Sleep Number

We just bought our third sleep number bed, and we recommend them to everyone! Our recent experience with Michael M. was by far our best! He did not pressure us at any time and made out experience a fast, enjoyable one. If you visit the New Market store, ask for Michael.

Marilyn worked very hard for me at being able to purchase my bed. I did feel there was a lot of misinformation given on some of the sales. After seeing the information sheet the store was given about financing I don’t think the sales person was the problem. Dealing with the Company preferred financial institution is a joke. They don’t want your business! An 820 credit score can’t get you a bed because 1 credit bureaus was showing a legitimate PO Box as well as a home address of 25 years. They wouldn’t work with us. No problem with the next financial institution. None of these things reflect on my service from Marilyn, though. She worked hard to get us answers, too.

DONT LET THE SALES PERSON LIE TO YOU! This bed does not fit in every bed frame. Dianna, the sales person told me it would. The bed arrived 2 weeks later and the tech told us that the bed will not fit because of the drawers, and that the sales people need to stop telling people that they fit all beds, so now we are using the bed frame it came with. Now 6000 dollars later i have bed with no headboard and that does not match my bedroom at all. Be careful before you have to get rid of your original bed frame, and dont let the sales persons lie to you. Tech guys were very nice and set the bed up quickly. Bed is comfortable and i look forward to using it, BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS STORE!

We had an excellent experience. Paul, our salesman, never pushed but answered each question honestly. He was very polite, well informed about the product, helpful and we felt had our best interests at heart. Our sleep number mattress won't be delivered until next week so I can't tell you about sleeping on it, but buying it was a good experience.

These are undoubtedly the best beds in the world -- both for comfort AND for support. And Marilyn Kane really knows the product lineup, which seemingly is always changing, as improvements are incorporated. Do yourself (and your body) a big favor by STARTING your mattress and/or pillow shopping HERE !

I worked with Marilyn and she was excellent. I won’t receive my bed for another two weeks due to my schedule. I am very excited. This will be my 5th sleep number bed, going as far back to when the Company was called Select Comfort. I won’t have any other bed.

Bed Salesman was just fine and knew his product. Product itself after 3 years is broken down and they say the warranty is prorated. Company is a joke, product is junk from the factory. Will never buy from them again and suggest anyone considering buying from Sleep Number to reconsider a pallet on the floor first.

We haven’t received our bed yet but the experience at the store was excellent. We were shown all of the available options and given time to experience them without any pressure. Looking forward to getting out new bed.
