Excellent experience! Brooke took her time to find the right mattress set up for us. Delivery was quick and the delivery drivers were careful with our home and set up the bed giving us a thorough overview of the lift frame. Would highly recommend Sleep Outfitters.

Stopped in on a whim as I had not even thought about getting a REAL mattress after having Sleep Number since 1997 and knowing I didn't want a memory foam mattress I wasn't convinced I would find anything I really liked! Noah was great! He tried his best to sway me to a memory foam having me try a couple before we headed to the "traditional" mattresses! He was patient, friendly & knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Offered up several different firmness mattresses WITHOUT memory foam!! Even with a pop in visit from a very helpful yet chatty supervisor, Noah manuevered around every obstacle and I finally decided on my top choice! Highly recommend Noah and this store!

Phenomenal Mattress Shopping Experience at Sleep Outfitters! My partner and I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Sleep Outfitters, thanks to Brooke! We walked in right at closing (probably the last customers of the day), but you would have never known it based on her incredible professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. She took her time with us, never making us feel rushed, and truly focused on finding the perfect mattress for our needs. Brooke’s approach was beyond impressive—she asked all the right questions, narrowing down our options to the best possible fit. She made sure we understood every detail, from comfort levels to price points, and went above and beyond to get us the best deal within our budget. She was also extremely transparent about the refund and exchange policies, as well as any additional fees, ensuring there were no surprises. Despite the late hour, she remained just as warm and patient as if we had walked in first thing in the morning. Thanks to Brooke, we left feeling confident in our purchase and excited about better sleep. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and ask for Brooke—she is truly exceptional at what she does!

I purchased the Sealy Albany 11 hybrid mattress. from the store on Tallmadge rd Toledo, Oh. Shari was absolutely the best. Knowledgeable and very helpful. Showed me options and was not pushy or rushed. She was there filling in for another employee. I'm so happy I got her!! I got the 4th of July sale and haggled a little and she made it happen! My mattress will be delivered Tuesday the 2cnd. I'm so excited! Thank you again Shari for making my experience a great one so I didn't have to go looking any further. You're Awesome!! Donna Sansom
