After a rough start we were finally able to enjoy our stay. When we got to the hotel after a long flight we were told we couldn’t get the room we had reserved. We were put in a room that was near the kitchen so early in the morning we would get the smell of food and loud talking by the employees. After 2 days we were finally given the room we initially reserved.||We enjoyed the room and the breakfast every morning and loved Seeta, she was sweet, always kept her composure even when guests were mean to her. ||Issues I had:||Employees were too loud early in the morning when guests are trying to rest. It’s too early at 6am to hear employees talking loudly. ||You need to hire more staff to clean the rooms. It does not make sense for 1 person to clean 15 rooms, that is unheard of and the rooms will not be cleaned properly. Some days my room wasn’t cleaned until 5-6pm in the evening and by that time it was hit and miss. The floor would not get mopped and dirty dishes would be left in the sink. That’s not the fault of the cleaning lady but it is the fault of management and should be looked at. ||You need to spend some money and do some upgrades to the rooms. ||I will consider staying here in the future but some changes need to be made.
