A well balanced ambience of restaurant vibes and speak easy bar. The drinks are a balanced infused cocktails, so if you are an adventurous individual then its a must try venue.

I really enjoy spending time at Slits. The ambience is warm and inviting, with just the right mix of cozy and lively vibes. The music selection is spot on, especially when they play New Order or other 80’s electronic tunes, it feels like the perfect soundtrack to the night.

Place is somewhat hidden and meant to be for low density customer, which I really like. There are options from no alcohol to light and heavier ones. Sharable snacks/sides are available too, making this place great for hangouts with friends. I came early at around 7PM ish and it wasn’t too crowded and still chill, but customer peak is above 9PM so if you want chill drinking avoid being late. But if you like it “lit”, 9PM onwards is great, plus they start to play the music a little louder lol. Place doesn’t separate smoking and non smoking spots, but overall this place is unique.

They recognize and address you–their customer–by name (that’s why you need to make reservation before your “patronage visitation”, with IDR 250K minimum purchase per pax). They serve a quite decent home-brewed beer; easy to gulp, light, and somehow less hoppy (CMIIW, based on my taste of likings 😄). While my friends were sipping their great cocktails, and enjoying the sense of lime and other herbs infused there. However, as a first time visitor, it surprised me that: Slits Slits Slits was rather a “shoebox” bar with rather limited space (around 20+ seatings, 3-6 persons each), and free smoking area with no clear warning whatsoever. The combination of small space bar and the never-ending cigarettes fuming make this “hidden bar” more like … a smoking box. 😅 Other than that, the DJs and their playlists played a big role in elevating the floor. 👏🏽
