One of the best, clean hotels we've lived, by far. Location was amazing, right by the water and great view. Rooms & room service/housekeeping was amazing. Breakfast was incredible and tasty, with a good spread. You guys spoilt us 😆😀 Ashley @front desk was excellent I'm communicating, guiding us like a local tour guide & gave us all top notch places to visit. Top qualities- personable, great smile and hardworking. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I am allergic to fragrances, and have a very sensitive nose. We checked out two rooms, both of which were totally Fragrance-free. They launder their own linens, and usually I've noted some fragrance at other hotels,but not here. 😄 Also, the soap (although it notes fragrance in the ingredients) was totally without fragrance. Shampoo did have a light scent, but rinsed away completely. High points for this hotel - I had a wonderful stay. I wish other hotels would get with the program of Fragrance-free. Staff were all very helpful, and breakfast was great. Coffee pods in rooms also tasty. Others have covered these items.

I had a great experience at Sleep Inn. The rooms were very nice and exceptionally clean, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything was well kept and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was quite firm. Not necessarily my usual preference, but it still provided a solid, restful sleep. What truly stood out was the woman who checked us in. She is the redefinition of stellar customer service. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire check-in process feel personal and effortless. Overall, this was a comfortable, smooth, and positive stay. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

A standard room with two double beds which made for a little more room. We had a wheel chair which was fairly easy to access the lobby and room. Pet friendly. Good free breakfast. Very friendly staff. Close to water front parks and attractions. Several handicap parking spots.

We stayed here for 2 nights, once on the way to Ottawa and once coming back from Ottawa and I have to say that this hotel is decent. It is quite small and the rooms themselves were tiny packed with 2 beds, the tiny TV, and a sink that for some reason was outside of the bathroom. The bathroom was the smallest thing to ever exist with what looked like a very old sliding door and the room was just barely holding a toilet and a shower and I felt very crammed in there. The beds were comfortable though and the breakfast was decent with a cheese/egg omelet, boiled eggs, waffles, muffins, bread, and more there was loads of variety. However, did not like the fact that there was no elevator within the building and we had to struggle with our luggage up 2 flights of stairs- if you aren't good with stairs I would recommend asking for a ground room floor. The location was good nearby the waterfront and station mall. Overall, both stays were comfortable and decent other then the claustrophobic room and bathroom and stair chaos.

Staff were very accomodating, friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, clean and had good storage for our quick stay. Location was beautiful, right near the water with plenty of interesting things to see nearby (good photoshoot spots). The pet friendly/welcoming vibes were great too, thanks for making my dogs feel welcome too! :) theres a pizza place in walking distance and transportation down the road. Good spot to stop in!

Breakfast was great, lots of variety to choose from. I suggest they provide flavored cream (French vanilla) The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and I slept well. Only improvement i can suggest is that the fridge should have a freezer. Would stay again

Convenient location, steps away from the stage where we were lucky to watch a rock concert. Comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff made our stay excellent. Thank you very much!

By far one of the best hotels in SSM. The hotel is good for people in wheelchair, as my husband is in a chair and we managed well. The hotel is very clean. The shining star here though is the manager Kelly, and her staff. They are exceptional! Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stay at this hotel every year for a hockey tournament. Reasonable prices, rooms are in great condition and very modern looking. Bed is so comfortable I always get a good night sleep. Plenty of pillows 5 or 6. Fridge and microwave in room. Housekeeping keeps things immaculate. Fast wifi and high end TV. Plenty of outlets and other needed plug ins. BEST of all is the staff. Literally they are almost over accommodating. Each year they allow us to use their breakfast area for a team potluck dinner. It's not a huge area but big enough for our needs. Seems whatever we ask for they try to get it for us. Deck of cards to use? Sure. Switch a room around, no prob. It's not just our team they do this for. As I wait here in the breakfast room I hear them deal with other customers and all so friendly. One guest asked for a screwdriver, sure enough the staff got him one. It's no wonder we continue coming back and back, year after year. If there is a weak spot I would say it's what is offered for breakfast, wish it was a little more substantial but still its good. Part of it may be how the breakfast area is laid out as it is a little tight. We will be back the next time in town.

Nice, clean, comfortable room. The woman at the front desk was nice and friendly. The hotel is in a great central location in Sault Ste Marie ON.

Great looking rooms and staff! The hot continental breakfast is nasty! They had microwaved eggs and sausages and French toast... I would much rather a cold breakfast and have better muffins some bagels and yogurt. The water seems to have a chlorine smell and this smell goes onto the towels and other things in the place. I did find it a big uneasy to see some of the ants walking around

Nice little cheap hotel. Best mattress I have slept on in quite sometime! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean.

This hotel, for the cost, is an excellent choice. We stayed with our dog and they gave us a convenient room located on the 1st floor close to an exit. They also gave our pup a little goodie bag of treats. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. It's also in a cool location next to an art center, board walk and public library. The only downside is the bathrooms that are not very private. It's just a pocket door that does not really lock.
