Paid 1400 baht for 4 hours in the early morning. Price is kinda okay if you consider the fact that this is situated inside the airport itself. So it is the best thing you can get if you have a connecting flight to catch and don't want to spend time commuting to and fro to a cheaper hotel, and too without a Thai SIM card. The room in itself was fine, nothing too fancy but clean and well-maintained for a few hours of sleep. But as others have mentioned, the air conditioning was too cold and there's no way to regulate it. There's a bit of noise but I could live with it.

Booked online and it claimed 1 PM check in time, 12 noon check out time. At check in they said I could only stay for 10 hours max despite showing them the email and website details with the check in and check out information. Very thin walls, heard all my neighbors preparing using faucet, toilet, shower. Very poor lighting in the bedroom, literally have to rely on entrance light and a tiny movable reading light attached to the wall. No breakfast.

I warn you: Room too cold (no AC remote), too loud, shower broken. Strange smell. It‘s a total rip-off. Paid 2500 for 4 1/2 hours. Avoid going here. Go to Amari Hotel nearby. Also within walking distance. There you get a real hotel room.

Service Quality : Not Professional Room Condition : The room had an unusual odor, and there was constant noise disturbance throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. Air Conditioning : The air conditioner was not adjustable. Ventilation : The ventilation was poor, and I woke up with a sore throat, feeling as though I might have contracted an illness. Documentation : Requesting a tax invoice was unnecessarily difficult. The process was delayed until close to my departure time, and I ultimately had to leave without the document to avoid missing my flight.

We paid about US140 for 16 hours intending to avoid traffic hassles.||But the room was freezing and drafty despite their trying to cover the vent with a towel. We slept in hats and sweaters literally.|The shower was tepid warm.||We did not care about the lack of amenities.||But it was a sooo uncomfortable overnight!

over priced for one hour 500 bath , girl ask me to book by hour but she reccomend me book for 10 hour , my flight was early morning 7 am so i been there to ask if can for 2-3 hour but girl show no intrested and said we only give minimum 5-6 hour bad service both lady no comunication skill good , no negoation accept

Relative to the price the quality really isn't there. I found multiple 5 star resorts for less so you really are paying for location. Because I made a reservation I somehow paid more than what they advertise in person. In person it is 2000baht for 10 hours, their website is 2200... The rooms would be fine if they made some minor improvements. But given the history of the same complaints they won't. - The bed I can only assume is made from plywood. It's very rare for a hotel in Thailand to have this hard of a bed. - The amount of constant noise is pretty amazing. I did not know walls could be that thin. - They track your time to the minute, calling me 15 minutes prior to check out to make sure I'd be out. This was earlier than my reservation because i started the check in process 10 minutes early. Would have been fine if they told me what time to be out. - Calling added noise to the surrounding area The noise is probably the biggest point and will depend on what room you get. I think I was very lucky with my location as I was down the back and only had 1 neighbour. I couldn't really hear the airport announcements but I know you would in the closer rooms. Also, with the air-conditioning being too cold. I was actually too hot so maybe they addressed this. Would be an easy fix if they had vents you could control the flow level. If they either reduced their price or addressed this issues it would be fine. I just don't see that happening.

The best location to stay for an early flight. Has calling alarm service. At night smell oily like in the kitchen. Unable to control AC.
