Small but perfectly formed! Excellent location for Cadigan Hall and has some nice bars and restaurants very close by. We stayed in a Cosy Double. It was a little small, but it had a comfy bed and an excellent shower with Moulton Brown toiletries. The AC wasn't very good, but we could open a window. The curtains didn't fit properly, so the light came through early! We'd definitely stay again if the price was right!

I just had a fantastic lunch at Sloane Place. The 3-course set menu is great value for the price - the quality of the food is outstanding! The beef carpaccio starter was delicious, while the seabass fillet was spectacular and impeccably presented. The sticky toffee pudding was the perfect way to end the meal. Impeccable service - professional yet friendly - from Masha and Grace. Kleri was super helpful as well. Thank you guys for the great lunch and the warm hospitality!

Incredible location. Nice but small rooms. Beds in the standard double room are very small and not suitable for two people. The reception staff is extremely unfriendly and not worthy of a 4-star hotel. No greetings when entering the hotel, no help is offered, never a thanks, and barely a word is spoken to you. The restaurant staff, however, is very friendly. Breakfast and coffee are very nice. Unfortunately, due to the poor hospitality of the hotel staff, we will not return here again (as returning customers).

This was our second time staying at Sloane Place and we found a bottle of delicious red wine in our room as a welcome gift. The staff also remembered us, greeted us warmly and even our lovely dog was recognized. Checking in was very quick and the staff are very friendly and charming. The room was very large and had a bathtub. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is dog-friendly. Our four-legged friend was welcomed in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The restaurant offers excellent food and delicious cocktails late into the evening. It was a perfect stay to visit London and relax. P.s.: Some reviews mentioned the poor staff. We had a different experience. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and frequently checked to make sure everything was ok. Also, the chef of service took our order when the staff was too busy.

First off, I would like to express that I’ve never written a google review. I’m writing this on behalf of my horrendous experience I had with my mother involving the hotel front desk staff. They are so outwardly disrespectful towards guests it’s incredibly disappointing. My mother comes from a background of polynesian and vietnamese descent. Given this, she is not a wealthy women of European descent, a white person. Upon arrival, we had just come from the airport on a six hour red eye flight. Obviously, we are not going to look our best. After stating multiple times during check in that my mother’s name is hyphenated the woman looked at us up and then down. She proceeded to say, “are you booked for one night?” The tone of her voice was very clear she was insinuating we could not afford a longer stay. Finally, finding our reservation, we asked if there was a possibility our room was ready. We were given the rudest “No.” as a response. When asked if there was bathrooms the tone hadn’t changed. It worsen to an annoyed, “upstairs.” The room was nice once we could check in. When we were checking out, we asked if there was anywhere in the hotel where we could have our lunch. Two younger recipients were trying to speak only to be cut off by an older woman with a flat and nasty, “No.” If you’re not white, don’t bother staying here. This hotel is too “prestigious” for people of colour. This type of treatment is absolutely unacceptable.

We booked this hotel because of the Excellent location and cosy ambiance. We checked in yesterday but we were surprised how small the room was. And to add to that the wall of the room is tilted which makes it feel even smaller. The staff wasn’t helpful at all when we asked to look at other rooms with different layout. Even though we are staying for +10 nights. Also no fridge nor kettle in the room. Not a big deal but disappointing. I don’t think we will stay here again. The staff at the reception definitely need more training. Edit: thank you for your reply. Please note that yes we were moved to another room which was a lot more spacious. However, the room we moved to is a king bedroom even though we booked a twin bedroom (it was more expensive). There is no chance the room we checked in at the beginning with the tilted wall is one of your largest rooms :) I have seen +5 rooms in the hotel and they are all bigger than that room.

Lovely hotel. Staff helpful and friendly, breakfast generous and delicious. Deluxe Room tastefully decorated, comfy bed. Location, bespoke designer shops, cafes and high-end high street.... great for a day of window shopping and eating. Plan to return. Thank you for a great stay.
