Sleep Inn Midway Airport

My husband and I needed a place to stay after our flight was cancelled at Midway and wouldn't be rescheduled for two nights. We are fairly frugal people who don't really need anything fancy so the price caught our eye. We got a room and checked in no problem. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The hallways on the second floor (where we were) smelled like smoke but our room smelled fine. The rooms were small and clean, but definitely worn down. Since we were stuck without our checked bag we asked for a few little toiletry items (lotion, toothpaste) and it was provided. Beds were okay, but the pillows are pretty lumpy. The complimentary breakfast was standard fare, but the dining space was very packed. Many people ended up taking their food up to their rooms as there was no place to sit. So make sure you show up early! A few food items were not in stock because their shipment hadn't arrived yet. This hotel is convenient in that it has a shuttle that takes you to and from the airport. We enjoyed being able to walk to other restaurants in the area (even though it was super cold!). For a budget hotel option it was fine.

Sandra is a freaking rock star and of the 1500 miles that I rode on my trip this was one of the best most welcoming hotels. Definitely better than even the Garden Inn in Washington DC which I paid 175.00 just for one night. They didn't even come close to your comforting standards. This might be TMI but being able to see the TV from the toilet is dope as hell. Perfect hot water with the perfect temperature scolding hot if you want. Good breakfast super good staff. I arrived with 50 people due to delayed train. Sandra cleared that group in less than 15 minutes. I just knew I would have to wait an hour. Great tea coffee just everything. I can't brag enough about this hotel. Please give your staff a raise and not just a funky pizza party.

Update for the owner: I appreciate the response, however I would love your input on HOW exactly Sleep Inn plans on addressing this, per your comment. When I called, I was told I need to contact my credit card company to dispute the fee, and there is nothing they can do. Are you not able to simply retract the charge, like any standard business? This is a terrible way to treat your customers, and run a hotel. You will continue to lose customers with these practices. Terrible experience. We had an overnight layover and only stayed at this hotel for a few hours to sleep. Immediately we were greeted with a grimy vibe in the room. The room smelled musty, stale, and damp. The toilet was not operating, and would not flush. The shower was unusable because the floor of it was covered in mold. Thankfully, we were only there for a short time. After we left, we were promptly charged $250 on top of our stay for a "smoking fee". My group does not smoke. When I called to get this resolved, the management told me there was "nothing they could do" and I needed to contact my credit card to dispute the fee. This is a perfect example of fraudsters operating under the guise of a cost effective hotel for a frugal traveler. They are scamming you out of your money and taking advantage of people, when they're not even providing simple, expected accommodations (such as a working toilet). It's sad and disgusting. SAVE YOUR $ AND DO NOT STAY HERE!

I stayed here for four nights with a friend and we had a lovely experience. The woman working at the front desk (I believe her name was Cynthia), was SO helpful, kind, and professional. She was happy to stow our luggage while we explored the city before check-in, and after we checked out while we grabbed a bite to eat before heading to the airport. Not all of the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves (which they should), and she made sure we were in one with these amenities. She also let us check in early! The room itself was everything we needed. Clean, fairly comfortable beds, spacious, and a good amount of storage. I liked that the sink area was separate from the shower and toilet, so one of us could get water, get ready, etc. if the bathroom was occupied. I will say that with our room facing the main street, traffic noise was quite loud. It didn't bother us too much, but if you are sensitive to noise I would definitely recommend requesting a room on the other side of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good enough and had lots of options - even my vegan, gluten-free friend was able to get something to eat. The airport shuttle was very nice to have as well. I don't know that I will find myself in need of lodging in Bridgeview again, but if I do I'd be happy to return here!

My boyfriend and I were a little concerned by the 2.0 rating, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. Everyone was incredibly friendly, the rooms were very nice and clean. The bathroom situation was a little weird, but nothing to complain about! The sound of the airport nearby was actually kind of comforting too. We will definitely be staying at this hotel the next time we are in Chicago!!

Service for this location is all 5 stars! They were sweet and very professional. I left my wallet and when I returned they helped me look for it. I booked a double room and the room only had a small trash can, there are holes in some of the linen but my specific room had a refrigerator and microwave (not all room has that). The beds are also not queen size but full size. House keeping has to be requested 24 hrs in advance. If you are a person that can’t sleep in noisy areas I would avoid this hotel since it’s right next to an airport.

Worst hotel I've been to in years. Our train was very late so Amtrak put us here. The fire alarm went off in the early morning due to a burst pipe. A while later water started running down our window and by the bathroom sink. We were moved to another room where the temp was around 80 degrees and the phone didn't work. Moved to a third room. Got to take a shower, then found water issues there as well. The staff was great and very helpful, but this place needs LOTS of maintenance that has been deferred for too long. Later noticed that this place is ranked dead last in TripAdvisor for this area. Book at your own risk.

They do not price match. They also did not honor discounted rates that I would normally get at other Choice group hotels. $140 for a single bed here is a pretty bold price to charge. Heater in the room was also struggling to get going in the middle of December. However the room was clean and the attendant at the front desk was really kind. Free coffee is free coffee. Stayed here once a few years back and honestly I'll probably come back next time I've got a quick stop at Midway.

Dream better is the line they use for you to feel better about a crap hotel I booked a room 3days 2 nights the service and customer service was sadly left in training. The cordial BS talking from front desk to customers was there but everything else fell flat. First off there schedule shuttle from airport to the hotel is 20mins every 20 mins That's the plan but if the driver radios to ask you the front desk do we have people that need a ride, answer the call! I was lucky to not need to be rushing to catch my flight Second some one was obviously was or did smoke some pot in the room (I'm green friendly) but with others you be with who may not enjoy it or children with in the room next to you like ok somthing has to happen Nothing got done even after approaching the front desk, talking to them about the entire hallway reeking nothing was done. "Notes were taken" but then when brought to the tension of the next morning manager, they have no knowledge of this. i'm not even gonna get into the part where there was a disturbance on the same floor, where someone was supposedly locked out of their room and started banging and kicking the door for about 60 minutes with no security no front desk arriving to defuse the situation But the final piece of this mess and why I'll never go back to this particular hotel, or work with this company is that they were charging myself the smoking fee after I was the one that brought it to their attention they were claiming that there was a sensor that was triggered off by my room. My room was the last down the hallway by the door (airflow flying through could've triggered it) but in any regards of not even needing to defend myself, I was not smoking in the room, and if they wanted to charge me But what they told me they can't do anything to tell who/ what room was actuly smoking with out a smoke detector going off in the room. so yet you're going to charge me since I brought it up to you in the first place, No, absolutely not

Due to weird circumstances, we got stuck here. The hotel ended up being non refundable and I see why; no one would stay here I don't think if they had another option. This place is dumpy, outdated, and quintessential "no frills". They did offer breakfast so I'll give them credit for that. Nothing extravagant but I appreciated it. The room was small and cramped, and you can tell they don't really clean. They clearly did not wash the comforters and the shower was truly disgusting. The bathroom has a weird sliding door that's annoying to close and the toilet makes a loud noise like an airplane toilet. The sink is not in the bathroom which is completely disgusting because you have to touch a bunch of stuff before actually washing your hands. You can't avoid getting water on the floor in the shower, either. Online it says parking is not free but it was after all, so that was nice I guess. Also my friend called and asked if there was a fridge and microwave; they told her no, but then we got there and both were there? Overall, I am not coming back here. Usually comfort inn and related properties are pretty decent so this was a bummer.

This hotel was great - nice & clean. Very comfortable bed & outstanding employees. Bed so comfortable I could have stayed in it 24 hours

[4.5 stars but I round up] It's conveniently located right before a bridge construction project which backs up traffic 24hrs a day on a main thoroughfare. That written, it wasn't as loud as you'd think. Anywho, I was greeted by Jacari (sorry if I butchered the name). He was very nice and accommodating. You got greeted with a smile no matter how tired he was. If I had to pick at anything it'd be that the keycard had to be reprogrammed every time I came back from being out and the elevators have seen finer days I'm sure but they're functional. The room was comfy, clean and a good size. Vending and ice machine on the first floor. Free continental breakfast. It was cold outside but the room was warm and so was the water in the shower thank goodness. Hallways weren't loud at night as some hotels tend to get. Also, free covenient airport shuttle and a price that was $20-40 cheaper than the surrounding hotels. I'd definitely stay there again!

Jocelyn at the front desk was amazing, she did everything possible and beyond to get us checked in as quick as possible on Christmas Eve, after the room was not yet ready!! Thank you Jocelyn for make it a great experience for our first Sleep Inn stay, you deserve a raise and a management position!! Thank you once again!!!

Worst experience ever I stayed at this hotel, back in May 2023 I left horrified the first room smelled horrible like feet so they changed my room to the second floor no smell however later that night I turn the lights on ants on me the bed and the coffee table so they switched my room for the third time the third room the air conditioning did not work I couldn't sleep. I felt itchy all night long. I left that same night and then I come to find out they are refusing me a refund my money so I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Do not stay in this hotel very ghetto.

So you're a weary traveler looking for a place to stay in Chicago, near Midway Airport. If your looking at this place, keep looking! I don't ask for too much. A clean place to rest my head for one night before I fly out. My fault for waiting until the last minute! All of the surrounding hotels were booked. This place! The front desk clerk seemed annoyed that I interrupted her to check in. When I got to the room the toilet didn't work (that is kind of essential, just sayin') The maintenance man fixed it straight away (he gets 5tars) the lamp bulb was burnt out. Poor maintenance guy needed again. The bed was uncomfortable, the carpets had fairly thick dust around the perimeter on all of the walls. Curtains off of the hooks. I'm tall and could see the top of the 5.5' armoire, thick dust on that. (Allergy nightmare) The previous guest left hair on the shower wall and eyelashes on the floor. Obviously the room was not properly prepared for the next guest arrival. I drew the short straw here. I booked though Hotwire. More often than not the rooms I book with them are pretty good. Don't be like me, remember to book a room early and don't choose this site to rest your head.

I was at the end of my vacation and so incredibly tired that I regard my experience at Sleep Inn with a shrug and the thought "yeah that could have been better." The pictures on the Yelp page compared to the in-person experience make you feel like you've been catfished. Everything is older, run-down, and not as bright as it used to be. For a hotel that seemed to be barely occupied, I was given a room closest to the highway and all the traffic noise. It wasn't long before I threw my bags on the bed that I noticed there were ants crawling all over the bathroom sink. My remote in the room wasn't working so when maintenance came to fix it I made sure to tell them about the ants. The man said "okay" and left without a solution. Like I said I was tired so I just decided to put up with the critters even though I saw them crawling across the other bed. I did appreciate the airport shuttle in the morning so that was a saving grace but other than that I wouldn't stay here again unless I was in dire need.

Jaquiri and Porche are THE BEST front desk staff working at Sleep Inn by Midway. I stay at choice hotels frequently and fly out of Chicago Midway airport and always park at Sleep Inn. I had an unexpected travel and couldn't find my parking through way.com and Jaquiri and Porche were so kind enough to allow me to park at the hotel premises easing my anxiety not finding parking on a busy long weekend. God bless you both for such exceptional customer service.

Complete dump. Reeks of pot. "100% smoke free" is a 100% lie. So is "the airport shuttle runs 24 hours every 20 minutes." I waited an hour, no shuttle. Would give 0 stars if i could.

$20 to park your car on the property. Such a waste of money. Beds are very very firm

I stayed here Friday July 9,2021 this was my first time at this hotel I walked into a room that smelled like feet the toilet roll holder was broken, and the toilet didn't flush. I called the front desk upon checking in was told they didn't have any more rooms left and that my room would be discounted and they sent someone up to fix those issues Then at about 1 am I got ready to lay down and saw something run across the bed I got up to figure it out and turns out it was a bed bug the picture is of that bed bug. I immediately checked out and informed the staff. I paid for two nights I've only been refund one so far still waiting for the original night to be paid. I ended up leaving staying up all night washing and drying clothes not to mention finding somewhere else to stay on my birthday none the less with that said if you don't want bedbugs then don't stay at the Sleep inn for 150 dollars a night I expect so much more

Room was decent and clean for the price. Just needed to sleep because of an early morning flight. However...bed bug bites all over next day :-(

I'm as honest as possible when I review. The facility was a bit run down. Some gouging in the walls. Tile grout in the bathroom was dirty. Toilet seat was not secure. The continental breakfast was very limited. Not much of a bargain for the $160 I spent. The hotel was just not very impressive. Sorry Sleep Inn.

In one sentence...this hotel stay was the worst possible way I have saved a few bucks. The photos of the beds and cute wall decor are charming online, but in person you get a tiny ass bed and smells that can't be smelled in Yelp photos. The carpet felt "damp and squishy" in spots. The shower worked poorly. The air conditioning is loud and unable to hold a constant temperature. The breakfast is as low quality as possible. Just spend the extra couple of bucks for any of the other hotels that share the same parking lot. Seriously, please don't attempt to be as cheap as me.

Upon driving in I noticed the hotel looked pretty run down. I told myself, it's just the outside. We walked in and waited for someone to come to the desk. We got to our room and opened the door and the huge pummel of cigarette smoke greeted us. No thank you! I went back to the desk to ask for a change of room when the woman working asked if she comped our parking, might we change our mind about the room. Ummmm no! I cannot stand cigarette smoke and it reeked of it. So we got to our second room and that room smelled so strongly of mold and mildew I was gagging. I went back to the desk again and the woman working looked very annoyed to see me yet again. I asked her if she wanted to come and smell the room to verify. I also asked if this was the standard for their rooms, which she replied absolutely not. She then told me she will change our room one last time but can no longer after that because of Covid. I'm sorry your hotel rooms smell like cigarette smoke and rotten mildew. I tried calling all surrounding hotels to change rooms but everything of course was sold out so we were stuck in this trash trap. The third room was better than the first two but still was not nice. Wallpaper peeling. Carpet is gross and still a musty smell( not as bad as the previous). I have never and will never be staying at a "sleep inn" ever again. I should've known better. Edit*** and I just found some chewed gum on the wall by the bed and a big booger on the bathroom wall. I'm so disgusted. I'll be sleeping in pants tonight lord help me

Service was great at the front desk. The rooms are ok. I am use to staying at nice vegas hotels or getting suites. I guess for the price its pretty reasonable.

After our flight at midway was canceled we grabbed a room here and were very happy we did so! Overall, the place is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, good location, free shuttle to midway and plentiful complimentary breakfast. Our luggage had already made it to our destination so we were without basics, the front desk and housekeeper were more than happy to help us out with what we needed. Actually, every employee we encountered was very helpful and friendly. The room (2 beds) was small but not claustrophobic. If this had been a longer stay the lack of in-room microwave and refrigerator would have made us pass up this location. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were so so so floppy. They just flattened out the minute you put your head on them. I had asked for extra at check-in because, well, hotel pillows usually suck. These however were definitely some of the worst I've encountered. The bathroom is small and we had asked for a handicapped accessible room (not sure if what we had was one), my family member had a hard time in the restroom due to lack of safety bars. Again, for one night it wasn't a huge deal but would have been a deal breaker for a longer stay. The free breakfast is what you would expect- pastries, bagels, egg & sausage, waffles, fruit & yogurt. Coffee, juice, & milk. The food items were fresh appropriately cold or hot. Several of the items were available early which was great. The dining area is small but comfortable. The hotel, room, and grounds were well kept and the overall design of the place was very welcoming. The free shuttle to and from the airport was great and definitely appreciated. I had a hard time finding information about the shuttle on their website though. I had to call and ask when it came and where to meet it. Would just be helpful if that information was easier to find. There are several stores and restaurants in the area which, since we didn't have our luggage, was fantastic. There is a Walmart and Target within a reasonable walking distance (or if its freezing a quick Lyft ride away). Overall, for a one night stay this place was great and affordable. For a longer stay we would look for more amenities but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made the stay a standout.

Small rooms, gross breakfast, and rude service. We had four people staying in a room. The rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and weed. We had to cram into two full sized beds and squeeze around each other to get to the bathroom or sink. Maids service never came to our room (we stayed for two nights) and when I called down for fresh towels the woman at the front desk was rude. Breakfast was bad. They have a waffle maker, toast, "egg" and "sausage" patties and that's pretty much it. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially when there are other much nicer hotels in the same price range

Really great staff!!!! Nicole at the desk was so attentive and kind. Away from home all the time, I need great customer service and someone that cares. Thank you! Samantha, housekeeper was so nice and friendly- I forgot 2 pair of earrings in the bathroom- I was in the lobby waiting for van, she had them in an envelope with my name. I didn't even miss them yet!!!

Be prepared to pay $19.52 to park at this hotel on top of your room cost. I think it's a little much. Was not listed when I made the reservation online through choice hotels probably because I would have gone somewhere else if it was. I will not stay here again.

Do not book here. I booked through their personal website and, prior to checking in, decided to switch to another hotel. At the front desk they told me I booked through a third party and I had to contact them to get a refund. But they couldn't tell me who the third party was (because there was none). I called a third party I tonight I may have booked through, just to double check, and they confirmed (by calling the front desk) the reservation was made through Sleep Inn's personal site. So I, again, confirmed with them it was through their site and would like a refund and they said they couldn't because it was third party. Instead of going back and forth with them I just booked somewhere else and let them keep the $180. Incompetent.

Stayed for the weekend and it's a really nice hotel! Was close to my concert at Douglas park. Beds were comfy and pillows as well. Nice and quiet hotel. Free breakfast with pretty good selection everything was good besides the eggs that had some kind of mystery stuff inside but plenty of other stuff. Bathroom were small but had a nice walk in shower. Our shower door was a little to small and made the shower leak all over the floor in the bathroom but towel on the floor fixed that problem. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Not sure why they're getting a bad rep - they have a free 24/7 shuttle to Midway, free WiFi, a clean lobby, free breakfast from 6:30AM - 9AM, and helpful staff. No added or hidden fees, so just read the fine print about overnight parking and make accommodations accordingly. Room was clean, well-maintained, and warm (flying in January, brr). Probably could use a little more sound proofing, but hey, what can you do without tearing down the whole hotel down? Free 24/7 shuttle to Midway - just call the front desk and request one since they're on-call. They run from intervals of 15-20 minutes, so plan accordingly. It's a mini red bus that gives rides to and from the area, not just Sleep Inn's own shuttle. Tip the drivers a couple bucks as well. Accommodating and nothing bad to say about the place that takes care of you during a stressful time with the airport/airlines.

I've been trying to make reservations and either no one answers or they hangup the phone one me. 1 time, OK. A second time, hmmm. A third time, you don't get my business and I write reviews where ever I can. For a business... someone employed with you sure doesn't. Calls made starting Thursday, August 11 at 9:20pm PST.

Let me start with the fact that they charge $17 just to park in a nearly empty parking lot. That's almost as much as a pay to valet park in expensive hotels. The location is pretty good and the bed is comfortable. That is about it. I do love inexpensive hotels/motels. However, this one is not worth it.

Awful hotel. Dusty room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Peeling shower paint. Manager was a total bitch- wouldn't even provide extra pillows. Stay anywhere else.

We were set to check in on a Wednesday night. On Tuesday morning, I get an email from Maria Martinez, the night auditor of the property. No text in the email, but it has an attachment called 'ARRIVAL EMAIL TEMPLATE.docx'. In that doc, she says 'Parking is an additional cost of $17.00 plus tax per day. ' A parking fee?! I double check the Choice website. Only knowing the fee exists, did I find it after clicking on 'VIEW ALL AMENITIES'. It's mentioned all the way at the bottom. It's NOT listed on the main page for the hotel, and not listed when you click on 'MORE INFO'. Since when is a Fee an amenity? Calling the hotel, the surly front desk manager says 'the parking fee is listed on our website'. When I asked Then why you send the letter? She said 'so our guests aren't blindsided'. So I ask 'why would they be blindsided if the fee is listed on the website'. I guess they figure that someone learning of the fee a day before arrival will just go along with it. Calling other hotels at the airport, NO OTHERS charge a parking fee. We cancelled the Sleep Inn reservation and went elsewhere! Calling the franchisee / regional manager, I left messages that weren't returned. Too many other hotels to have to get hit up for hidden fees at the last minute. Check the ratings here. Why would you want to stay here?!

We booked a stay here when our flight was cancelled at Midway. The shuttle is a nice feature, and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The hotel is clean and conveniently located wrt to Midway Airport. There were a handful of issues with the actual room. First, the TV did not work very well. At least half the channels were fuzzy and a handful just didn't work at all. Some of the lamps in the room didn't work at all. The space itself was oddly laid out, and there was a wall jutting out right next to one of the beds, making it difficult to maneuver around. Other than that, our stay was fine. The breakfast was a nice addition. The Wifi is only free for 24 hrs, but since we stayed less than that, it wasn't an issue.

Not a bad little place. Absolutely zero frills, but gets the job done. Very clean room, but the bed is pretty stiff, so you have back injuries, this may not be the place for you. Pretty decent breakfast buffet in the morning, and they have a shuttle for free directly to midway. Very reasonably priced, about perfect for what you get

This hotel was very nice to stay at. My friend and I booked a room for the BTS concert that was in town. The breakfast was limited but enjoyable, the free shuttle service to the airport/trains was a very nice plus! However, when we got there, our $210 stay turned into a $300 stay. They made us put down a $50 damage deposit which would be refunded if we took care of the room. They only refunded $24 of the $50 after saying we damaged linen by tearing our bedsheets, which is something we did not do. When I pushed back, they said it was actually that we used their rags to clean what looked like grease or dirty boots. My friend and I wore Vans the whole weekend... Needless to say, if you are staying here, bring your own towels, rags, and blankets. Also be aware, if staying here DONT BRING YOUR OWN CAR! They charge a $50/day parking fee! :)

1.The amenities list "free airport shuttle & free WiFi," if you are traveling from O'Hare airport the shuttle is not included. The WiFi is free for exactly 24 hours!!! 2. You can hear everything outside the room, whether it's in the halls or outside your window. 3. It is a 45-56 minute trip to downtown Chicago, which consist of a bus ride and the "L"... unless you rent a car. 4. Breakfast is very very minimal!! 5. They have an extremely rude supervisor and its just not somewhere I would recommend anyone to stay.

Shantell gave amazing customer service after I lost my phone & bag on the subway. She went beyond to ensure I had access to my lost app. I couldn't have problem solved without her. She's a gem!

Load, constant noise. I was on the second floor. There is constant noise. The trains in the back ground screeching, clanking, and blowing there horns at all hours. Then the drunks start up, running up and down the halls, slamming their doors, being load and obnoxious. This is not a place to try to get some sleep, it's a party hotel. Don't stay here if you want to sleep.

This is a great hotel for the price!!! This is not the most upscale hotel you will ever visit, obviously. But it is one of the cheapest ($30-100 cheaper than others in the same parking lot) hotels in the area, they have a great staff, it's clean, and they have an easy shuttle service to Midway. It was also recently remodeled when we visited. The finishes we similar to hotels at a much higher price range. We've stayed with them twice now and it would be our first choice in the future. We used the shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as, for picking up our rental car. The drivers were safe and arrived promptly after requesting pick up. Bonus! They have a commentary continental breakfast (includes yogurts, fruits, made to order waffles, cereals, oatmeals, and juices) and wifi. They have an attendant during breakfast that makes the waffles, keeps all the foods filled, and keeps everything looking tidy. The mornings we were there, it was a very kind woman named Carmen. She was so helpful, she even refilled our drinks for us as we enjoyed breakfast.

Woke up to ants all over my night stand...spoke to manger she stated that's what happens when you leave a cup out on the night stand all night.. and since I booked through a third party they couldn't do anything. ..they offered to spray my room..they only offered me $25...I'm upset because the night stand was close to my side of the bed and could've been crawling on me all night...will not be staying here again...and who wants to be smelling bug spray ...I lost my appetite couldn't even eat that tasteless breakfast they served...oh did I mention that the power was out most of the day which meant hot room and no TV

I was really appalled at the service here. The first night the room looked good, two double bed made up nicely. The bed I slept in -- probably wasn't slept in the night before.... but had been used for a tray for some really greasy fried chicken or something. I kept waking up wondering why the bed smelled like fried chicken!!!! As did my nightclothes in the morning! The next night we came back to the hotel at seven pm and our room was not cleaned! Seriously????? Stayed for five nights and there was yet another night the room was never made up. The last day, it was made up but there were still things missing. Little things buts if you screw up so badly already, wouldn't you harder to make a good impression? The accessories tray was not completely refilled and the things that were refilled were just thrown in the direction of the tray. Also, there were four cups for the in-room coffee machine the first night and then there were only two cups when the room was made up - but four coffee inserts for the machine. I like a fresh cup when I brew a fresh cup of coffee. It that too much to ask? The floor lamp didn't work. The ironing board and iron were left out and that part of the floor was not vacuumed. I was told that the staff never puts the ironing board/iron away so that the guests don't have to drag it out again. Noooo, I think it is so the staff doesn't have to put it away. I like eggs for breakfast.... scrambled at free breakfasts elsewhere are just fine. Here there were hard boiled eggs that looked sad and dented like they had been made a couple of days ago and refreshed only through refrigeration. There was no water in the water/ice pitcher at the counter the entire time we were sitting and eating breakfast. FINALLY, the last night we called and asked for a 6:30am wake up call. AND WE NEVER got a call at all! So how many times did they forget us? WOW!

Amazing customer service!.. I've never stayed at a sleep Inn before and must say I received far better customer service than Hilton or Marriott...absolute 5 stars to the front desk ladies...Misty and Colleen ... great value and great service and great value at this location!...

Great stay here! The beds were clean and comfortable, the AC worked great, free breakfast was good, free airport shuttle was convenient, and staff was GREAT! That's what really made me write this review was that the staff were so friendly and willing to help. Thanks!!

I stayed here on a hot wire deal and this was a perfect example of "you get what you pay for." Rooms are tiny and parking is overpriced ($17/day) for a lot that was not even halfway full. Breakfast was pretty basic and at one point there were 4 people standing around waiting for one waffle maker. I will say the customer service was excellent, very professional staff. But with everything else, I wouldn't stay here again.

well it looked like a nice hotel but after we got the room we found it smelled badly with mold and mildew. That wasn't the worst of it. Then we got hit with another "parking charge" $17.00 more dollars on top of the $120.00 for the room. Really no deal at all. When I complained the 2 people at the front desk were about as helpful as a rock. They offered no help. I will never stay at another "choice hotels, " as I've found they have bad customer service, bad hotels and bad policies. Please, if U want to rip off your guests at least put it in your advertisements, AND online, so people can make up their own mid as to the "deal" prices. WATCH FOR THOSE HIDEN FEES.!!!!!!!! STU C.

Have been staying here for 1 week so far and the service has been great up until today . We were never told to ask for shuttle service all week and then today the front desk informs me and my coworkers that we have to ask for the shuttle .... Not sure if she knew we were there for already 1 week and we never had to ask for shuttle service ..

The staff at this hotel is extremely exceptional, everyone we encountered no matter what time or what we needed assistance with they were extremely friendly and super helpful. The beds are really comfy and so are the pillows! The rooms are pretty small but it wasn't a huge issue. Decent location in a large area with other hotels close by. Overall the staff was awesome!

This was a last minute choice due to airline delays. I appreciated the complimentary toothbrush/toothpaste, etc. as I had nothing with me. However, the rooms have no insulation against traffic noise. And then I left a favorite sweater behind. I called a couple of times, but it disappeared completely. They assured me their employees don't steal but they have no record of the sweater. Very disappointing.

Touring Chicago for three days from Houston the ladies at front desk are so sweet and helpful with everything and very accommodating there is a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport 24 hrs where the train runs to and from the downtown (cta) the room is a nice size and the stand in shower has great pressure the breakfast is great for a choice hotel eggs and bacon
