We never stayed in the bunkhouse we stayed at one of the cottages. This was a fantastic experience! The cottage is very well presented and the facilities are very good and on an excellent location. The bedrooms are very comfortable the living room with its log burner makes for a very homely living feel. You can easily make this as much like or unlike your own house as you want. Seriously enjoyed my the night stay and will definitely be back.

The location is perfect. Skye is beautiful Nevertheless the fees are expensive regarding the dormitory ... 1 shower ok (2 without water). Beds are not very good. So too expensive for this kind of comfort ! Positive points : the location and the drying room. (End of September 2019)

In love with the fire wood burner! Get your own food before you coming here, the nearest groceries store is 15 minutes drive. They have all the cutlery and all. Location is great though!! Really love Isle of Skye!!

Terrible attention, we spent £900 for two nights only to find the two rooms downstairs stinking to curry and a questionable cleanliness. Moreover, we had troubles with our car and ask to check out a few minutes later, to which they were totally inflexible and kicked us out at 10:00 am sharp. Terrible customer experience, avoid like the pest.

They have hot water and toilet paper in prisons. Not at this hostel. This was by far the worst place we stayed in during our trip to Scotland, and among the worst places we've stayed in. It's a long list, but here are some of the defects: 1) No hot water 2) No toilet paper on the second day 3) Virtually no wifi 4) Cold and run-down common areas 5) Small, uncomfortable beds and rooms 6) The bathroom is common, wet-floored, and frequently gross I get that it's a hostel--I'm not looking for the Ritz, and I've stayed in hostels all around the world. This is one of the worst. It wasn't dangerous, and it wasn't cold or wet. I guess those are the only positive things that can be said for it.

Have stayed there twice. Sleeps 10. Facilities are good, but somethings like showers could be improved. Excellent position for travel throughout Skye.

Stayed in the lodge- warm, clean, and modern facilities. Phil was accommodating and friendly. Hotel is not far (5 min walk!) for drinks and dinner if you fancy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This well equipped and comfortable bunkhouse is set in the heart of the Cuillins in an outstandingly beautiful setting. It's in a quiet and peaceful location, yet close to the bus route from Inverness. Great for families, groups or individual climbers, walkers or bikers.
