and rest a bit. The have pretty complete amenities like soap, shampoo, body lotion and conditioner, no toothbrush though. What's great is that they have hot water ❤️❤️❤️. There's 2 water bottles too but no hair dryer. The room is clean and compact with queen bed and private shower, the door can't be locked though. For 1 hour, you have to pay THB 500 deposit upfront and present your passport. It's located on the domestic terminal btw.

#updated sleep box refund back thanks alot. As my family are transit passengers, the immigration not allow them to go out to go to sleep box and he said “ u r not a passenger u can’t pass through “. So I lost my room payment and I want to refund back the room fees. They said sleep box is outside not in airport.I book the room for transit flight and my family to rest. My family end to sleep at airport bench, how to solve this issue. Kindly reply.

Perfect stopover. Quiet, clean and simplistic. Most importantly - location, location, location. There is a premium to be paid due to the proximity to the departure section of both terminals but it's well worth the price especially for a very early morning flight. Definitely recommended to frequent travellers. For those complaining about no welcome cocktails or breakfast coupons, the airport seats are free to snuggle up on.

2025.12 The Sleep Box, Don Mueang Airport. I had arrived overnight on a long haul flight from Europe so I needed a shower which only the Sleep Box does here, the 3.6Kw electric shower was just about worth the Bht300. Having seen the quality of the rooms I wouldn’t want to spend a night in there, it is as described ‘a box’.

Paid 1400 baht for 4 hours in the early morning. Price is kinda okay if you consider the fact that this is situated inside the airport itself. So it is the best thing you can get if you have a connecting flight to catch and don't want to spend time commuting to and fro to a cheaper hotel, and too without a Thai SIM card. The room in itself was fine, nothing too fancy but clean and well-maintained for a few hours of sleep. But as others have mentioned, the air conditioning was too cold and there's no way to regulate it. There's a bit of noise but I could live with it.

Comfortable location for early morning flight, just dropped off at terminal 2 departure then take elevator up to 4th floor, also corridor available across both terminal, aircon super cold due to couldn't adjusting so need to request additional blanket, wifi was good, only shower's floor quite slip should carefully pay more attention

Relative to the price the quality really isn't there. I found multiple 5 star resorts for less so you really are paying for location. Because I made a reservation I somehow paid more than what they advertise in person. In person it is 2000baht for 10 hours, their website is 2200... The rooms would be fine if they made some minor improvements. But given the history of the same complaints they won't. - The bed I can only assume is made from plywood. It's very rare for a hotel in Thailand to have this hard of a bed. - The amount of constant noise is pretty amazing. I did not know walls could be that thin. - They track your time to the minute, calling me 15 minutes prior to check out to make sure I'd be out. This was earlier than my reservation because i started the check in process 10 minutes early. Would have been fine if they told me what time to be out. - Calling added noise to the surrounding area The noise is probably the biggest point and will depend on what room you get. I think I was very lucky with my location as I was down the back and only had 1 neighbour. I couldn't really hear the airport announcements but I know you would in the closer rooms. Also, with the air-conditioning being too cold. I was actually too hot so maybe they addressed this. Would be an easy fix if they had vents you could control the flow level. If they either reduced their price or addressed this issues it would be fine. I just don't see that happening.

Booked online and it claimed 1 PM check in time, 12 noon check out time. At check in they said I could only stay for 10 hours max despite showing them the email and website details with the check in and check out information. Very thin walls, heard all my neighbors preparing using faucet, toilet, shower. Very poor lighting in the bedroom, literally have to rely on entrance light and a tiny movable reading light attached to the wall. No breakfast.
