Noah was very helpful. My college daughter went in to test a couple mattresses before I purchased her one in another city along with my new mattress. Noah knew we weren't going to by buying from this specific store, but was still very knowledgeable in helping. her decide.

Was promised mattress delivery 0n 1/3/26. Just received a call that they will not have it until the 10th. I should have known this place was sketchy. They did not have ANY of the mattresses they advertised. NONE This was a gift from someone so did order one. 😡 Beware.

Good customer service and a nice variety of mattresses to choose from. I got a really good deal on the twin mattress I purchased and I feel pretty satisfied. I would give them five stars but some of the mattresses had a few small stains, probably from previous customers, and some of the electric mattresses were missing their remotes so i couldn't test them out. I had an overall good experience and would recommend this place is your looking for a mattress.

Phenomenal Mattress Shopping Experience at Sleep Outfitters! My partner and I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Sleep Outfitters, thanks to Brooke! We walked in right at closing (probably the last customers of the day), but you would have never known it based on her incredible professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge. She took her time with us, never making us feel rushed, and truly focused on finding the perfect mattress for our needs. Brooke’s approach was beyond impressive—she asked all the right questions, narrowing down our options to the best possible fit. She made sure we understood every detail, from comfort levels to price points, and went above and beyond to get us the best deal within our budget. She was also extremely transparent about the refund and exchange policies, as well as any additional fees, ensuring there were no surprises. Despite the late hour, she remained just as warm and patient as if we had walked in first thing in the morning.
