Honestly not sure where the complaints are coming from. I stayed here last minute over a holiday weekend at a discounted industry rate cause I just needed a place to crash before an early flight. Both the guy at the desk and the manager were helpful and the room was very clean. The bed was cozy, the AC ran cool, and the shower had good pressure. Left too early (430a) for breakfast. I’d absolutely stay again next time I’m looking for something simple and cheap near the airport. On this visit I didn’t need an airport shuttle, but would’ve been frustrated by the lack of one had I not confirmed it beforehand.

was able to use my Roku on the TV without unplugging their cable with is a huge plus to me. place is being remodeled so common area carpet is stained but the rooms were a nice hard wood floor. clean with no smells. bed was comfy. rooms are small but was good enough for what we needed edit: no airport shuttle currently

Stayed here for nine days, first off the housekeepers were great always nice and helpful. Management not so great , kept having to switch rooms cause either there was a problem with the room or there was a lot of unnecessary noise. On my last night I was switched to a room on the third floor (mind you this was the third time I was switched) . The last day I tried to rebook my room and because of a miscommunication I was kicked out . Maria the so called manager and Cindy who got in my face proceeded to tell me off after this while it was cleared up that I wasn't the guest that shouldn't have been there that they spoke of , she still kicked me out called me ugly and told me to leave . I WILL NEVER come back to this hotel due to its unprofessional behavior , then because of the rush of telling me to leave I packed my belongings and left a 200 dollar straight iron there that was never returned to me . If you want proper treatment do not go to this hotel because they obviously make mistakes left and right and do not make anything to make things correct other than to be rude and not consistent. My commends to April , Alex and Allen who where the most helpful. I put a complaint with choice hotels who were of help and they tried to make it right but I still as of yet have heard back.

Google
Positive: I love the shuttle service. The employees went out of their way to provide safe shuttle to and from the airport and offered several selections of places to eat. They were very friendly and helpful. Negative: no

Good little budget hotel. Rooms do not have doors on the ground floor that open to the street like a lot of hotels in the area. The building is older and the laminate was peeling in our room, with some parts covered with tape. Small TV in the room. The Wi-Fi didn't reach our room but the lady at the front desk said I should've asked about that because they have someone they can call to fix that quick. Decent breakfast, instant eggs, toast, yogurt, orange juice, muffins. I'd stay here again

Google
These rooms are in horrible condition - we were actually given a room that had two holes in the ceiling and no smoke detector! This is ILLEGAL!!! This is AFTER the first room we were given had duct tape across cracks in the seams of the flooring, no toilet roll holder, and a hole in the shower door. When I refused to sleep in a room with no smoke detector, I was told they had nothing else available. They wouldn’t give me a refund directly, I had to call the third-party vendor I had booked the room with (who of course agreed that what the hotel was doing was illegal) and then we had to find a new place to stay that night. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Google
Decent budget motel. Laminate in the guest room was poorly taped, but the fridge was cold, the ac worked, and the mattress was comfortable enough. Friendly and accommodating staff, more than just cereal and muffins for the breakfast, and a cinnamon shaker for my coffee! Shuttl service was prompt after a phone call. Pool was shut down and two out of three cardio machines didn't turn on in the fitness room, though.

Google
Pool was out of service. Fitness center was tiny and mostly unusable. "Hot" breakfast was eggs, waffles, muffins and yogurt. Room was not clean and floor was "repaired" with tape all over the floor. Front desk worker tried to charge for service dog. Luggage cart was hard to roll and needed to be replaced or repaired and there was only one available. Ice machine was only available on second floor.

Yelp
TL:DR Location, price, polite staff and breakfast spot on. Wasn't sure what to expect, but for the price, it was at par for a place to sleep. I am not sure if room 217 is remodeled or not, no carpet (good thing), but the linoleum "hardwood" was patched with black industrial tape in a few spots. It had a generously sized standing shower and all the basics. Towels were a bit thin, but again, you are getting what you pay for. Standard micro wave and mini fridge. I found the king sized bed to be comfy. Room itself was on the small side, normal size wardrobe and safe. Mini shampoo and lotion, 2 bar soaps. The surprise was a solid breakfast (albeit same every day). Scrambled eggs, sausage links, make-your-own waffle iron (nice touch), Dannon yogurt mini muffins and toast, fruit (apples & bananas). Apple, cran and apple juices. Coffee was tasty. Note: grab your snacks down the street at Smith's, otherwise its $2 for a teeny tiny bag of fritos. I did not use the shuttle, as I didn't want to wait upon arrival and the desk sign says the shuttle is 5-10 PM. However, I left the hotel 5 to 4 AM and the shuttle driver/receptionist was returning from having dropped off a guest, so do ask! Very close to the airport and walking distance to dining in or grab and go. Staff were polite and welcoming.

Yelp
the flooring in the room was peeled up with tape patches throughout. pillows were tiny. pictures don't really match the local area or region kinda off themed. shower head was mid.

Yelp
Room was really clean staff was super friendly. We traveled in for a wedding and the 4 star hotel we booked online prior to this was terrible. Apperantly, it's not uncommon in Albuquerque as my sister had the same experience at a different 4 star hotel. The staff here was so understanding. They let us look at the space as they understood our concerns. Room was really clean, bed comfortable, we didn't get shocked when using the door key, room had a safe, tv worked well. This was a upgrade for sure!!!
google avatar

Fred G.

Yelp
The room had been kinda clean. The bed was made up poorly and sheets were used. No towels, soap. The floor was taped down so it would not popup due to water damage. The threshold between the bathroom and sleeping area was taped down and a nail was sticking up and caught my foot. This injured my foot. The room walls had so much dust on them you could see it caked on the baseboard. They gave us a new room which was not much better. Still tape on the floor and no towels. Walls were just as dirty as the first.

John L.

Yelp
Room was good. Nothing fancy but clean and worked for a family of three. Breakfast was decent - eggs, sausage, and all the cold stuff like cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Staff were very pleasant and competent. We used the free shuttle once and it was perfect. A good value - I recommend!

Yelp
This hotel is less than ideal, but in a pinch will do. Pros: check in process was easy, breakfast in the mornings, near the airport Cons: though "clean" did not have the overall feeling of cleanliness, rooms/bathrooms are outdated (not a huge issue but lends to it not feeling very clean), walls are super thin (as I'm typing I can hear what my neighbor is watching in their tv), bathroom door didn't shut all the way, beds are not very comfortable. Again - not the worst hotel I've ever stayed at but I would not stay here again as there are cleaner/comfier hotels in the area for a little bit more $ if you can swing it. For the price it was fine - a place to lay your head at the end of the night.

Yelp
Sleep Inn your pillows are the worst I've sleep on EVER. I will not book a Sleep Inn again unless I can be guaranteed the Inn isn't using those horrible half size pillows.

Margarita M.

Yelp
I highly recommend this hotel. It's clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced. Full Amenities. Been staying here for two years. Friendly staff. A microwave and refrigerator. Full cable and Wi-Fi. It's close to the city and they have a shuttle.

Margarita M.

Yelp
I've enjoyed staying at Sleepinn for the last two years It's clean. comfortable and quiet. you have all the amenities there plus a refrigerator microwave. full cable and Wi-Fi. workout room hot tub and swimming pool. friendly staff and reasonable rates. Margarita M

Yelp
this hotel has ruined the experience for me. We stayed for almost a week, my mom's car was broken it to. When I went to go get food I discovered the break in, I lost all my work supplies and management knew about it but never called us until I called the front fest to report the incident. He claimed that he called me but I was in the room except for beginning to load up to drop stuff off and go get food. A guest called the front desk around 2:30pm to report that there was cars broken in to he made no attempt to call the room. he claims he did but the phone never rang. the Wi-Fi never really worked which they say is offered for free while you stay, power was out so we had no tv service for several hours ( I know not their fault because there was a power outage) but before the power outage tv service was bad. As was the "free Wi-Fi. The back door near our room doesn't close all the way on its own, so anyone can get in to the hotel without having a key. the air conditioner/heater wires were ghetto rigged together. If you want to have your room cleaned during your stay you have to request it. We didn't feel safe and neither did another person who had issues with their key not unlocking the door to the room. not working and some people lurking in blind spots around the hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THOS PLACE ! Even for some of the toughest people I know. Pay the tea and get a hotel not a motel disguised and a quality facility. it is not safe. I had to call someone to come and help us get out safely to make sure no one stole anything else.

Yelp
Steal of a deal! Steal of a deal! First, I guess it is near the airport, though I do not know where the airport is and we certainly did not hear any planes at all. It is near several other hotels, a hotel row, and the area is quite safe. Rooms are nice, new, clean, very pleasant. It looks like they recently gave it a refresh: new paint, wall spackling, new furniture, carpet, beds. The hall carpet looks old and dated, but don't let that fool you about the room interior. A nice touch is that all the light switches have glow lights so they are readily found in the dark. Bath towels, while not humongous, are large and decently comfortable. Plenty of hot water and decent water pressure with a decent shower head. Has a small refrigerator, which we used, a microwave, and a safe. The safe says it costs $5 to use, but that can be waived upon request at the front desk. AC worked just dandy. It was a hot summer day. We didn't hear our neighbors through the walls if we had any. Could hear some hall noise, but that's expected in a hotel. Didn't use the indoor pool or Jacuzzi so can't comment on that. There is a nice, small area with a nice grill and seating if you want to use it. Staff was friendly and responsive. Free and good WiFi. You know, some WiFi at hotels just stink. This was good. Tip: Their instructions are incomplete. If using an iPhone, you must first connect to their WiFi in Settings. Then go to a browser and follow their instructions. The breakfast is a hot breakfast. You can get an omelet to order. Two waffle makers. Bacon and sausage patties. Fluffy biscuits and sausage gravy. Juice. Milk. Cold cereal. Nice looking pastries. Yogurt. Other stuff. Very nice breakfast. So I booked this online and the room was $54 for two queens. Definitely a solid four stars and with the price of the room and the deluxe hot breakfast shoots it to five stars. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Yelp
Horrendous - Booked through Priceline and Raiders three stars. What a joke. Horrible phone connectivity in room, so had to go out to lobby. Internet was worse. Got a message that the site was unsafe- see uploaded image - so went to front desk. The clerk - a Russian? - said that he didn't know much about it, that the owner was in middle of changing carriers, but that I should go ahead and use it. To be fair, the room was clean, the water hot, and the breakfast good.

Yelp
for a major corporation, it's pretty sad to see that management would order a $600 order off of Instacart from Sam's Club have a driver drive a 25 mile round-trip plus an hour and a half of shopping and driving, and then stiff them on the tip, management that place the order is name, Maria, I got stiffed before, but never by a major corporation, mostly by a customer that orders, one or two things, never like this it's sad to see these days that people just don't appreciate what other people do for them, ,God bless you and I hope you show the next shopper, some courtesy!

Sara K.

Yelp
Unfortunately I bought this hotel because it had a free shuttle from the airport and we called 10 times and they never picked up. I called the corporate offices twice and they put me on hold for 5+ and they still couldn't get through, so I had to find an Uber to the hotel. I told the manager when I checked and and she basically said it wasn't her fault. Very disappointing. Rooms need an update and no customer service.

Yelp
Clean hotel whose exterior is deceptive to the updated, contemporary interior. Easy reservation on Choice app and super easy check-in. My request for a queen room on the top floor was fulfilled. The rooms are updated and clean and super functional (they actually do look as nice as the pics on the website). The shower is a nice step in and along w/the toilet, separate from the sink, which I like, especially if you are sharing a room. The beds are good and the mattresses are just the right amount of firmness. They give you adequate amounts of pillows, even though they are a little on the soft side. I did dock one star due to the walls being paper thin. I don't know if this was just an issue for Rm317, but I could hear the TV and conversation of the people staying in the room next to me so loudly and clearly, it was as if they were in the room with me! I had to request another room, however, once the couple started having very loud sex, which combined w/the blaring TV made it impossible to sleep at 11pm (even with headphones on). But, I do have to say, Alex, the front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating in moving me to another room and even upgraded me from a queen to a king room. That being said, in the new room, much quieter and nice stay overall, especially for the price. However, Management should look into some better soundproofing though, as it was astounding how much noise came through the walls!

Yelp
Excellent hotel for the price I paid. Never know what you are gonna get in this price range, but I was incredibly pleased with my stay here. The breakfast was great due to a fresh omelette stand. Also would like to point out that the printers ink toner was out and the front desk was kind enough to let me print me out a document from their computer. Usually you get what you pay for, but I believe I got more then what I paid for in this visit. Thanks again!

Yelp
Our room smelled like smoke and their response was, "Sometimes people break the rules but we can't move you." They suggested we sleep with the windows open but we didn't feel comfortable doing that on the ground level next to the parking lot. There was a hole in the carpet in the middle of our room. Our curtains had stains all over them. Our bed was comfortable but also smelled like smoke. Breakfast was great but there aren't many tables to eat at so a lot of people were just standing in the breakfast room. We booked through a different website so when we told the front desk our problems they told us we had to go through the booking site to make a complaint. When the booking site contacted them they said that we never mentioned anything wrong with our stay. Definitely will not be using that booking site or any Sleep Inns again.
google avatar

Chris A.

Yelp
front desk never answers the phone. I have been calling for a week trying to get an invoice but they say "Technical Difficulties". BS. hotel is fine but front desk help is horrible!
google avatar

Michel C.

Yelp
Reserved a double bed room, turns out the beds were twins instead of actual doubles or full. We had to room change because the A/C in the first room was not cooling off. We moved to the room next door and even though the AC was great the bathroom needs attention badly. The rest of the room, beds and cleanliness were ok.

Rochelle R.

Yelp
I stayed there last night and I can't say enough about how great the staff is. The shuttle driver accidentally broke my suitcase handle and the manager, Art, could not have been more helpful and professional in getting me a replacement overnight. Everyone working there was friendly. The hotel itself is fairly basic, but very clean. Rooms are on the smaller side, but fairly modern and also very clean. The included breakfast was suprisingly good, and even included made to order omlettes.

Margaret S.

Yelp
I haven't even checked in yet and it's awful. Room wasn't ready so I had to leave and come back. No body is around to check the people in. Pools closed so far this place sucks!!!

Renuka S.

Yelp
Sleep Inn offers airport shuttle service through Parkway Parking; unfortunately, I continue to have terrible experiences with them when it comes to being picked up from the airport. The first time, the front office kept hanging up and I had to repeatedly call to get through. I was alone late at night, waiting a long time for someone to pick me up. Last night was another terrible experience. I called repeatedly for 35-40 minutes and no one answered. What were they doing away from the front desk for such a long time? Why was there no supervisor around? Again, I had arrived very late at night, was all alone, and it was very unsettling that my safety was not a priority for these people. I finally got through and the shuttle then came 20 minutes later after I had been waiting 45 minutes. I am not sure what the point is of offering shuttle service if no one is there to answer the phone and pick up the customer when they have paid for parking and the service.
google avatar

Alecka S.

Yelp
First night the room had no towels, no refrigerator, extra small pillows. Went back to stay on a last minute decision and in the second room booked that night, the bathroom doors were hard to close, the bathroom was dirty and smelled like feces. The refrigerator they had in there did not work and smelled bad when we opened it.

Joseph L.

Yelp
health hazard - do not book, our toilet broke and flooded both nights and they did not clean for us, they have maintenance forms in each room when you walk in so they know issues and don't care
google avatar

Ruby B.

Yelp
This place says 3star it is not it's more like a 1 star it says when booking it has breakfast we woke up to no breakfast everything thing was out dated and the pics on the booking made the room seem spacious when it was barely able to fit a queen size bed with a wardrobe horrible will never stay here again good luck
google avatar

Paul H.

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise. I have never stayed in a Sleep Inn before but will definitely stay again in the future. The front desk was very efficient and the rate for 2 double beds was really reasonable. The rooms were virtually spotless (slight water damage in bathroom). Everything was very clean and fresh looking. I expected a lousy continental breakfast but instead it had sausage, bacon, Biscuits and gravy and waffles. They even had a made to order veggie omelette; very tasty
google avatar

Caroline S.

Yelp
Friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and great amenities. This place has a pool and Hot tub. It has a large room with tables for their free breakfast, where you can make your own omelette a or waffles. Before breakfast you can make oatmeal, or pick up fresh fruit, English muffins, cereal, coffee or juices. The room comes with a coffee maker, a sitting area and a large closet. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well.

Yelp
Words cannot express what I want to say about this place... but, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We checked in okay and I had purchased the room and size of bed online so I thought all was well till we got into the room and there was two full size beds and not a queen. We go back downstairs and the guy at the front desk was like, "no, that's what u ordered." Im like, no, here's the email. He tried fixing the mistake by getting us a King size bed, but the bed sheets were dirty! They were brown and the pillow shams had mascara stains on them. We were livid, but decided we didn't want to be difficult so we removed the bedding and flipped over the pillows. Later I discovered they didn't give us a complimentary conditioner and there was tooth paste on the mirror and pictures around the sink. Not to mention that the walls are paper thin and I heard EVERYTHING. I heard politics, someone playing video games, every creak of the floor and I heard TV's all around. I could not sleep for the life of me. The only decent part of the visit was the breakfast which in my opinion needs to start earlier than 6:00 am. We were all waiting around at 5:00 am since we had to hit the road early.
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
We always stay here when visiting from Denver. Clean, modern, best complimentary breakfast, and best budget friendly pricing. We stayed for 3 nights at around 50$/night and had no complaints. New flat screen tv, full length mirror, dryer, modern neat decor. We've always been happy with our stay without ever breaking the bank. It's close to the highway which is nice too.
google avatar

Becky D.

Yelp
Don't waste money here! Upon check in apathetic staff, required $100 deposit to pay cash! Roof in hall falling in, hot tub broken, pool heater broken, a treadmill for a "workout room", no tub in our bathroom, vending and ice broken on our floor, and wet/molded floors in our hall. Not looking forward to being disappointed at breakfast. There are FIVE hotels on this block for the same money!
google avatar

Jon G.

Yelp
For the value, it is what it is. Checking in was a pain and slow. The desk clerk was MIA and after ringing the bell a couple time over a 5 min period the clerk arrived. He only said three things to me."I need to see your ID." "How many keys do you want." "Sign here." Ok I get it you don't like your job, but perform like you care. The room was clean but dated. A/C worked but was by no means what I would call a super cooler. Bed was decent and sheets were clean. The hotel was quite. My kids went to use the pool and it was out of service, that was a major disappointment. The free breakfast closed early, my family and I came downstairs about 45 minutes before breakfast closed and nada. No staff around to refill anything. Cold cereal and pastries. This place is ok if you want to crash and don't expect anything else. Budget built hotel. Cheap fixtures, cheap safety equipment, cheap ac unit.

Ashly R.

Yelp
My partner and I are road tripping from AZ to MN and decided to stop for the night in Albuquerque, and found Sleep Inn on Expedia. Pro's: -Dog friendly -kind staff -clean bathroom Con's: -comforter was dirty -carpet wasn't vacuumed -walls dirty/ stained -a/c didn't work -heavy smell of smoke

Melissa F.

Yelp
Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning was very weak, we were very hot. No breakfast being served. With all businesses currently open there is no reason to have your downstairs bathroom closed, and not serve breakfast due to covid. All other businesses are open and managing just fine. Large stains on carpet in hallways.

Yelp
I was disappointed with how rundown the property seemed to be. On the way to the front door going into the hotel, I noticed one of the window screens was bent and hanging loose. The room seemed pretty cramped and it was close quarters. The sink was outside the bathroom and didn't leave much space for toiletries and I didn't want to walk on the floors with bare feet because they looked dirty, so I wore socks/slippers during my entire stay. The indoor pool was overly chlorinated, so my daughter got in for about 5 minutes and then was ready to go because her eyes were burning so much. Initially, I booked at this property due to a very pleasant stay at a Sleep Inn in Virginia years ago thinking that I would have the same experience here, but this particular hotel does not seem to be on par with other Sleep Inn/Choice Hotels where I've stayed. However, the front desk director was very accommodating and friendly. I had no issues with parking, the location, or the staff. Breakfast was pretty standard and the evening reception was nice, offering nachos nightly, and even hot dogs on one night of our stay. On a side note, I don't know if it was the weather/no humidity in Albuquerque, my conditioner, or if the blow dryer in the room was that amazing, but my hair looked great after blow drying which normally doesn't happen when I blow dry my hair. Usually, it ends up still looking frizzy, but when I blow dried it using the hotel dryer, it was so soft and smooth/shiny, so thank you Sleep Inn Albuquerque for at least giving me an awesome hair day.

Yelp
This isn't the Waldorf or the Four Seasons by any stretch...but because I was expecting low end, get what you pay for...I was under promised and over delivered! This place is cute, clean, and updated. It is a find. Free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, friendly staff..and quiet. I will be back and will stay here for sure.

Amber P.

Yelp
I was highly unimpressed with my stay at this Sleep Inn. It was in need of updates, chipped tile at the elevator, none of the USB ports in the room worked, the bathroom door didn't barely close. The pillows were about 12x12 and were clumpy and not soft at all but BY FAR the worst thing about this hotel was that everywhere you went smelled like an ashtray. I'm not sure how it got all Of its good reviews but we have stayed at other Sleep Inns on this trip and this one was by far the WORST!
google avatar

Yelp
The staff are friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast. The grand kids enjoyed the pool.

Yelp
I had a very pleasant stay here. Everyone was so friendly. Shuttle driver night desk and day desk. Room was nice and had everything I needed. Omelette bar was great. You won't be overwhelmed with fanciness but I felt very comfortable and the price was nice. I would stay here again. Thanks!
google avatar

Shaun B.

Yelp
Upon arriving I was greeted with a very lovely spirit whom was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was one hour early and so exhausted from driving all night. That was no problem at all. The hostess introduced me to all the policies and procedures of the hotel and got me a room. The only reason I give this hotel a 4 star is because the doors are so loud. You can hear anytime someone goes in and out of there rooms. All else is awesome. The pool is great, hot tub is awesome, the cable TV is more than what most offer. I really enjoyed staying at the Sleep Inn ABQ. I would definitely stay again.
google avatar

Cati G.

Yelp
Rooms are small but perfect for a good nights rest. Beds are comfortable. Staff was very nice and effective in spite of only one person handling the front counter. The breakfast was very good. Omelette biscuits and gravy were unexpectedly delicious

Keith T.

Yelp
The worst hotel experience I've had in a long time, perhaps ever. When I made the reservation by phone I was told there was a shuttle from the airport, breakfast was included, and a non-pet room was available for guests with allergies. None of this existed. A total scam. To add insult to injury the manager was not available to talk to me in person nor did they ever return my phone call. I travel a lot in my business. I've never experienced such bad service.

Rosïta B.

Yelp
Sleep inn was good and great stay for 2 nights and friendly staff and service and place had breakfast in the morning and free WiFi and laundry room upstairs but small and the rooms are all with showers and no tubs and bathroom are tiny and bedrooms are small so if u want a quick stay it good and the price is not bad .

Mike V.

Yelp
Clean rooms which is my only compliment! No bathtubs only showers. No towels in the room. I ordered a double bed room and was assigned a single handicapped room. Had to oy $10 more for the room I requested. The "Courtesy Shuttle" wont bring you beyond 3 miles no matter what your situation so don't even try to ask for it. The internet this location only works with explorer and no other browser. The employees were indifferent and uncaring. Will not be back ever

C D.

Yelp
Booked this on Hotwire as a THREE star hotel. It was lucky if it could get one star. The rooms were dirty, hallways stunk and the breakfast was disgusting. I would NEVER stay here again. Absolutely awful.

Mario R.

Yelp
This has been the worst Inn I've ever stayed at . It is a run down neglected place where we found the front desk lady asleep. Would not recommend anyone to pay to sleep here at all! Had a lot of problems as soon as we checked in the phone did not work, the ice machine was broken, the pool indoor pool had a slimy layer on its surface that none of the staff had noticed over all I feel robbed staying here with all the other competition around.

Yelp
I'm not sure why this place is getting good ratings. I paid $40 per night via priceline and I would recommend no one pay more than that, it ain't worth it. The rooms have no real soundproofing, so you can hear doors slam every time your neighbors come & go. The room was also very small. There was no place to put my suitcase. The hallways were hot, like 80+ degrees, so it made the rooms very warm and my a/c unit performed poorly. The room stayed fairly warm my entire stay, even though daytime temps were only 75 degrees each day I was in ABQ. I was grateful the night air was cool even to keep the room tolerable. However, the window faced the hotel next door and those guests park their cars right outside your window. Hence, lots of cars horns beeping as folk lock their car doors. Bottom line, this place is not for you if you like your hotel on the cool and quiet side.

Yelp
This is a brief update. They will charge you $5 for use of the safe, even if you didn't use it. Watch your bill carefully, also there are taxes and fees that might not have been previously included in your quote. They will remove the $5 charge after you talk to them, but what a hassle to have to do that.

Yelp
I've been traveling in and out of Albuquerque regularly for the past 3 years. The Sleep Inn is my go to location. It's super convenient, and I've never waited more than 10 minutes for their shuttle. Great, friendly staff.

Yelp
Place is a dump!! Had clogged toilet. Front desk didn't seem to give a crap. Priceline said this is a three star hotel. This is a small step up from a motel 6 but not much! Run from Priceline and Sleep Inn!!!
